Things went very well. We are new home owners and did not have any direct experience with landscaping so we did not only need someone to do a specific job we also needed professional opinion as to what exactly would work best in our situation. We wanted something that would reduce maintenance as much as possible. Dave (the owner) came on time with Ryan and we had a detailed discussion about the things we were trying to accomplish and our budget. We appreciated the fact that Dave did not try to push us for higher end things and was respectful of our budget perimeters. Ultimately, we decided to go with the more expensive (but permanent option) which meant digging out all unwanted growth surrounding the house and putting stone mulch so that weeds do not come back! The project was executed in one day, it was done professionally and everyone was respectful. At one point, we lost our internet connection but I was assured that it will be taken care of immediately, and they were able to fix it within two hours. At the end, they even spread some seed for additional grass and currently they are being very helpful in instructing us how to take care of the newly seeded areas. I would hire this provider again. Maybe even next year for some work on one of our flower beds.
Description of Work: They dug out all of the weeds around house perimeter. They then lay out landscaping fabric and stone mulch.

It went great. We are very pleased. We used a lot of dirt. I mean A Lot. Some areas has to be brought down before the correct grade could be accomplished. I real nice transformation. Pricy but the results were fantastic.
Description of Work: Created a beautiful graded area around a townhouse style duplex which had deteriorated do to an inferior design when built. The grade around the whole building was pitched toward the house and along with that the ground was fully washed away in some spots and a foot or more below the top of the foundation. Additionally prior to our ownership heavy rain periods had washed waves of water into one of the basement window wells bring water into the basement. It was a mess all around. The air conditioners were settled and leaning toward the building and most of the soil was soil just gone after years of neglect. This deteriorated soil problem was around the whole building. He fixed everything and there is the most beautiful swale along the worst side of the building which unfortunately is along a small hillside with the adjacent property. That was the major fix to create a path for this water to run out to the street. One thing which I hemmed and hawed on for a couple of weeks was to bury the down spout and run that out to the street as well. I hope I said that right. It was an additional cost than what we anticipated but well worth it. Initially David said of all the things we discussed this buried pipe was in the MUST category. I finally gave in the day before work was to begin and it turned out to be one of the best decisions of the project. We have our before and after pictures and now are just waiting for the grass to come in as we water daily. Also it was important that we get the project done and he was there as soon as the weather broke to the warming side. Now, in a few weeks we will be able to install a/c units in time for the warmer weather.

It went really well. I wanted the front yard cleared and prepared for planting, with major bushes and trees planted. After talking to four landscapers, was really impressed with Dave's "eye" for design and his ideas for the front yard; he also was the only contractor who was able to solve my drainage problems. His folks (quite a crew) came out on Monday and did it all in one day, with Dave there for much of the day to supervise and make sure things were done well. Everyone was helpful and friendly, and the result (right now) looks like a zen garden, with lots of rocks, just a few bushes and plants, and lots of empty space for me to fill in as I'd like. I appreciated that Integrity's flexibility to do this slightly quirky job, and leave the main plant choices and planting to me, while giving me the "bones" of a garden that will be great fun to fill in, and I'm impressed by the quality of the materials and workmanship. Well done all around.
Description of Work: Took out all grass in front and back yard, buried drainpipes, amended and mulched soil in front and back yard, designed and installed rock garden structure in front yard, planted two trees, five bushes, transplanted groundcover and other plants, removed invasive bamboo.

The roof overhang and gutter over my front door allow water to flow over the edge and onto the front walk and corner of the flower bed. The problem is due to poor roof design on the house. Gutter guards and diverters made the water problem even worse. I was concerned about the amount of water falling into the flower bed which allowed water to run along the front foundation wall. I was also worried that water was getting under the front walk. A number of options to fix the problem came to mind. Dave helped me narrow it down to the most cost effective and immediate solution to the problem. The company had already shut down for the season but still found a way to respond and install the solution. Steve and Antone came with materials and complete the job quickly. Antone finalized the job. The cost was reasonable given the out of the ordinary timing of the project. This is the 5th time Integrity has done work at my house. I have been impressed with the care and attention shown by all employees. They are always respectful, responsive to the need of the customer, and complete the job to high standard. Dave, Steve, Ryan, John and Antone are the personnel with whom I am most familiar but there are several newer employees who show the same high quality in their work. I'm sure anyone who leads your project will be responsive and well versed with what is to be done. The office personnel are great too...Danielle, Tammy, and Jennifer. They are always on top of what is happening on your project and helpful.
Description of Work: Installed rubber mat underlay beneath mulch in a corner flower bed adjacent to the front walk and front of house. Installed fresh mulch to blend with existing mulch in bed.

