We are glad that our recommendation was the right solution for your home. Thank you for your kind words.
Integrity Landscape Services LLC is a first class company on every level. From the office staff, to the engineer, the project manager and the laborers, they all exceeded expectations. We enjoyed working with all of them. They answered all of our questions in the planning phase and gave informative options that we would not thought of. Their team went above and beyond on the actual execution of the project. Everyone was respectful and worked very well together as a team to complete the project on time and on budget. They did a fantastic job with clean up, so rare these days. The work was completed in a day and half. We would highly recommend this company to anyone, no matter how small or large the job. We will definitely use them again in the future. Their name says it all - Integrity! Many thanks to Integrity for making this an effortless experience for us! Marilyn & Joe C. Menomonee Falls, WI

Everything went as planned. When the north wall was partially done, I requested that more of the wall be redone than was originally planned and my request was accommodated. The lannon stone walls were very well done and look very nice.. They did an excellent job of straightening the chain link fence. I am very pleased with the new concrete driveway and the replacement grass has filled in nicely. The crew worked extremely hard and put in very long hours. When they left in the evening, they cleaned up everything. The office crew consistently kept me informed on what was happening. When I need more work done, I will definitely use Integrity Landscape again,
Description of Work: Integrity took down the entire lannon stone wall along the south side of my driveway and part of the north wall and replaced both with a mixture of new and old lannon stone. They also redid the lannon stone retaining wall in the back yard and straightened the chain link fence. Part of the concrete driveway was replaced. The affected areas of the lawn were reseeded.

Staff was very professional. The total cost of the project was more than I had anticipated- however, i understood the need for the infrastructure / preventative measures. I had to scale back on some of my original request, (lannon outcropping instead of holy boulders) to accomodate the additonal cost of the supporting infrastructure. I was a little disappointed in the limited scope for "restoring exiting berm" especially for the cost involved - for what I paid I expected more, however i take responsiblity for not being much more specifiec during the inital walk thru. ( I hope the staff gets their free lunch - and it is more than pizza!)
Description of Work: extended berm - with lannon outcropping. This was the original request and the cost was as expected. based upon recommendation - created swale as a preventive measure for drainage - this was addtional and unanticipated - but it was all up front and explained at the initial meeting.

Thank you for your honesty and for taking the time to relay your experience. We are a bit disheartened by your disappointment in the "limited scope" concept, but understand that sometimes cost does become a factor. I believe when we spoke after your project, you were very happy with the results and we are confident the swale will work as planned. Thank you for taking the time to relay your experience. Originally, I worked out a proposal with Integrity that included a walkway behind my garage with a Lannon flagstone option, fixing up my existing retaining wall, burying 3 downspouts, installing 3 trees and misc plantings. In the end, the final approval I very clearly sent back to Integrity was for a walkway behind my garage (no flagstone), fixing up my existing retaining wall, installing 3 trees and misc planting. The job was scheduled to be completed in one day. The day the crew completed the work, I was at work and my wife unavailable, so they started on their own. When I returned from work, they were finishing up the job and to my surprise, they installed the flagstone upgrade for the walkway and buried 3 downspouts without my approval. There was a mix up between Integrity's front office and the project crew on the scope of work to be completed. After discussing the situation, we agreed I would pay for the flagstone (at cost) and no charge for burying the downspouts. The job was completed to my satisfaction and they made a difficult situation right.

David consulted with us a number of times to make sure we all were on the same page as to what work would be done. Because of the size and cost of the project, we delayed signing a contract with him the first go around. He was willing to let us observe an installation in progress so we could get an idea of how their company does the work. We also asked to see an installation that was a year old or so, in order to view results after stone had settled. The crew arrived on time, worked hard to stay on track to finish our project in one week. The crew was friendly, did a great job installing brick pavers, and cleaning up on a daily basis. They installed a drainage area (French drain) that had been problematic and seeded the area. We are very happy with the results. We have not had a heavy rain since installation so I cannot comment on the French drain yet.

Most of the work was completed in the first day: the crew arrived, dug out the foundation for the patio, poured the gravel and placed the pavers. Extensive rains in the afternoon prevented the work from being completed, the crew returned on the second day to put in the sand between the bricks and put down grass seed in the re-graded area. Because of the proximity to the house they took detailed measurements as far as the grading required to prevent water from running towards the house. When the grading was done and the patio was installed it left the patio recessed into the backyard allowing rain water to build up in the patio. When informed of that concern a crew came out within two days and modified the grading to allow water to flow from the patio out into the yard and driveway.
Description of Work: Install a brick paver patio approximately 11 by 11 feet in my city backyard.

