They were very professional and knowledgeable. My only complaint was the high estimate, which we discovered was too high after we found someone that could do the same project for half as much.

They fixed my very irritating and persistent problem. The job was completed in one day and they were able to take care of my water problems. It hs been great not to have to worry about getting water in my basement with all the rain we have had. We would absolutely recommend them!

We are extremely satisfied. The old maxim you get what you paid for. We had lower estimates but without the details and customer service so we choose Integrity and are so glad we did. When we saw the amount of work and number of men it took for this job we realized it was a fair price. Prior to the work both Dave and Angie answered all questions and even made a special trip to bring block color samples to our house when we couldn't decide based on visiting a block wholesaler. The crew arrived when they said, Dave directly supervises the crew, and the project was finished in three days as promised. We were most impressed at the care taken to protect our lawn from the heavy equipment and the cleaning up of the work areas every night before they left. The attention to detail is phenomenal. Real professionals!!

All I can say is WOW. I called and within a week Dave and Steve were on a site visit with me. I knew I wanted my wall rebuilt and wanted a new patio and firepit, but the way they helped me visualize the possibilities was great. They had all kinds of suggestions and all the time in the world for me. We came up with some great ideas and within a week I had a detailed estimate. It was not the lowest estimate I received for the work, but when you hear the rest of my story you will understand I got what I paid for. I selected Integrity and within 2 weeks I had then on site. They were prompt, courteous and I have honestly never seen a crew work harder. They cleaned up at the end of the day and after the project was finished you would never know they were here except for my beautiful new back yard. The quality of their work was great - even my husband who was not too keen on us doing the project was impressed. I would recommend them to anyone.

Our project was to solve a drainage problem we were having .The project began in summer, 2009. Intergrity visited with us, assessed the problem, and came back with a solution and plan within days. Once we decided to complete the project, Intetegrity began the work within 1 week. This neccesitated the removal of all trees, scrubs and plants in the front and side of my house to correct a drainage problem. Once removed a complete regrading of the yard, installation of catch basins and drain tile was completed. It concluded with the complete reseeding of my yard. They started the project on Wednesday, and were done by end of day on Friday. I highly recommend Integrity due to their professionalism, efficiency and quality. Their work, completely solved my drainage problem.

Overall the process went extremely well. We met with Dave and Steve for the initial consultation to share our thoughts and listen to their approach. After the initial meeting they returned to the home to take some measurements and pictures and provided us with an initial estimate. Within a week, we received the initial estimate and then requested a formal design plan and estimate, which they provided to us less than a week later. Dave brought the design over in person, and we went through a few changes, which they incorporated into the design by the end of the following day along with a detailed estimate and list of references. We contacted a few of the references they provided and all were extremely positive. Based on all of the information, we decided to select them over two other landscapers and signed the contract two days later. They began work about one week after the contract was signed and got a large portion completed in the first day. The crew was large, but all seemed professional and skilled at what they were working on. Rain interrupted them for the next 3 days, but they returned on Friday to continue the work on the patio and walkway and then again on Saturday to finish the remainder of the planting beds. They completed their work the following Wednesday, which was to do some final touch up work on the planting beds and finish the walkway and patio with polymeric sand. Dave was there numerous times throughout the process to review the work, make sure things were accomplished according to the design and answer any questions that I might have. Throughout the entire process, we asked numerous questions and advice and Dave was always very forthcoming and quick to respond to our needs. Angie, the office manage, was always very fast to respond to both e-mail and phone calls and was great to work with. They even went over and above on more than one occassion - first by taking the time to provide a professional, written analysis on the final grading work done on our property by the developer we purchased the property from; and also by coming by the house a couple weeks after the project was completed and noticing that our two trees that were planted were affected by recent windy conditions and having them stabilized. We were extremely happy with the final outcome and happy with all of the decisions we made with regards to the design, and thank Integrity for helping us through the process. We would certainly recommend their work to anyone and utilize them in the future for any additional landscaping work we may need.

