The interface guy was condescending. He did not listen to what I wanted needed or requested. He cut an electrical line and did not take responsibility for that large mistake.

Integrity showed up on our schedule, listened to our situation while observing the yard, and gave us multiple options based on the money that we were willing to spend. They came the next week and took two days to finish. They ended up needing a couple of additional yards of dirt to complete the job, but did so out of their own pocket...which we thought was very generous! The quality of work was spectacular, and they even provided with tips for how to maintain our lawn moving forward. They were not the cheapest company that quoted us, but based on the quality of work, it was worth it.

I made an appointment to discuss replacing bushes along South side of house and building a retaining wall in back yard to direct rain flow to along natural sides of yard to front drainage ditch. Other projects I was contemplating was to replace and extend the wooden deck with composite decking or adding a room addition or sun porch. I was impressed with both Dave's and Steve's knowledge and their suggestions of better landscape ideas to change the rain water flow in the yard as well as a paved patio. We received a proposal that was broken down by project and cost by the various areas we discussed as well as included several options/costs for each section of the project. Dave and Steve returned to further discuss the proposal and review an additional area. Following the revised proposal we opted to complete the projects with their suggestions. Dave and Steve also scheduled a visit to another project to assist with my determination of the type and color of the pavers for the patio. Work was estimated to begin based on our request and be completed in approximately two and a half days. Rain stalled work slightly, but was completed in about a week. After removing the deck we found that a stoop existed to which a quick adjustment was suggested to veneer pavers at cost. We also requsted an adjustment to increase the size of the patio by two feet which was reviewed with Dave and accomplished. Communication via email and cell was excellent at every portion of the project from the initial meeting date to what and when work was to occur. We are happy with the end product and with Integrity who lived up to their name.

Dave and Steve came out from Integrity. They were very knowledgable and helpful in designing the patio. They were quick to send estimates broken down into different options to customize the design after reviewing pricing. They were able to start work and complete the project within a couple of weeks of our initial consultation. It was very impressive. Every worker was very professional and they were very good about cleaning up everything at the end of the working days. We had frequent updates- Dave is very reliable. The patio is just beautiful. We are very pleased and are having Integrity coming back to do some grading and gutter work next week.

Called the company to come out and give an estimate on replacing landscaping that was damaged by a neighbor. Basically was told they wouldn't give me an estimate and that the job was too small for them to complete. Gave me one suggestion for another company and when I advised them that I'd already tried that company unsuccessfully they just told me to call them when I was serious about getting the work done. They were 30 minutes late after calling and saying they would be 15 minutes late.

I have used this company for a couple of years since buying my home in 2008. They have landscaped the entire exterior of my home and it looks great. The work is done fast and neat and the crew is always friendly. Clean up has never been a problem.My only negative comment would be regarding the quality of trees/bushes they get from their nursery of choice. Many of the bushes have been fine but both newly planted evergreens needed needle-cast treatment after 1 year. Also had a problem with a burning bush after transplant shock.Overall a good local company that works hard. They do fine work and I would recommend them anytime!

Overall, disappointing. It would have been better if they had just come out and said that they don't do landscape design unless you're also willing to commit to having them do $XXXXX of work.

Inegrity did an entire landscape renovation. We had bought a home where no landscaping had been done and there was a gravel driveway. They took care of every detail in a timely and professional manner. Results are great. Compliments on the work are continuous. We will use them again for any projects that we have in the future

They were very responsive to meeting our detailed requests for the project. Their prices seemed a little pricey, but you do get what you pay for and it was worth the extra cash to know what kind of quality and service they would provide. They were prompt, professional, easy to work with and clean-up was excellent. They were able to accomplish this will no damage to the existing finished yard. I felt like they went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with the project. We look forward to working with them again in the future.

I have had major water issues pertaining to a hill that slopes directly into the back of my house. After terrible experiences with other contractors who actually caused more damage than not, I was nervous to try anyone else. I made initial contact with Integrity to set up an appointment. The office staff was very friendly and respectful. They asked appropriate questions regarding my budget, any rush on completion time, etc. An appointment was set up and Dave and I believe Steve both showed up. They listened to exactly what I wanted, took down notes and three days later I received an estimate. That day I signed the contract and sent in the down payment. One week later they started. I was impressed with their workers, equipment and organization. Every worker knew their task and worked extremely hard. To my amazement they were done within the day. This is a job that I thought would take quite a few. My yard is finally livable again and both my wife and I are very pleased with their service. As a contractor myself, I know how hard it is to find the good guys. Let me tell you, the prices are fair, the work is great and the office is responsive. I have no doubt that Integrity will be a company who will be around for a long time.