Integrity was fantastic. We found them on Angie's List and didn't look back. Their responsiveness to our initial inquiry, time to price quote, and communication throughout the process; including follow-up to ensure we were satisfied, were superb. We are new home owners and are relatively illeterate when it comes to landscaping - we just knew we wanted something that would look good and would be low maintenance. Dave was fantastic. He took time to get a feel for what we were looking for, then proposed a great direction and vision for the project. He walked around the house with us and described each option he envisioned, outlining the benefits and drawbacks to each. We appreciated his confidence in his and his team's ability, yet desire to make this our project and yield to any ideas or questions we had. When the day arrived, Dave and his team showed up on time and ready to work. The crew worked very h****** a very hot day and completed the job in one day. We were amazed. We highly recommend Integrity Landscaping and will keep them in mind for any future projects we take on.

Having found Integrity Landscape Services on Angie's List, we had high expectations....and they exceeded them. During the project there were two unforeseen issues. Dave, John and the crew found a way to address these without any additional costs to us. The crew's work ethic was amazing! They took pride in their work and completed the project in half the time that we, as homeowners estimated. Throughout the project and after completion, communication from Dave, John and office staff Janine and Tammy was efficient and informative. Best decision on choosing a company to perform work at our home that we ever made! We highly recommend Integrity Landscape Service to anyone with a landscape project no matter how small or large. They are number ONE!

I originally chose Integrity because of the reviews I read on Angie's list. Dave came out and I explained what I had in mind....he listened and seemed to understand just what I wanted and came up with more ideas that were perfect for what I envisioned. The estimated was pretty much what I expected, easy to understand with options that we could choose what to do now and what to put off until next year. We wanted pine tree planted and they researched the proper type for our shaded yard. Because of the unusual weather this summer, the projected was a bit later to get started that I expected, but it was so well worth the wait! The morning of the scheduled date about 5 trucks and 15 men descended on our property and went to work so quickly I could hardly believe it! They were so well organized, efficient and polite. They paid attention to every detail and never cut any corners. Dave said they would be done in one day and I must admit I was skeptical at first, but the workers never slowed down and finished the job that day. We had several large pine trees planted and they took the time to work with me to make sure they were in exactly the locations I wanted...even moving them several times for me. We are so totally pleased with the results and have even planned more work with them. I would definitely recommend Integrity to anyone thinking about landscaping. Dave, Steve and his entire crew were wonderful to work with....the very best!!
Description of Work: Clean up existing flower beds and take out old plantings we no longer wanted; created large beds in front yard and around the base of the house; planted large pine trees in front yard; took out extensive area of stone, dug out another area for the stone to create a parking area at the end of the driveway and spread the rest of the stone on pathway; re did the border of existing stone patio with locking stone and created an adjoining walkway in stone.

.If you need any landscaping, this is your company. They came very early and stayed very late. I was shocked by their efficiancy, competance and productivity. I would never have thought my back yard could look like that. I saw it as a daunting task and could not imagine how it could be fixed. Well, with Integrity and their crew, it was more than I could ever have imagined. An often flooded crazy mess with boulders, rocks and tree stumps is now a leveled lovely back yard. My yard looks twice the size and we can't wait to finally use it as such. Seriously, I was blown away. Everything was perfectly cleaned up, along with little details you wouldn't expect one to attend to. And this was done in one day, a long one mind you, but a day none the less. They did not cut any corners in order to finish the job. They explained what they were doing and how everything was going to work. If you go to someone else, just remember it could have been better with Integrity. Just a thought!
Description of Work: Graded and leveled my back yard that frequently flooded. Removed all debri in a very wooded messy area. Removed large boulders and old tree stumps. Installed a piped drainage system with two drains that went from the back yard all the way down my driveway and out to the street. Applied top soil and seeded the entire area. Also did alot of general aesthetic fixes.

Integrity came on time with a large crew and completed the entire job the same day. The results were worth the cost. I no longer have a large amount of water pouring into my sump. I would guess that about 75% less water goes into my sump after the work was done. It gets re-routed around and away from my house. I now have enough confidence in my basement that we have made some recroom improvements. The only problem they had was getting to close to my neighbors asphalt driveway. There was not much room between my house and my neighbors asphalt driveway. Creating the swell caused the asphalt to push up a little on one side for about 3 to 4 feet length of the driveway. Integrity did everything they could to please my neighbor. After a year of negotiating it was finally resolved. I would have given them all "A's" if it wasn't for the neighbors driveway problem. I have no problem with using them again if I get another backyard drainage issue.
Description of Work: My basement sump pump could not keep up with all the water going into my sump. A lot of water would end up in my yard from behind and to the west of my house. I got tired of sucking up water about twice every year after a heavy rain. I decided to call Integrity because of there web site claims related to my problem. I needed a swell put in with drains to direct the water away from my house to the front near the street.