I knew five minutes after meeting with Steve from Integrity that they were the contractors for me. He listened. He was interested in what I wanted and what I didn't want. After seeing some of their accomplishments on line, I didn't' think my job would be big enough for them but I was always made to feel like their most important customer. The crew worked so hard and so efficiently that neighbors came out to compliment them. At all times they were respectful of my driveway and existing lawn., taking great care to keep me informed as the project went along. It took less than a day and a half. One of the expert stone guys finished off a stone edging, that I had already started, using my existing materials. I felt that my budget was respected at all times and never challenged. Phone calls and questions were dealt with within hours, not days. Updating and refreshing overgrown and sad looking landscaping has opened up the entrance to my home, greatly improved the curb appeal, and most certainly, increased the value. Just like they promised.
Description of Work: Remove a large number of overgrown existing arborvitae, bushes, plants, edging and old mulch from berms and 3 sides of the house. Redefined planting beds with new edging, mulched, and replanted with flowers, boxwood, dwarf hydrangea tree, and prairie grasses, They planted grass seed, laid sod, trimmed up large spruce trees, put down tons of river rock and fieldstone boulders for accent.

We had originally decided not to hire Integrity because we'd asked for an estimate on grading and the porch landing. They gave us a very detailed plan but it was 4 times more expensive than the lowest estimate, so we went with the middle guy. When we asked if the separate landing work cold be done as a stand alone, the cost almost doubled, so we declined. However, we experienced a variety of problems with other estimators. Integrity checked back to see if we'd reconsidered on having the work done when the weather allowed them to extend their season. We said no, then two days later said yes, please. They were very gracious, had someone out to do the work within a couple days.
Description of Work: Removed about 8 feet of cracked old concrete and created a new porch landing with base and 3 colors of brick pavers. It's a very attractive entry now to a large, charming old porch.

This is the 4th time I have hired this company in the past 3 years to do work at my home. Grading around my house had settled over the past 20 years and posed a serious threat to my basement foundation. Integrity reset the grade by removing soil and tapering the grade away from the house. It was a significant area of the backyard and side yards. They moved the fill created from the exaction to a low area of the backyard to add to the size and usable yard. There is more to establishing a lawn than simply moving dirt around and throwing down some seed. I learned that by way of some Do It Yourself efforts at my home. Integrity compacts the underlying fill in an "engineered" way so that it remains stable and in place. Topsoil is then put in place and finish graded before seeding. Grass grows much better in topsoil! I elected to have them add the option of Premium Penn Mulch to help with moisture retention and feeding the lawn in its initial stage of growth. And with winter and Spring rain coming, I also chose the option to have the area covered with biodegradable erosion control material to prevent washing away the lawn when snow melts and Spring rain falls. The plant beds surrounding the house were dressed with fresh mulch. High value and favorite plants were salvaged and rearranged in place. Existing cement pavers were removed for the project and put back in place to create a path from backyard to the existing patio. Much care was shown for my existing yard while the work was done. The company laid plywood before bringing heavy excavating and grading machinery into the backyard. And every inch of existing lawn and driveway areas effected during construction were cleaned up when work was done. They hauled all the removed roots and debris away. The foreman onsite does a final walk around review before the team leaves. As this was a large project, a few areas needed to be adjusted a day or so after I was able to use the areas and some things settling into place. They came back to make those final adjustments for me at no additional charge. I am very satisfied with the work done and how smoothly the project was accomplished. You don't have to be there while they work. The details are agreed up front resulting in a detailed plan with all costs known to the customer before work begins. No unpleasant surprises! The team knows what needs to be done when they arrive and they work diligently to accomplish it. The skills and expertise of this company are evident from the first to last detail. There is a clear sense of cooperative team work woven into the fabric of this company, and it shows. Every employee on site and in the office is pleasant to work with and kept me informed as the work progressed. Quality, expertise, customer satisfaction describe the reasons to hire this company.
Description of Work: Grading, drainage, increased usable backyard. Completed newly graded area with topsoil, grass seeding, fertilizer and erosion control material. Removed dead plants, mulched flower beds. Salvaged large cement pavers and favorite plants, and reinstalled after grading.

