INTEGRITY LANDSCAPE SERVICES, LLC

I was so glad I had hired them!! They were great from the beginning--prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. They are known as drainage specialists, and they really followed through. I was so pleased with everyone I had contact with--they were super understanding of delays I had due to family issues and when it was time to do the job, they literally came in with an army of trucks, equipment and men to get it done in little more than a day. They worked non-stop. It was so nice to know that I could completely leave and know that the job was getting done with such efficiency and quality. They cleaned up so well and handled everything. I am very particular, and I felt confident I could trust them to do the super quality job they did! It was a bonus to know that the President and VP, etc. were there as well to watch over every detail and handle every issue as it came up during the entire project. The office staff were great too--very friendly and efficient. Everyone answered all my questions and promptly got back to me when they were out on other jobs. I was VERY impressed with Integrity.

I have now had two outstanding experiences with Integrity Landscape Services LLC. In October 2011 I found the highly rated Integrity on Angie's List and contracted with them for my backyard patio landscaping project. The result exceeded my expectations.There was no doubt who would do my next project the following year. I really didn't know what I wanted but Dave and Steve, the managers presented a beautiful design with a variety of plants and shrubs that was absolutely perfect. The curved stone border and stone mulch (Western Sunset) are aesthetically pleasing and bring out the beauty of the plants. The addition of the Korean spice to the backyard was a great solution. Service continues to be a positive. The workers were competent and professional. Cleanup was ongoing and thorough. The office stayed in touch and provided information on such things as how to handle the drought. The management support is also important as they will soon meet with me to discuss some minor repair issues. My projects have done well and thrived. I love my landscaping and so does everyone else. I have run out of space but if I had another project I would call Integrity. I highly recommend them.

All of the plantings survived. The rhododendron was especially splendid. The crew was great. They did the work quickly, cleaned up afterwards and were very pleasant and polite. This company has excellent customer service. I got three quotes for this job and Integrity's was the best deal. They also gave me excellent advice on other existing plantings in the yard in terms of how and when to prune. I will definitely use Integrety landscape again and have recommended them to friends.

They were amazing. The VP of the company came out to our house at our request at least 3 times to make sure our plans were exactly what we wanted and measurements were spot on. He was very honest in the approach and did not try to "sell" us anything. I was also very pleased and surprised that he was out here the day of the work along side several other men completing the project. It was wonderful that they brought in so many people and completed the work by hand. Many other companies we spoke to wanted to remove a large portion of our 6' fence to get machinery in our back yard, which is one of the many reasons we decided to choose Integrity; they didn't need the fence down. We definitely got a level of service that we paid for. The professionalism of the work done goes above our expectations. We'll absolutely keep their information for further projects as well as recommend to all our family, friends and network.

Was very happy with the work. Done fast and well. The crew was professional. The area was clean. I do wish I would have made an effort to see the actual pavers to choose a color, it did not turn out as expected in comparison to pictured color choices. still happy with the outcome and would recommend Integrity to others.

We had been looking for a company that had experience with drainage issues because we have a large lot sloping toward our house. There were quite a few landscapers on Angie's list but Integrity stated that drainage was one of their specialties so we called them for an estimate. Dave came to the house and told us what he thought would work best with our water issues as in trenched drains from where the retaining wall would be placed traveling around the house on both sides to the culvert at the front of the lot. He would use lannon stone for the retaining wall (we wanted a more natural look) and place the boulders pulled up by excavators when our foundation was dug around the lot. He was also going to grade the lot for good drainage, add topsoil and grass seed and create a patio area with crushed gravel. There was more work involved when Integrity started grading and found that the excavators just covered over an old gravel road and some cement filled pipes instead of removing them. Integrity dug these up themselves so that the work would be done correctly. There had been quite a bit of rain so Integrity had tried to wait until the soil dried out to complete the job but had 13 people come in the day before our move-in date so that the work could get done before we moved into the house. With the soil being so wet, they had to tamp down the ground on the whole area (about 1/3 acre) before they could even add topsoil. Integrity also reworked the culvert for better flow (not part of the original estimate). Instead of looking like a war zone we now have a beautifully sloped lot with a lannon stone retaining wall and fieldstone boulders placed in nice groupings that are just inviting me to add some plants! The grass seed is sprouting as well so from being the worst yard in the area it is now the best! They absolutely did a fantastic job and they certainly gave us value for the money we paid. We had never used landscapers before before so really didn't know what to expect. Maybe we expected too much. In any case, we chose this company from Angie's List, drove over to their headquarters, talked about what we wanted and signed a contract. I believe we had to put half down at the time. They scheduled the job for one date, then called and moved it back a bit, which was a minor inconvenience. They told us what plants they were going to plant, but they were not anything we were familiar with. They did a very thorough job of preparing the soil and eradicating some old plants, especially a bunch of snow on the mountain which seemed destined to live forever and to take over the whole front garden. The workers worked very, very hard, and I suppose that is where most of the expense came in (and I have no objection to paying people what they are worth). Our only complaint was that the new garden seemed less than what we had hoped for and the plants they planted seemed to require an incredible amount of care.