It was not a good experience. We called them because of the review on Angie's list because of their expertise with regrading and swales. In the beginning they were great. The owner called to say he was running late for our first appointment and seemed to understand our concerns regarding the drainage issue and the flooding of our window well when it rained hard. We signed a contract and put down half. He said it would be about 5 weeks maybe sooner. After six weeks, I called to find out when they would coming out and was told it would be the end of the week, providing the weather held out. I received no phone call confirming nor did they show up. I called that Friday when they were suppose to show up and I was told we were not on the schedule and they would call me back that day to let me know when they would be coming out. I did not receive a call back from them. I called that Monday and was told that we weren't on the schedule that week. I was a little put out and said that we have been waiting almost 7 weeks for them to come out, past what we were told, but I did understand that the weather played a part. Our contract said the work was to be completed by July 17th. They did come out on that day, which was the deadline. The crew that came out was professional and cleaned up after themselves. My husband was not home when they completed the work, but after he came home, he checked the grade on our patio and it was not what we expected. One side of the patio was lower than the other and the other did not have a pitch to it at all. I called the next day and the president, Dave, came out. He had a short level and showing me how the pitch was correct all across the patio and did not want me to show him how my husband checked with a 2x4 and a level to get a more accurate measurement. Dave still insisted that it was correct and I called my husband at work so he could speak to Dave. Dave basically told my husband that he didn't know how to use a level and that the pitch was as discussed. My husband is Director of Engineering of a large manufacturing company. He knows how to use a level and you shouldn't insult your clients. He left and he said he fixed it. My husband came home and said he didn't do anything but move some rocks around. We had his cell phone number and called him. During the conversation the owner just kind of cut my husband off. He said that he'll come out Saturday and would probably have to move some things around. He said that he'll see what he could do and then just kind of hung up on my husband. We never heard back from him. Friday morning I followed up with a call to the office recounting the prior evenings events and told them that we wanted someone other that Dave to address this issue. The girl in the office was apologetic and said she would have someone get right back to me. No one called. I did receive an email from Dave later that evening to which my husband responded and said to please call so that we could get it resolved. Dave would only respond through email and would twist my husbands words around, but never called to set up a face to face. They went back and forth all weekend. Sunday we had a hard rain and our window well filled up with water. We took pictures of everything. Finally Monday morning my husband sent him an email stating that either they were going to come out and fix it or we would stop payment on the check and we would call another company to come out and fix the issue They then came out the next day, but they really didn't fix it the way that we wanted them to. Dave was there with the crew and showed me why our window well filled up with water. He made a point of saying that they to took pictures of what they saw. They blamed the reason why our window well filled back up with water on us for moving around the mulch they piled up around the well so that there was no place for the water to go. I explained to him that we had to move it because the water was pooling around the window well due to the amount of mulch they put around it. Whatever concern we brought up to him, he blamed it on everything except for what they did or didn't do. We had a really hard time getting him to come back out that night after they fixed the pitch even though he told my husband he would be come by to review the work. My husband took off early from work to wait for him to come, but he didn't. My husband talked to the foreman and told him some of his concerns. The foreman said he would call Dave to find out if he was planning on coming back out to our house. The foreman told us he was unable to reach Dave. I tried to call the office and kept getting the answering machine. We sent him several emails regarding our concerns. One email he said that the foreman said we said how happy we were with their work. With was not true. My husband actually pointed out the height of the grade and the way that they covered up the foundation wasn't within code and we weren't happy with it, but for some reason this man was thinking that they did this wonderful bang-up job. My husband sent another email saying that he needed to come out and go over it with him to address our concerns and until that happened we're not going to pay him. He did finally come out and still would not address my husbands concerns and talked around the issue. My husband was so frustrated with the man, that he said that we would wait to see if the problems still exist after the new grass grows in. Dave said if there was still a problem after the grass grew in, they would come back out and address the issue. All in all, it was a very frustrating experience because of Dave's attitude and his reluctance to meet face to face to discuss our concerns, but chose to use email instead.
Description of Work: Integrity Landscape Services first came out to give us a quote and then to fix our drainage issues and one of our water wells which was filling up with water.