The retaining wall next to our driveway split after being installed eight years ago. After receiving a bid from the original installer to repair the wall using the original materials, we contacted Integrity for another bid. They came out and recommended that rather than repairing the original wall, it should be replaced by a wall with the materials and construction techniques that were correct for amount and height of soil they needed to retain. In addition, they recommended that the wall to the south of the driveway on our property be reset and filled correctly as it had started to shift. Two other companies came out and bid on the job. All three companies agreed that the original walls had not been constructed "according to industry standard". We accepted the bid from Integrity even though it was not the cheapest. Throughout the process Integrity was very proactive in contacting us and working with us to repair the walls. The blocks chosen were an excellent match to the existing materials as well. Although we didn't believe it could be done at the time, they completed all the work in one day and left the site very clean. The forman was on site at the end of the day to meet with us and make sure the job was completed to our satisfaction. The original company had taken weeks on the original installation. We were very satisfied with the work done and would use this company again.
Description of Work: Replaced an eight year old two level corner retaining wall that had developed a large crack and begun to lean towards the driveway Also reset and filled a low barrier wall beside our driveway.

The entire project was seamless from the estimate to completion. We were extremely impressed with the thoroughness of the team and explaining everything that was happening throughout the project. It went flawlessly. Was done in less than a day and we have had no further issues with water entering through the foundation on that side of our home. Additionally, Integrity kept us informed as to how the project would happen and along the entire process.
Description of Work: We were experiencing water leaking into our basement (a previous company misdiagnosed the issue) after most rainfalls. Integrity removed mulch, ground, regraded the section away from the house and installed a water-tight covering so that water could no longer get beneath our pool. They added new ground and mulch on top and re-installed the patio stonework that surrounded this particular garden bed. Integrity also added a flagstone pathway stretching 30 yards from our driveway to front door.

The project went smoothly from the outset. I wasn't certain on what I wanted to do and Steve's suggestions during the initial visit helped define the project. An estimate followed a few days later and we schedule the work about four weeks out. Our initiial start date was delayed because of rain, but I was notified and the crew was there bright and early the following day. Work progressed throughout the day and was completed by 3:00. The crew was friendly and efficient. The bed looks great and Steve made some minor design tweaks that I had not considered, but were needed. The crew foreman - John - made sure I was satisfied with the work, knew how to proceed with waterings etc. and area clean-up. I'd also like to call out the front office at Integrity for the excellent communication on schedules, revisions, billing etc.
Description of Work: Created a bed at the back of our property. Sculpted, cleared, planted and mulched the bed area.

Originally I was installing a paver patio and some landscaping in the front yard. I had three quotes, and I decided after reviewing all three to go with this company because of the "A" rating and a review of their website. After much back and forth regarding measurements in regards to the patio we called off the deal. I lost $3,800+ for nothing. They delivered the pavers and I had the patio installed in two days for a cost of $4,800 by another company who did an excellent job. Integrity was charging me close to $10,000. As it was I had pavers left over after Intergrity said I didn't order enough for the size I wanted. I got the exact size I wanted from the new company and with pavers left over. They charged me $3,800 for pavers and coming out to my house twice. Unbelievable! They intentionally inflated the cost for no reason. I had paid them $4,000 to begin the job. The most they ever did was order the pavers and spray paint the outline of the patio (and they did that without me being present to agree on the area). I would not use them ever and I recommend unless you have a lot of money to through away, then don't use them.

We had an EXTREMELY difficult time with this customer. Our entire team worked VERY hard, with honesty and care, in our absolute best attempt to try to appease her ever changing moving targets for over three and a half months. It was odd to consistently see misrepresentations from this customer. It was evident that this customer was operating in bad faith throughout our three and a half month ordeal.

