Excellent. Everyone in this company is eager to do a great job. Outstanding work ethic throughout the company. Dave is very knowledgeable, helpful, personable and organized. He does an excellent job of communicating and detailing the job from the very first meeting. The entire team...office personnel and crew on site are well informed and on top of things as the project progresses. The entire team is responsive to questions and concerns. Everyone is pleasant and professional. This is the second project for which I have hired Integrity to provide services at my home. It was another positive experience.

Excellent service. Two men came out and stated that they were here to do what ever I needed or didn't need. No big sales pitch. Very thorough in their assessment. Asked if I had a budget to spend and then proceeded to give me options within that budget, if I wanted to put some of my own "sweat equity" into the project to keep costs down and then other options that would go above the budget but just as a FYI. They took notes telling me they would be handing them over to the office then an email would be sent with the job estimate. I received the estimate the very next day and on it explained in detail all that was discussed. Even had some other options for me to think about if I wanted them to do also. The only reason I gave a C grade for responsiveness is because when I called to schedule the appointment they scheduled it so far out that I almost forgot that I even had made the appointment. The office did call a couple of days before to confirm the appointment which was a nice touch also. I have not hired them to do the work as of yet. I am still looking at other estimates so I cannot comment on work performed.

Integrity built a 17x38 paver patio for us recently. Our backyard posed several challenges including very poor grading. Integrity was able to take lemons and make them into lemonade...the finished product is beautiful!! We changed our mind several times throughout the planning portion (and even during the first day of construction) and Integrity responded efficiently to meet our requests. The president, Dave and his foreman, Steve are very talented and creative. We were blown away with the crew they showed up with the first day. Other companies estimated our project would take weeks to complete, Integrity did it in 3 days. Every crew member worked so hard. The office staff was also very accommodating and efficient. We will definitely be using Integrity next year to put the final touches on the project, lighting, landscaping etc...

All of the above work was done in one day. Everything looked amazing and transformed our yard. The grading helped to keep water out of the basement and all of the bushes and trees are healthy. We will definitely use this company again and have plans to do more grading to the other sides of the house as well as additional landscaping. Dave came out multiple times to go over what would be done and was very patient as we decided what to have done. On the day everything was finished he walked around with us again and educated us on proper watering and care for our new backyard.

Integrity Landscaping did a wonderful job! They listened to my needs and gave wonderful feedback on suggestions about color and design. They kept me informed on scheduling and finished the job in 1 day. They did a wonderful job with cleanup and even cleaned up the public street! The neighbors even commented on how beautiful it looked and how hard they worked.

Things began poorly, as I was called and hour before the scheduled time, and asked if they could change the time/date. I mentioned that I could meet earlier, and the agreed. Things felt rushed. They basically blew around the building and identified the low areas, and how to fix them. I was given an estimate for shoring up a retaining wall in the back. I have no complaints, I agreed to the time change, and I'm not sure what I expected for 25 bucks. So, they were groovy. We'll be calling Integrity, come sprig when we redo the rear wall.

5/16/2014 David, the president of Integrity is very professional and experienced. He addressed all of my concerns and changes promptly; as did the crew on the day the work was done. Danielle and Jennifer were always pleasant and helpful whenever I called the office. This is the best and most organized company I have dealt with regarding home improvement. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend Integrity Landscape Services. Thanks to all of you at Integrity. My yard looks beautiful.

Integrity was timely in coming out to perform the work on site. They were very accommodating to my desire to participate in the placement of the new tree and plants. They were also very responsive to email communications about the project. We will definitely use them again.

Integrity said they were there for a proposal quote--no paid plan--and that the proposal visit was free.

I was unclear on the services provided in the "Big Deal". They provided me a full refund, very professional.

Their responsiveness and professionalism has been good so far.

Integrity was by far the most professional team that we received a quote from. We felt that they worked with us every step of the way. The office staff (Danielle and Tammy) were extremely diligent in communicating with us and the landscape team. Integrity was proactive about getting the project started and did not hesitate to complete it as soon as the weather was right.

They couldn't fix my problem in a reasonable time frame.

We had hoped to be reimbursed for the rain garden by the City of Wauwatosa (as per information on their website) which would have helped offset the cost of the garden. But when I called them, they informed me that the program was no longer in effect, and I decided that we could not afford to go ahead with the project. I was so impressed with Steve, both his professionalism and his honesty about the possibility of alleviating the problem, that I would call Integrity for help again in a heartbeat.

They called me around 9pm yesterday, but it would be 2 months before they could come out, and the deals seem to be hit or miss, so I'd like my money back.

The project began with "Dave" (last names of the crew are unknown) meeting with me, discussing the entire project, he submitted a proposal the next day. He was very thorough, obviously very experienced in his field. He was very friendly, professional and exhibited the desire that he wanted to help get the project to my envisioned end result. Old Man Winter just did not want to let go, this delayed the project considerably. But the day finally arrived. A crew of four along with all necessary equipment arrived at 7:30 A.M. The Team Leader at that time Andrew (I believe) came to the door smiled and identified himself. We walked to the front of the house and discussed the plan. He was polite, cordial and listened intently to what I had to say. He informed that the Crew Chief was John and that he would arrive shortly and that Dave would also be here in a little while. He got the crew going on the removal of the stones from the bed. John arrived and went over things we me as well. He also was very knowledgeable, professional and said that if I want ted to change anything while the project was ongoing that I should talk to him and he would do all that he could to meet that requirement. Dave arrived, made some recommendations, which I gladly accepted. The entire project was completed by 3:30 P.M. The Crew did and exceptional job, I couldn't be more impressed with them and the Ladies "Holding Down the Shop." I would "Highly Recommend Integrity - without hesitation."