Regretfully, this was the strangest customer situation we've had in over ten years. The morning after completion, we received a call of concern regarding the pitch of a traffic bond base. We immediately went to their home to check their concern and confirmed a proper 1" drop per 6' length on a stone base (they didn't want the patio installed-just gravel). The wife confirmed the reading of the level and said things like, "It doesn't matter what is right or wrong, my husband likes to argue. He'll argue until you agree with him." She then told us a story about how her husband "made her remove all the grout of the new kitchen tile floor in the middle of the night". Two of our staff members heard these comments. At this time, the Mrs. stated she was very happy and will post a positive review on Angie's List. This was the second time she promised to do so. Over the weekend, via email, we disagreed with the Mr.'s position, however we always maintained that we'll correct any deficiencies. Two days after confirmation of proper grade, they wanted us to adjust the gravel (base) by 1". We did to appease them. When we returned, we noticed that the customer adjusted the project, after completion causing a 'damming affect', therefore creating a path for water to enter the window well. We explained this and recommended that (after we cured their mistake) they do not dam the water again and fix their window well as it is separating from their foundation leaving a direct path for water to enter. No comment was ever made suggesting that a husband doesn't know how to use a level. This statement is not honest. Unfortunately, there are good contractors and bad. There is also good customers as bad, rarely are they as bad as this member though. We are very happy that this member was eventually satisfied with the end product.

This is how working with a contractor is supposed to be! The entire Integrity team was knowlegable, excellent in the design phase, easy to deal with, very responsive to suggestions, and did a great job. In our initial discussions, David indicated they could be done within my time frame and that it would all be done in 2 days. We were impressed that the process DID take just 2 days and finished a couple days ahead of when we needed it done. A fairly large team of between 7 and 14 people were working on the project at most times. They started as expected, around 7:30am and worked until about 7:30pm the first day and 9:30pm the second day. All the employees/installers were nice and respectful and kept asking if we were satisfied with the process, placement etc. Cleanup and follow-up were perfect. I would highly recommend Integrity Landscape Services.
Description of Work: Integrity (David) met with us to determine our objectives, came up with a responsive plan, and after a few adjustments, gave us a final price. We agreed when the project needed to be done. Work invoved taking out our entire walkway to the front door, regrading, and then replacing all plants in front.

It was fantastic, they arrived on time with a a large crew and completed everything in one day. They removed the old pine needles and mulch in two giant areas of the yard, leveled out the area and installed new shrubs to provide privacy and grass seed. They made the two areaa of the yard look like a park. They also went around the house removing old landscaping bricks, raised the grade of the dirt, moved plants, trimmed plants and installed new mulch around everything. The crew worked at a very fast pace for the entire day even though it was over 90 degrees that day. The crew leader walked thru the project before starting, at different points during the day, and again at the end of the day to make sure everything was as I requested. Integrity Landscaping was great to work with and they did a wonderful job. They were not the cheapest of the estimated, they were more in the middle. BUT I definitely got what I paid for and I am very happy.

Our first step when choosing a professional landscaping contractor was to visit AngiesList.com. We received five different quotes, and agreed that Integrity Landscaping Services met all our needs. Our communication with the office personnel, the designers, and the landscaping team -- who showed up promptly the day the work was scheduled -- was the BEST! Each team member was polite, professional, engaging and constantly on the move. The group worked like a well-oiled machine. We still cannot believe that the work was all done in one day. Even after a long, hot day of hard labor, they cleaned our yard of all debris from the job, and even swept the road where the gravel was dumped. Our first face-to-face meeting was with Steve and Paul, who listened carefully to what we envisioned, made various suggestions, and took detailed notes. The quote we received was thorough and so easy to understand. We also appreciated their use of plants native to our location, and their suggestion to waterproof the brick on the front of our home prior to pitching the bed. Our thanks especially to Steve, Paul, David, Anton, Janelle, Jennifer, Tammy and the other 12 team members who transformed our tired, existing landscaping into a sight to behold. We are thrilled with the completed project, and would highly recommend Integrity Landscaping Services to those seeking a truly professional company.
Description of Work: * Removed and disposed existing shrubs, plants, edging, and mulch as needed. * Reshaped front bed and berm areas. * Applied tar to brick on the front of the house that would be buried when dirt was spread to raise the grade for proper pitch. * Installed weed barrier and stone mulch to several planting areas around the house. * Designed, ordered, and planted numerous perennials. * Installed garden walls around two bed areas.