Integrity was exceptionally easy to work with and very professional. I had contacted two other landscapers prior to calling Integrity and was not pleased with either. My first meeting with Integrity was with the owner. I told him my vision and it was like he was in my head. I wanted more of an old fashion, vintage vibe. A plan was created that was perfect. Although Integrity provided the highest bid my initial experience was so positive I opted to have them do the project. The crew arrived on time with the owner. I was very impressed that the owner spoke Spanish to his mostly hispanic crew, making sure there was clear communication about the project. I was included in the process, reviewing work at various stages and providing input regarding location of plants, fountains and decorative rock. Everyone was so friendly and professional. The job was completed in less than 1 day. Also of note, the lawn was protected with ply wood for moving equipment. The site was cleaned and looked great when the crew left. I have waited to write review because I wanted to wait until the end of the season to make sure I was completely satisfied. There was one hiccup, but it was minor and Integrity resolved the issue rapidly and beyond my expectation. From a cost perspective I was able to use the Angie's List discount offered by integrity. That was a nice perk, but note cash payment is expected. There is a fee for using a credit card. Overall Integrity is a class act. I am very pleased with my experience with them and would recommend them to anyone with confidence. I get so many compliments on my yard. The landscaping was a great enhancement to an already great condo. I love my outdoor space!
Description of Work: Our condo association allows for owners to landscape at their own cost with design approval from the board. I had a vision for re-landscaping the planting beds in my yard. Integrity removed the builders original plants and shrubs in three separate planting beds, created a fourth planting bed along the backside of the condo. All beds were edged with beautiful field stone. I have a fountain in the front yard and the back yard, fountain pads were created to keep fountains level and from sinking. They also shored up a maple tree that was planted on a hill and edged it in field stone. New plants and shrubs were added and the beds were dressed and mulched.

This is the third year in a row that I have hired Integrity Landscaping. I am again very pleased. Dave and Ryan were very generous with their time and suggestions for the many grading, drainage and plant questions I presented. They made a follow-up consultation to clarify items in the original proposal and quickly replied with a revised proposal. I went forward with some of the proposed work; and will hire them again for additional work late this Summer or early Fall. The company is very well run. Everyone works effectively as part of the team. Everyone on site and in the office does a great job. The company is very customer service oriented. Thank you Dave, Ryan John, Danielle, Tammy, Jennifer...with whom I had the most contact. And Antone...who came back to reconnect my hose. Landscaping and yard maintenance are not inexpensive. Many years as a homeowner have proven that to be true. While Integrity is not the least expensive home or yard service company I have found over the years; it is by far, the best quality conscious and responsive company I have found. I highly recommend this company for one?s home or business project. UPDATE 7/19/215: It has been only ten days and already I have a beautiful new lawn in all the areas seeded. The Premium Penn Mulch is the way to go. If you water as frequently as suggested at the start, you will have grass in seven days...then just keep checking and watering. The Premium Penn Mulch grows fast and gives great results!
Description of Work: Dug channel and buried downspout extension, and sump pump discharge pipe for better drainage solution; and ease of mowing and walking around the yard near the house. Added (free) fill to bring up grade in a badly eroded area of my lawn. Raised grade (in lifts...ask the about that technical term), provided and applied topsoil, seeded with Premium Penn Mulch mix. A lot of work went into hand raking and smoothing the grade and topsoil. Raised grade and seeded low areas adjacent to mud jacked front walk and driveway. Free consultation and proposal recommending options to address my needs; ordered, delivered and installed all materials. Called digger's hotline to assure any obstacles to digging; and arranged any permits or city ordinance compliance needed.

