After getting several quotes for this project, we had no doubt that we would go with Integrity even though they were on the higher end of the price range for the quotes. We had previously used Integrity and were very impressed with the work and care to not damage any of our other property while working on the project. This patio project was no different. We were told the project was going to take around 3 days, but it was completed in half the time. Despite dodging some weather issues, which is not controllable, we kept informed of when things were going to happen and be finished. We also had some last minute changes on our plans after the contract was signed, and they were able to work those out with us. We could not be happier with the work that Integrity has done for us with this project, and with our previous project.

Beautifully. We were very impressed with the service, expertise and efficiency with this project. The entire job which was large, was done in a day. The rock work and borders are beautiful. We had many compliments from our neighbors and friends on the beautiful landscaping. We would recommend Integrity to anyone looking for excellent and beautiful landscaping.

They were great! Were a little higher priced but completed all work in 1 day, whereas the other quotes were for 3+ days. They were very communicative before and throughout the process and did a great job!

My total experience with Integrity was outstanding. Every time I met with with Ryan he was on-time, courteous, knowledgeable and willing to give me his thoughts in a way that I felt he was talking my best interest into account and not trying to rush my decision or his explanation. I did a few drop-ins at Integrity to discuss other options and upgrades. Katie, Danielle and Lindsay were very accommodating to us and took all the time we needed to discuss our concerns and explain options and pricing. I felt throughout the whole process that my project was very important to them and they wanted me to be happy with the final result. Once work started I was even more impressed. They showed up as promised with a fleet of trucks and workers at 7:45 AM and got right to work. The project manager came over and introduced himself and listened to my concerns with some landscape and dog fence wires along with my sprinkler system. He assured me they would do their best to cause as little damage as possible. With all the trenching they did they did not damage one sprinkler line or any of the wiring. The workers were courteous and efficient and seemed to be very alert to the current landscape and not harming it. They were constantly cleaning up after themselves and were diligently working all day. They worked for 3 days from 7:45 to about 6:30 PM and completed the project exactly as promised by the time-line and quality of work. I like things to be done the right way and everything they did met or exceeded my standards of what I would have done. When looking at price, Integrity came in a little higher than some of my other estimates, however, the service they provided along with the quality of their work made it all worthwhile. I would not hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend them for any job.

Due to a remodeling project that included an addition, we needed some significant grading, lawn replacement, and a new sidewalk to the backdoor. We contacted several landscaping companies for ideas and estimates. We chose Integrity because of their customer service, attention to detail, and a very competitive estimate. During our initial meeting with Ryan, he listened and assessed our needs and provided us with a very detailed proposal. We wanted to make some minor changes so he willingly came back out to go over everything with us. We were very concerned about the grading and drainage issues due to the foundation for the new addition and Ryan was very sensitive to those concerns. We were also very impressed with Steve and the crew that came out to do the work. It was very apparent that they took great pride in completing the job according to the plan with professionalism and attention to detail. We were also very pleased with the customer service we received from the office staff who were always very helpful and responsive to any contacts we had with them. We couldn’t be more pleased the result. We now have a beautiful lawn, a lovely planting bed with complete with foundation shrubs and river rock mulch, and a gorgeous paver walk and steps leading to our back door. And we no longer have any concerns about drainage! We would highly recommend Integrity and will definitely use them again for our future landscaping needs. It was a pleasure to work with them.

This is the third time we have worked with Integrity. They have always come through with flying colors. This project required a change in plans due to the drainage near the lake frontage. Integrity was able to devise a new, perfect plan while on site, always checking with me to see if they were still meeting our needs. Their employees are skilled, polite and hardworking! Integrity went to great lengths to protect the existing landscape, even though the project was 100 feet from the driveway. I never hesitate to contact Integrity for any landscape project.

There was a large crew. They worked really hard and efficiently. It was a challenging job site but the contract was spelled out very well so everyone knew exactly what and how the job needed to be done. We have gotten multiple compliments on our front yard

Could not be more pleased with the work Integrity did for us! They installed a complete backyard paver patio with surrounding multi-level sit wall! Throughout the process they were very responsive, accommodated our many changes of mind, and receptive to our own ideas. The construction team was very professional and extremely hardworking. They took great pride in their work! I would definitely hire Integrity again!!