We had water in our basement. So, they fixed it. Overall, we had a great experience with them. They came out and gave us the estimate. They were very professional. When we talked to the person, who had come out, we had a lot of confidence in him than we had had in other landscapers. They came on time and completed the work very quickly. They did some additional work for us. There was a particular area where there was water between our house and our neighbor?s. So, it was very difficult to keep off the grass. We had put some woodchips there. They removed the woodchips and put them aside, to do the work. When they finished the work, they put them back. It was remarkable. We?ll use their services again in the future.

They gave me a very detailed estimate. They were punctual and very organized. They didn?t take a lot of time to do the work. They did the work as they said they would. They were expensive, but they were worth it. I?ll definitely use their services again.

Overall the company did not provide the lowest quote for the project but what impressed both my husband and myself was (1) the entire proposal to completion process was extremely professional - appointment dates and times were met and the project went according to schedule; (2) the project team size was large enough that our patio of approximately 20' x 25' plus a semi-private sitting wall and landscaping took only two days from start to finish; and (3) follow up work, over one year later was undertaken promptly and without additional fee. First, the President and one of his engineers arrived promptly for the quote. I had a plan sketched out which I shared with them and then upon discussions we enhanced that plan a bit. I had done some homework and I knew the type of paver I wished to use (color and sizes) but if I had not done that homework, they would have explained the various pavers, designs, colores, etc. as they came equipped with this information. The firm also partners with an electrical contractor and they work so closely together that all I had to do was call the electrical contractor and after receipt and acceptance of that quote, the electrical contractor worked directly with Integrity and the only thing I had to do was to call and inform the electrical contractor of the project start date and time. After this initial visit, whereby my husband and I described our plan, we were provided with a CD with examples of prior projects; the CD also assisted us in understanding the steps in the process of preparing the base for the patio and for the partial sitting wall. A formal quote came in the mail a few days after our intial meeting. The quote included options that the President, David Hintzman and the engineer thought might be appropriate such as landscaping ideas for around the patio and along a fenceline to provide more privacy with the neighboring property. David indicated that he and the engineer had returned to our property on another day to view the area again and to gain ideas for potential landscaping options that would enhance the overall presentation of the patio. After reviewing the proposal, we called and set up an appointment for final details and again the President and engineer were prompt as to the date and time. We met to discuss the proposal, we did make some changes to the project and our changes were easily accomodated on the spot and we knew exactly the change in fee as a result of our changes to the project. We signed the proposal, with the changes addressed accordingly and provided a 50% deposit. We were provided a range of time, i.e. a start and completion date and we were told that we would be called in advance and the start date depended upon the weather over the next several weeks and completion of projects already in their pipeline. The firm called in advance as to the date and time they were to arrive and the entire team, somewhere between 10 and 20 individuals arrived on time and worked for two entire days, and finished the project, including the patio, walls and the landscaping options we selected. We were extremely excited as the project was started on June 25, 2008 and completed late in the afternoon on June 26, 2008. Our neighbors were impressed that they had noise, dump trucks, front end loaders and other large equipment on the street for only two days. One year after the project we comment daily how much we love our patio and we have gotten numerous compliments from friends and family. We only have had one small problem with the project which occured in June of 2009. One portion of the semi-private sitting wall started to move outward a bit which Integrity could not explain as the base and footings were completed as they do every project. Although this occurred within the one year of service, we did not contact them until after the one year warranty period but they gladly repaired the wall, which meant some tear down and replacement, without charge to us.

They came out for an estimate. They were really quick at getting back to me. Their price was a little high, so I decided to use someone else.

Overall the project went very well! I met with the salesmen for a free estimate, they were very professional and had great ideas to help beautify my home. A couple days after our meeting I received a proposal for the work and their prices were very reasonable. The crew arrived at my home and completed the job in only 1 day! I was excited that my yard was not a mess for any extended period of time. They cleaned up very well and transformed the look of my home. They are very professional and did an outstanding job.

They had dug down in the yard several inches and they had put a new base with gravel. For the grout they had put in this polymeric, when they were done with the patio, they had finished up the rest of the landscape in the back yard by putting in flowers and a few other plants. They were very careful in cleaning up, and I was very satisfied with their work.

They were very meticulous in cleaning up the work after and during the project. The retaining wall and the drainage system took about two days to finish. I was very satisfied with the work.