Integrity obviously has a well run business. They have more 'A' reviews on Angie's List than the next 3+ landscapers combined so I thought it was a no-brainer to call them. They came out in late winter to discuss the work I needed done. I was unsure of exactly what I wanted to do and what I could afford in the short term so I asked them to break the quote into individual projects. They provided a professional quote within 2 days of stopping out. I've been a homeowner for 20+ years but have always done my own landscaping. Having not hired a landscape professional previously, I experienced some sticker shock. After getting some competing bids, I realized that this initial quote was not out of line. In fact it was very competitive. It had a reasonable amount of detail on it and everyone I talked to was very professional. I felt comfortable doing business with them but it took me several weeks to determine exactly what I wanted to complete in the short term. I ultimately decided to hire them to install the drainage from my downspouts out to the back of my yard. I figured this was a good test run to determine if I would then use them for future projects. As I mentioned, I had received competing quotes for some of the work. For the drainage, Integrity was roughly 15% less expensive than the next reasonable quote. Given all the glowing reviews, it seemed like a logical choice. I will note that one of the quotes I received from another landscaper was a bit more detailed and laid out all of the individual pieces needed, how deep the pipes would be buried, and contained a diagram on my plat showing where they would be located. That level of detail made me hesitate for a little bit. The decision to go with Integrity came down to cost -- who in their right mind really wants to cough up $4000 to run some pipes underground? My work was scheduled for a Monday, a 2-3 weeks after I had made the final decision and provided a down-payment. I had been waiting on the final rough grade of my yard anyway so the schedule worked for me. However, they had gotten the underground utilities marked before the final grade was done. When the final grade occurred, it wiped out all of the markings. I informed them of this but it was a little late in the game to do much about it. Then, the Friday before the big day, they called me to inform me that my work would be delayed due to a threat of rain on the scheduled date (3 days out). I thought the delay was a bit premature. As it turns out, it didn't rain that Monday. I have a steep yard so I understand the desire to ensure a safe environment. The delay was not a huge deal but seemed like an odd call. They ended up showing up the next afternoon so no big deal there. Up to this point, things went fine. In fact, even the installation went well. They came out on a Tuesday afternoon and by the end of the day, they were done. I didn't time it but it seems like it took about 4 hours total. They threw a LOT of guys at it and they seem to have good coordination. The foreman was a nice guy, very friendly. I have no issue with how they performed their work or how they left the yard. They are quite efficient. I did have somewhat mixed feelings -- I spent that much money for a few hours of work but that's just me being cheap. Again, a lot of guys, a lot of equipment. The cost is justifiable. Here's why I decided to go with an overall grade of 'C' (meaning average). It's simple -- the quality of the solution was very average. In part, I blame myself for this. The quote did lay out the fact that they would use 4in HDPE pipe -- I've since learned that is a flexible pipe which is great for the people working with it but not nearly as durable as PVC/schedule 40. The quote left off other details that I just assumed were going to happen. In retrospect, that was dumb on my part. You gotta' get it all on the quote. The problem is, I'm not a drainage expert and didn't know what I should be looking for -- a common lament for homeowners. That's why I hire professionals -- to take care of things that I'm not an expert in. For example, I assumed they would bury the pipe 9-12 inches underground (at a minimum) to avoid some level of freezing. I also assumed they would put drainage stone underneath the pipe to protect from ground shifting. Finally, I assumed they would run the pipe to the edge of the yard. None of that was mentioned on the quote and as such, none of that happened. In fact, there are spots where the pipe is actually already exposed due to erosion. It appears that they did not bury it more than a few inches below the soil. They also come up about 20 feet short of the end of the yard. I'm not quite sure how I'm supposed to landscape around 5 individual pipes being discharged in the line across the length of my backyard. I also discovered, after they had left, that they accidentally cut the line going to my yard lamp when trenching. Thankfully, the lamp was actually installed after the drainage had been run so I was able to move it and work around the sliced electric line. That line was unmarked due to the final grading occurring after the marking so it's not entirely their fault. The fact slicing it went unnoticed is a little surprising. I decided to save a few bucks and in the end, I wish I hadn't. While in the short term, the drainage is working fine, the real test will come in winter and next spring. Given the depth that these are buried at, the quality of the pipe used, and the fact that I still need to bring in large equipment to finish my lawn, I fear that these will be crushed. I may have wasted a lot of money on this one. In summary, Integrity is by no means a bad contractor. The business is well run and they are good at competing -- my guess is that they quote at a slightly lower level of quality to ensure the best price. This is a perfectly reasonable practice and undoubtedly wins a lot of business. If it's all about price and speed, this is a good contractor to go with. If you are very particular about how things get done and lower quality solutions gnaw at your very soul, then I would recommend either getting every detail in writing from them or going with a different contractor. For the remainder of my work, I am going the contractor that provided the more detailed bid. I just have more faith in someone when they provide that level of detail and can back up the reasons why they are more expensive. ***UPDATE September 2015** I'm taking a grade off. Interestingly, I came into Angie's List to take a legitimate grade off but didn't realize they had responded to my post. Now that I see their response, the professionalism is going to get knocked as well since that response is a blatant lie. Honestly. I'm a little shocked. I thought my review was quite fair. This is not a case of 'can't please 100% of the people'. This is case of a less than stellar contractor that has VERY good marketing awareness. I'd be happy to discuss and show the work to anyone to see if they don't agree. After a little time has passed and having someone else install the lawn, I realized how poor a job they did. I had 2 other contractors point it out, independently. Significant portions of the drain pipe were exposed from minor erosion after only 3 months. The pop-up in the front yard does not fully drain -- this is going to be a major issue next spring during freeze/thaw cycles. It's due to installation. There should have been a rock bed underneath to allow for drainage out the bottom for the amount that does not make it out the pop-up. This is common sense. Finally, due to them terminating the drains in the middle of my yard, it has screwed up the pitch that can be installed for the new lawn. The other contractor worked around it as best they could but it's far from ideal. Not only did I p*** away $4000 but it actually impacted other work. It is accurate that they provided me with quotes for multiple items. About 6 to be exact. I explained during the original quote that I'm looking for a contractor that I can use long term and that I had a number of 'wish list' items and I'd like to have them break it up so I can plan for the future and budget accordingly. I did choose 1 item immediately to give them a 'trial run'. Call me goofy but before I spend $25,000, I'd like to know I'm getting my money's worth. I'm extremely glad I did. It is also accurate that I did not share my concern with them. To be honest, I felt it would be tilting at windmills. As I mentioned in the original review, it's critical that you get all the details in writing from them. It seems obvious after the fact but you really need ALL OF THE DETAILS in writing. I did not do this and therefore did not have a leg to stand on. Their response would likely be 'we've done this xxx number of times, we know what we're doing'. Which is exactly what their response below was. Finally, it's important that I address the major lies. I did NOT want to discharge my downspout onto my neighbors property. Such a suggestion is ridiculous and slanderous. My backyard is next to a wetland. Why on god's green earth would I dump it onto my neighbor's property when I can drain towards the wetland, where water naturally wants to go and no one else is impacted. Second, I paid on the balance due on the same day they finished. Again, slanderous. I've never had a late bill in my life. Even when I had no money. I always pay my bills on time. Either they have mistaken me for someone else or they are outright lying. I fear it's the latter which speaks to their character. Attack the customer. Not a good business practice and not consistent with their name for sure. I have since found a much better landscape company to work with.
Description of Work: Initially, I asked Integrity to provide a quote for a number of different landscaping services. I have a new home and was interested in installing drainage, a new lawn and possibly some hardscaping. They provided a quote and, as requested, split out the different services/solutions. I ultimately hired them to install the drainage from my downspouts.