They were true to their word. They were most efficient in in transforming the entry way into our home. Everything was dealt with in a timely manner. I would recommend them without reservation.

Our experience with Integrity Landscape Services was excellent from start to finish. I called their company for an estimate. They called back right away and come to my home the next business day in spite of the fact that it was a busy time of year and my job was not a big one. Their price was very competitive and they offered to do my landscaping job quickly even though it was mid fall and a busy time of year. They gave me very good advice and completed the job efficiently and with great quality. I now have green grass growing all around my new driveway.

The crew at Integrity Landscape Services could not have been more professional in their approach to our project. Dave and Steve showed up for our initial consultation on time, and the office had confirmed the appointment the day before. They listened to our goals for our yard and were able to offer several suggestions that we quite frankly had never thought about. The proposal was very detailed and offered several options that allowed us to dictate the budget for our project. The crew showed up bright and early and literally worked at a fever pitch to complete our project within a day. We had a quote from a competing firm that stated it would take 2-3 days to complete our project, and the guys at Integrity had it done with 1 DAY!. Dave was on site and communicated with us throughout the project to make sure we were 100% happy with how everything looked. The crew was dressed professionally, worked unbelievably hard and cleaned up after the project as if they had never been on our property. The office staff was diligent at answering our questions as they arose and were extremely well versed about our project. Our front yard now looks like a park. I can easy see becoming addicted to this company. I could not recommend their services any higher.

Dave came out to give us an estimate. He was right on time. He helped us decide what would be best for our situation. He was very professional and knowledgeable. The day they wanted to do the job we were going to be gone on a day trip. Called and they had no problem changing the day. The crew that came out to do the job was very polite and couteous. They worked hard and didn't take any breaks. Everything was done to our satisfaction. Any concerns we had they took care of. They cleaned up everything before they left. We had another quote from a different company and they were more expensive and were not going to pour concrete for the pads but put some type of patio block that wouldn't have really taken care of my problem. We were 110% satisfied with Integrity.

I was amazed and shocked at how fast everything happened. All my landscaping was removed and my new pavers were put in all in one day! The crew working was super nice and professional. They worked h****** a hot day and stayed late - and still always seemed to be enjoying their job. Their attitude toward their work impressed me. All the plants were planted on a second day. So fast! Dave was knowledgeable and helpful before and during the process. Also, the communication with the women in the office was great.

They did all the work in the the two days (separated by a day for the electrician and the plumber to work in the same area) they had promised. They were cheerful, professional, and prompt. They so impressed my next-door neighbors that the neighbors asked them to submit a bid for a job on their property. Back in 2004, the same company did my front walkway. I was happy with that work which is why I employed them again.

They were prompt in scheduling the work and finishing in one day as estimated. I came home during the day and the team leader explained what they had already done and the work they had yet to complete. The job went very well.

Integrity met with us to look at our house to help us visualize a landscaping plan. They were thorough in their suggestions and came in with a competitive price compared to other landscapers we contacted. I was particular about the types of plants and flowers we wanted, and they were flexible in going back and forth to research my suggestions and modify as necessary. When it came time to carry out the landscaping project, they arrived with a crew large enough to have the whole job done in one day...it was amazing! We were super pleased with the results. Though my husband did a great job keeping the plants well watered, we had some plants that died. When I asked them to replace those plants, some were covered under the guarantee and others weren't. Initially they told us they could only replace the plants under guarantee but that our guarantee had already expired. When I went back to them and said that the plants didn't die suddenly but that they had been getting more and more dead branches (on the shrubs) over time, they agreed to replace those bushes anyhow at no cost to us. My husband also wanted a follow-up consultation to learn about how we can ensure that we're best caring for our plants (and investment!), and the owner scheduled a time to come to the house to look at everything and offer his suggestions. Upon seeing some other plants that didn't make it, he also agreed to replace those with another variety that might fare better in the soil and light conditions. Overall we are very happy with the way our landscaping looks, as well as the company's responsiveness and value placed in customer satisfaction!