Integrity Landscape Services was excellent to work with, completed the job ahead of schedule, and was extremely professional. I own, renovate and rent out about a dozen properties and have worked with a lot of contractors. This company by far is one of the best to work with and I will continue to come back to them for all of my landscaping needs. They communicate well, touch base throughout the project to make sure they are meeting expectations, are efficient and do the job right the first time.

As noted by previous reviews and in our estimate comparisons, Integrity isn't the lowest or even most mid-priced company. Despite that, we have found their work to be worth the added expense and used them on two separate occasions. We have found communication between the owner, the office and the customer to be out of synch. For example, at the original walk-thru, Dave has a tendency to "sell the job" by verbally quoting only a portion of the work The written estimate arrives and we call to clarify the price to learn he was only giving a price for material only or labor only...not both. On our most recent project, we inquired about our responsibility to raise a low voltage transformer as was noted in the contract and were told in both voice and e-mail that nothing needed to be done before the crew got there. Problem is that their office never explained to us we would have to get it raised AFTERWARD! We most definitely would have made arrangements if the office has included this information in their response to our inquiry about the contract clause. Of course, they offered to do it....for an additional cost! The work crew deserves all the props here but management needs to review their transparency with customers. Dave has officially "fired us as customers" and it's too bad we were made to feel it was our fault and in no way, theirs.

We did not use this provider because the cost given to us in a quote was three times the amount quoted by other reputable companies. I was disappointed that Integrity Landscaping wouldn't talk to me about negotiating the price down, as I was happy with the service that I received from the company otherwise. We won't use them again in the future, as we had a positive experience with another landscaping company that charged a reasonable rate for the work requested.

They have a very close attention to detail and are extremely precise in their work. They have a large number of workers that arrive on the job and get the work done quickly. A glitch or two can come up, but they are able to take care of those glitches. They are very, very easy to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing landscape services.

Excellent! Top rate, first class company. A refreshing experience. From the initial consultation through completion, I was happy to get more than I expected. I spoke with 3 companies before selecting Integrity. They were not the lowest bid, but pointed out many things the others had not. There was no hard sell, just good advice and options for me to think about. The company was exceptionally responsive to my budget and priorities and gave me a range of scope and price to choose from. Dave is an exceptional leader of his company...it shows through in all employees of the company. Everyone was knowledgeable about their job, and delivered concern for the job and me as a customer. Very service and quality oriented. Communication to and from the office was way beyond the usual experience. Everyone on site worked hard, were pleasant to deal with and very professional. Integrity performed everything we agreed in the contract...complete, on time and as expected. They cleaned up the site when they finished and inspected the completed job with me to assure my satisfaction. I am 100% satisfied, and I feel I got 3x what I paid for and 3x what I expected. This company works hard to earn your business. They appreciate your business. All reasons to make a customer smile.

Working with Integrity landscaping was a pleasure. They were very patient with us and listened to all our questions/concerns and helped us work through a long list of things that needed to be done in order to direct water away from the house. Their crew was there on time and worked non-stop all day. They had a project manager on site, who checked in periodically to let us know what was happening and get our opinions. The crew had it all done in one day and cleaned up so well, you would never guess that all that work was done. We plan to use them in the future for several planting beds around the house that need to be maintained. It is a great company and I would recommend them to anyone.

We realized that we had a drainage issue this past spring with all the heavy rains and our Sump Pump running nonstop for days upon days after the rainfall. Having had great success with Integrity in the past year with a front yard renovation and creek clean up we decided to get their opinion on the concerns we were having. They came out with a laser transit and shot the grades in our back yard. We did not realize the severity of the issue until they pointed out the settled section of concrete adjacent to our garage and the long term damage that could be done to our foundation if this was not addressed. They sent out a detailed proposal to install a swale throughout our backyard to eliminate the pitch towards our house and to remove and replace the settled section of concrete from adjacent to the garage. We decided to move forward with the project in July. They advised us to wait for installation of the swale until later in September for optimal weather for the new lawn to grow. On the day of the project the team rolled in and worked at a fever pitch. The entire project was completed in a day and a half, including installing a planting bed adjacent to the west and north sides of the house, and mulch beds around 4 large Oak Trees. I set up a watering system with a timer and now a month later have a fabulous new lawn and the Sump Pump has not run once, even after the heavy rains of early October. We are so grateful and cannot recommend this team enough. Thanks to all at Integrity Landscape Services for all their hard work and dedication.

It went great, and so far their solution seems to be working! They were very professional from the initial call to the end of the project. Very thorough in explaining their proposed solution, and then walked us through everything once the project was complete. They also provided solutions for a couple of other areas of concern in the front of our house, which we will definitely be utilizing their services again next Spring. I have had other work performed on the house this summer, and Integrity was by far the best I have worked with. I would highly recommend them for any kind of landscaping project.

They were here at 8 am and done by 1 pm. They cleaned up so well, if it wasn't for the incredible work, I would not have known they were there. They kept me informed and walked me through the end to show what all was done. I have to say I had a terrible taste in my mouth from past contractors and I was extremely nervous, but after the work they did and the cost of the work, I would have no hesitation but to go with Integrity again for future work I would like to have done! From the office staff, who made me feel good from the beginning, to the guys at then end, it was incredible. I was in complete awe.