After our positive experience last fall we decided to have the crew at Integrity Landscape tackle the overgrown area adjacent to the large city drainage easement that runs through our property. The area around the easement had been neglected for years and had become overgrown and unmanageable. There were several buck thorn trees and shrubs that had grown wild and were consuming more and more of our property. Dave and Steve devised a plan to tackle the overgrowth and install new shrubs and ornamental tress that would turn an eyesore into a beautiful park-like environment. The proposal was very detailed and showed up within a week after our appointment. We asked to make a few adjustments and they quickly amended the proposal to target our goals more specifically and got it back to us. Shortly after signing up Dave came back one night to spray the area for weed control. The day of the project the crew pulled up with 3 dump trucks and began working like crazy. They quickly cut down the trees and shrubs, took out the weeds removed the stumps. The area looked amazing simply with all the overgrowth removed. They then installed 2 Ornamental Pear trees and several Lilac bushes. The transformation was unbelievable, all in 1 day. Several of our neighbors came by that night and commented on how amazing the area looks. We could not be happier.
Description of Work: Removed several trees, shrubs, weeds and overgrowth from city drainage area. Planted new trees and shrubs.

Integrity devoted one day to our project and brought at least a dozen workers to our house to regrade a large portion of my yard and also removed a cement patio sloping towards the house and installed a brick patio at the proper grade. Everyone did a great job and all of them were very professional and accomodating to our needs. Everything looks great and I even had new grass coming up in less than a week. We plan to use them again to finish the area in front of the house and the other side next year.

We were very pleased with our experience with Integrity and already have another estimate in process for brick work/patio. The team was very professional and answered all of our questions. Dave did a great job of explaining our options while considering our current landscaping. The estimate was clear and allowed us to 'pick and choose' what we wanted done immediately and what we wanted to defer until fall. I received calls along the way to keep me up-to-date on our expected timeline. We felt that Dave provided the most cost-effective options to us and explained the benefits of the options we discussed. It was very helpful. We weren't home when the work was completed because I felt confident that Dave and Steve understood what we expected. The foreman contacted me on the day the work was being done to confirm a couple of details. He was very professional and he really wanted to deliver what we were looking for. The yard looked beautiful when I came home and the neighbors commented on the great results, but also on how neat the team was and how they worked hard and 'hustled' the entire time they worked on our yard. The clean-up was just what we expected from their team. We are extremely happy with the results and highly recommend Integrity. I look forward to working with them again. The office staff is very courteous and responsive. Dave provided many pictures of previous jobs to help us decide what we want. Dave made a second visit to answer our questions on our next estimate and to make sure the first job met our expectations. Great to work with.

Poorly. There was no follow through other than an email exchange after we put a large amount of money into this project. We ended up with a mud pit with very little sprouted grass and now we have a backyard full of weeds. The provider blamed the heavy rains and would not come back to visit or redeem their services, claiming he had too busy of a schedule...he said we could get a quote for new services for erosion control. Only hire them if you really want to learn about how to do your own lawn.
Description of Work: Ripped out backyard bushes and lawn, topsoil added, reseeded.

Prior to acceptance, we offered (to member) to install sod for this small lawn renovation project due to the potential for erosion. They declined stating lack of funds. We also offered biodegradable erosion control to help prevent erosion. The declined again due to lack of funds. Our agreement clearly states (in 3 separate locations) that our firm is not responsible for erosion as we cannot control the weather. Unfortunately, after numerous heavy rains, erosion occurred, therefore impacting the initial lawn results. Sod or erosion control would have prevented this situation for the member, but regretfully the member chose not to use them.

I needed someone to look at my property and give me an estimate. So I called Integrity and I asked their receptionist for someone to come out an look at the property. She said that no one would be available until late July, and I said that was fine. Then she said that they would come out on Tuesday at 11am, and I said that would be fine as long as I didn't need to be there, as I work. I could easily explain what needs to be done. She gasped and said that the owner of the property needed to be present. I might be off base here, but pavers, arborists, roofers, siders, painters, many different kinds of vendors do not need the owner to be present to make a quote. This isn't a landscaping design consultation session. I need low spots filled, top soil put down, and the areas sodded. Not rocket science. I understand they may have company policies, but she didn't need to gasp at me and treat me like I just offended her. I was offended that they are asking I take time off of work so they can say, "Yes, these low spots need to be filled." Perhaps this is a standard practice in the landscaping business, and perhaps they are so busy they can turn business down, but don't insult your potential customers. I deal with enough vendors to know what good customer service and customer treatment is, and this isn't it.
Description of Work: I called to set up an appointment to look at doing some grading, topsoil, and sod in areas around my property.