Integrity did a fantastic job on our project. It’s the second time we have used them for different projects and we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. All the work was done on time and when it was originally scheduled. The supervisors on site were always giving us updates and were willing to answer all of our questions. The work was done right and looks great.

Everything went smooth, project was completed in 1 day. Grass came in fast and the team cleaned up well. We are very happy with the results. The sales rep was on site and was very helpful and the project manager kept us very informed. I would reccomend this company to my friends and family

We love our new patio. The drainage problem that we put up with for 20 years is resolved. The work was done on our time frame. There team worked well together and everything was done to our satisfaction.

we were so happy with Integrity Landscape .Both the office personal and crew team were very professional .We had landscaping lighting placed in our yard. We knew somewhat of where we wanted the lights placed, with their suggestions and ideas made it so much easier.. They also had several pricing options that did not effect the project appearance .We will use them again

Integrity Landscaping knew exactly what to do to fix our problems. They were very knowledgeable. The yard was regraded, dirt built up around the house while 2 draining swales were put in the yard. Integrity took up the old patio and replaced it with a beautiful new stone patio and back door step. The old retaining wall was taken away and a new stone wall put up in its place. The new wall was moved over a bit and gave us extra room. When all of the work was done, Integrity planted grass seed as well as put mulch in the garden areas. Integrity worked very hard over a 3 day period. They were very We are very happy with the results. It is comforting to know our water problems are gone, and we really love our new patio and retaining wall!

They are so professional, kind, understanding & respectful. Very hard workers! I was told it would take a few days to complete. But it was to rain very hard & long the next day so they pushed through & got it done in 1 day. I am so impressed & the wall is so beautiful & solid. My neighbors are impressed & satisfied as well. They were very respectful to their land as they had to utilize their property to get my wall done. Everything was restored to the way it was as if they were never here. They will be the ones to call for my next project for sure.

Excellent work. Poor communication on when the crew was to arrive. Paver cuts made with a dry saw. Lots of dust, not to mention consideration for work crew safety.

Punctual and completed in one day. The drainage seems to be working but the areas dug up have sunken quite a bit so the yard is now extremely uneven. The grass seed cover material used to cover seed has become a nuisance when raking leaves. Not sure how the grass seed will return in the spring but it did sprout quickly. Unable to locate most of the staples used to hold matting in place. The sump pump does not run very much at all after drain completion.

Integrity was very professional in all aspects of the project. I was particularly impressed in the way they answered follow-up questions that I had, even weeks after the project was originally installed.

The project itself was fairly straight forward, however there were issues regarding property lines that complicated things. Integrity was able to get our project in on the schedule earlier than anticipated, and it was completed in one day. The backyard, where Integrity filled in, graded and seeded where we had a patio removed, has come in very nicely. They left nice dirt areas for flower beds in the spring, and you can actually see how water drains away from the house with the new grading. The front yard mulch bed looks great, the large, unsightly yew bush is removed, and the grass is coming in nicely. The swale that they installed along the side of the home looks great, the lines are straight and the pitch is appropriate. The swale is what caused the issue with the property line, and when I e-mailed the company at 10:30 PM, the president, Dave Hintzman, responded personally. He came out the very next day to discuss the situation, the options we had, and the plat of survey. He immediately e-mailed a proposal to fix the issue so the integrity of the project would not be compromised, and the neighbor would still be happy. Dave and his crew really went above and beyond in dealing with this complicated, high stress situation. The fix was completed Monday, and the neighbors are happy, the swale looks great, and I feel like we can relax knowing that drainage issue is no more.

Good! They were prompt, kind and professional. Their office staff and foreman walked me thru the whole process and were quick to reply when I had questions.

This is the way all companies should work! Excellent communication from the owner to the customer service associates. We were delighted they addressed our project with such quickness and efficiency, and their outdoor showroom was so helpful in choosing the right pavers. The crew arrived ahead of schedule on the first day to get started, worked well past dinner time on the second day to get as much completed as they could, and came back the next day to finish. At all times the lead manager of the crew kept us informed. All of the crew were very hard working; wonderful to talk to and work with. They also provide comprehensive "leave behind" information on watering instructions, paver maintenance, etc. We would definitely hire again for any future projects. It is no wonder to us they have won awards!