Very pleased with the work. Very thorough and professional team of workers (most workers spanish speaking but the supervisors spoke fluent spanish to them). My only disappointment was the price, but the job and the results were wonderful. They cleaned up the debris, applied mulch and gave a very finished product! The neighbors have been very complimentary too.

On the day of the job, one of the owners arrived and described the scope and sequence of what would be done. Then all the trucks pulled up with serious equipment and many workers who all got going on their various jobs. They worked from just after 8:00 in the morning until the job was done and all cleaned up around 7:00 in the evening. It was impressive! Additionally, the office people are courteous and very helpful! There was good communication back and forth. It was a big investment for the good of the house, and I feel it was money well spent.

Overall it went very well. They arrived on time, received their instructions for the day from their manager, and went right to work. They had to dig about 3 feet back all the way around the driveway and the sidewalk and bring in new soil to get a good slope to the grass. After the work was done they seeded the new areas. One man did the landscaping in front which consisted of leveling out the area, bringing in new soil, and digging 9 holes to plant the bushes

After getting Integrity's estimate, we thought it was too high and decided to get a 2nd estimate. The 2nd estimate came in $3,000 cheaper and we decided to go with this other company.

I wasn't home, but here are some of my wife's comments. "Beyond our expectations!" "WOW!" "Courteous hard working crew!". From my own observations once I got home...I agree with all that. I didn't get to see the crew at work, but I hear there was a small army here and they must have worked very h****** a very hot day to get what really was three kind of separate projects done in one day. I'm amazed and very pleased. I never thought they could get all that done in a day. Of course there were some last minute things that came up. They were all dealt with quickly and fairly. The things Integrity came up with were done at no extra charge. Some things we asked for were done "at cost". I only mention it because things like that happen and it was no big deal at all. My wife and I (most importantly her) are totally happy with the work and whenever we get around to replacing our patio, Integrity will be getting a call. Nice job guys! Thank you!

.My goal was to turn my small back yard into a beautifully landscaped sanctuary I can also share with family and friends. I now have exactly that. It all began when Dave and Steve came to meet with me to discuss my project. They listened to my needs and offered great suggestions and options. They understood my vision and made it theirs. I received a detailed proposal from them in a timely manner. Contacts followed from them as well as Angie in their office as the project took shape. Work began and was finished as scheduled. The workers were competent and professional as they completed the job. Cleanup was ongoing and thorough The result is a beautifully landscaped yard that will provide me with endless hours of pleasure and opportunities for entertaining. I love it! Everyone who has seen it loves it! My experience with Integrity from start to finish is one of the best I have ever had with a contractor. I would highly recommend them to others and would use them again.

Very good experience. Dave provided other options that other contractors did not articulate. Work was completed timely and to our satisfaction. At one point my wife had noticed the patio was not shaped to what she had in mind and thought we had agreed to and the onsite foreman quickly addressed the issue and completed the shaping to her liking. The team also did a very good job in cleaning up the mess. Definitely would hire again. All communication was also very timely and courteous.

I had seen a coupon on Angie's list (not the current coupon). Based on that and the reviews, I contacted Integrity. I was told the coupon was no longer in effect (it had evidently just been withdrawn), although I originally called within the time frame of the coupon. Due to that, David stated that they would honor the coupon even though it was no longer in effect. I appreciated his prompt response to my concern and personal call and e mail.

They were professional, however their estimate was very high compared to two others I received. Be sure to compare them before using.

I had Integrity perform work for me in the past and I was so pleased that I asked them to come back. They are very professional and impress me every step of the way. I had water coming into my basement. They were very knowledgeable about repairing my problem and gave me multiple options on how to fix it. They buried my downpouts, did some minor grading and installed a beautiful brick patio that was pitched to help move water away from my house. Once again, they exceeded my expectations and I would recommend them to anyone looking to have landscaping done.