It is our company policy for a homeowner to be present during a free consultation and site analysis for a variety of reasons. In efforts to prevent miscommunications on the work a homeowner requests to have as well as to offer professional recommendations to the homeowner, it is more efficient and professional to have both parties present. The bidding process is also important to help one decide who they do or do not want to work with. Prices are typically not discussed nor is a prospective customer ever asked to buy anything during the free on-site consultation. We're surprised as to a member posting a negative review for a service provider to require a homeowner to be home for a free site analysis. It appears that the member may have misinterpreted a breath for a "gasp" (quite possibly when employee was sitting dow/standing up as they wear wireless headsets).

Integrity was an excellent choice!! My husband and I built a new construction home and were not prepared for the amount of work that it takes to establish a yard. We began looking at several landscapers, and just when we thought we found "the one", Integrity came along and won us over. From the moment we met with David out at our house we had a good feeling. We felt listened to, and we felt like David really understood what it was that we were looking for. There were never any high pressure sales, and we were never told what we should or shouldn't do. He really followed our lead, and he came up with an outstanding design! I appreciated that he took the time to look around at what our neighbors had and was able to give us something different. He discussed plant choices with us, pointed out what neighbors had and did not have, and really helped set us apart from the rest. When it was time for the job to start - I was again impressed by the communication with Integrity and how quickly they worked. A team of individuals showed up bright and early on a Tuesday to begin the job. In one day they were able to get the grading to where it needed to be, and install all the plants, trees, and shrubs - along with the edging and mulch. Even though I was not home for the full duration of the project, I felt comfortable and confident that I would come home to an excellent looking yard. David was quick to call with any questions that he had - and explained exactly what was going on while I was away. When I got home - I couldn't have asked for anything better. The workers were just wrapping up, and an individual was ready to take me around my yard and explain everything that had been completed - and what I needed to do to care for the items that were just planted. He also advised that they would return on Friday to sod the yard. Much like the first half of the job, I was again impressed when Friday arrived and the team of individuals showed up bright and early to begin sodding our yard. They began working right away, and had a team of individuals in each area of the yard. They worked quickly and efficiently, and were able to sod our entire yard in one day. In addition to this, they made sure that the driveway, sidewalk and street were free and clear of all dirt and debris ? and cleaned up every bit of dirt that was outside of the yard. Once the sod was complete I was again taken around my yard and was informed of what I needed to do, and things to watch out for. I felt extremely well informed, and confident that even without a green thumb ? I could keep my yard alive and thriving! You can?t go wrong with Integrity. They are hardworking individuals, and extremely dedicated. I was impressed by the enthusiasm that our foreman showed when he finished the project ? and he continued to comment on how much he enjoyed this job and was ecstatic with the transformation. Since completion we?ve received several compliments for surrounding neighbors, and my favorite part of the day is pulling into my driveway and seeing our yard. One week ago our yard was nothing but dirt and rocks, and today ? it could be a magazine cover. Thank you Integrity!!

Team was professional, extremely hard-working, and neat. Have never seen a team work so hard and well together. Appreciated the timely responses to all our questions leading up to the date of the project. We have used the company for other landscape projects and plan to use them in the near future again. David listens to what we were looking to accomplish and provides great recommendations and options to complete the project to our satisfaction.

This project went very well. In the initial consultation we discussed we wanted to form a long term relationship and multi-year plan for our landscaping. We came up with a rough 5 year plan, depending on how soon the pool we inherited takes to give out, that included the initial beds and patio and culminates with terracing the rather steep hill we have for a yard. Integrity Landscape is very willing to work with us on this plan. Not that everything was rosy. We did have a couple of very minor misunderstandings, but they were handled immediately and to our mutual satisfaction. First, language matters people, a planting bed and a raised bed are not the same thing, so if there is any confusion about exactly what you're getting, don't be afraid to ask and be open to what you're being told. Second, never having used a contractor before, I didn't realize that they would want a check waiting for them when they were done working. I figured that they would send me a final bill, especially because the final price was dependent upon the number of feet of edging material they used to border the beds and patio.
Description of Work: Integrity Landscape cleared some sod from my lot to create fresh, bordered planting beds and a crushed, decomposed granite patio.