Upon requesting a quote, we had a response from the office staff the next day. David and Steve met with us the following week and did an extensive review of our needs and concerns. They provided us a quote within days. We had a number of questions about the grading in our backyard and David and Steve met with us a number of times to go over options and questions. We were very impressed with the services. The team was prompt every day and either David or Steve stopped by daily to ensure that the job was progressing as planned. Upon leaving for the day they made sure to leave the lawn in excellent condition. We received frequent updates on the progress and plan. We were impressed that they provided frequent follow up and advice after the job was completed as well. We would use Integrity again!

Whole staff is very professional and patient answering all questions we had. Also, David was very helpful discussing recommendations along the way for different options and add-ons which we found to be very helpful. Would definitely use them again for other landscape projects.

It was all drainage work primarily. They were fantastic. They have been superstar rated for good reasons. If I could afford them, I would have them do landscaping too.

My experience was great from start to finish. Very professional & thorough. They did not try and talk me into unnecsessary work as another company tried. Was impressed with the clean-up after the job was finished. Would definitely recommend Integrity.

They are amazing. They came in totally organized with all their trucks in a row and wheel barrows in a row. You could tell that they were definitely organized and knew what was going on. He was right away telling his crews what to do. He was able to communicate with everybody really well. It is a huge project and they must have worked from 8 O' clock in the morning till 4 O' clock almost nonstop. They were very fast, very efficient and very courteous. There is still a lot to do, but they just made sure that the whole work area was completely clean and organized by the time they left. I am really happy with them. Their prices are a little on the higher side but we knew that what we wanted done needed to be done well since it was a very large project and we were willing to pay a little extra to get the job well done.

Great service! David provided us with a very detailed landscape design and quote and truly delivered against it. He planted approximately 90 new bushes/perennials/trees, but was also able to integrate some of our existing bushes into his plan to save us money. His team finished our job in half a day and clean up was extremely thorough. I honestly do not think there was a speck of dirt or mulch anywhere! When David came back to take pictures of the job, a few of our perennials had died. David replaced these at no charge and tidied up the new landscaping. For future landscaping projects, I would absolutely use Integrity again.

The patio was well done and I am happy with it. I had received estimates from other companies and Integrity was a bit more expensive but what they did do was very well done and you get what you pay for.

What I disliked was that they found a crack in the foundation of my basement of my home and they did not tell me about this until they were all done with their work. That gave me no opportunity to have it sealed up. They dug up my front lawn too and made a big v swell and they put a big pipe under it and it left a huge bare area and they planted seed but grass is not growing there. The gas company had been out a few days before and they dug up the city grass area and Integrity put down grass seed and they ended up charging me for that. I could have had the city take care of it. I was also to have wooden timbers installed on the side of the house the project manager decided to not have the timbers installed. Their prices were very high. The workers did a good job and they were extremely neat and clean and so precise about cleaning up my property and the street. That was very impressive. They did a good job of digging and they had to dig it out by hand. They were not messy. 1/2 of the basement so far is not leaking. There is an area (about 5 feet or so within the North wall) that continues to fill up with water. He spent a lot of time with me. He promised he would not go on the neighbors driveway since there was a small amount of space to work with. He initially explained what was going to be done and he took about 45 minutes to go through everything with me. He is very knowledgeable and they were there when they said they would be and they did what they said they were going to do. Except for the green timbers, I got everything I was supposed to have from the contract. I felt it was odd that he never called me back regarding the calls from the fence gentleman or my calls regarding the grass not growing. When he showed up for the job, I reminded him not to go on the neighbors yard and he stated, "I am the project manager here, you do not tell me what to do". He then followed up by saying I have had 30000 calls today about flooding and I told him I had scheduled work to do and I was one of those 30000.

They were able to do the job before the contract stated. They did an excellent job and when they were here doing the work they went over everything with me thoroughly. They also did this when they came out for the estimate. I thought their price was fair and I would recommend them to others.

We met with Dave and Steve a few times to establish what needed to be done. They were punctual and professional. If they were going to be late, they would call. We had a lot of landscape issues that needed to be fixed so that the sump pump was not the only line of defense when it rained. We had an old retaining wall that was failing. We did not have proper drainage around our home so when it would rain hard, our sump pump would run a lot (approximately every 5 minutes). The two old patios tilted toward the house pushing water to the foundation. The old landscape would allow water to be retained in the backyard. An itemized proposal was developed and reviewed with us to fix all of the problems plus there were options for improving what they were going to do. We reviewed all options in detail. There wasn't any pressure to do the job. The job took a couple of weeks but this was mainly due to the weather. When the guys were on site they worked very fast and efficiently. Steve and Dave were always available for questions. We had a lot of confidence in them from the very start of the process. I would highly recommend them as they delivered what they promised. It was a very large job, done in a quality manner, in a timely manner.

Their prices were too high and we just could not afford them. I am sure they are a good company but we did not use them. The quote they gave us was triple the quote we received elsewhere. They were very professional though.

They stated they would give me three options. They only gave me two and the second was duplicate of the first. They stated they would mail me a picture of a particular tree, but they never have. I have called them three times and they still have not gotten back with me.