This member is in error. Our team provided, numerous revised free no-obligation proposals for various projects. They opted for 1 of 10 options provided, simply just to bury downspout pipes. It was very unusual for someone to hire us for just pipes and another for the new lawn. Our team has installed thousands of pipes over the last 20 years and have never had one concern or complaint. We installed this member's pipes precisely as promised and to a high degree of installation. We had 6 crew members on site including our extremely astute Vice President. Ironically, this customer never even shared a single concern over the finished project. Our only two concerns were; #1. This customer wanted us to discharge his downspout pipes onto the neighbor's property (we wouldn't do it), and #2. He didn't feel it reasonable to pey the balance due for the work (and materials) that was completed to his satisfaction at the time, regardless that he agreed to within our agreement. Our team is very proud of how we completed this project. Furthermore it works perfectly! Unfortunately, "you can't always 100% please all of the people all of the time".

I contacted Integrity through Angies List and received a prompt call to discuss what I was interested in having done. An appointment was scheduled for a sight visit. Dave, the owner, came out to look at what we needed and spent a lot of time discussing options. I asked him to break out the quote into 3 seperate projects as we were not sure we wanted to do everything at once. He responded with a quote as requested in a very timely manner. I contacted Integrity and told them we were interested in moving forward with 2 of the 3 projects. Dave came back to our home and we walked through the projects so we were comfortable and we signed a contract and established a start date. The project was started on time and Dave and his crew showed up in force. I think there were as many as 16 people working at one time. All the people worked very hard and were well supervised. The entire project was completed in a bit more than a day. They left our home in excellent shape when they were done. They protected the lawn and treated our home with respect. We are very pleased with the results and would strongly recommend Integrity for anybody considering a landscaping project.
Description of Work: Installed stone steps from the upper to the lower level in the backyard and rebuilt the stone wall. Completely redid the landscaping in the front yard including a crushed granite walkway. Delivered and placed a number of very large rocks for interest in the landscaping. Rebuilt two lannon stone walkways. Overall a very complete redo of 20 year old landscaping.

Can't say enough for these guys! They estimated 1.5 days for the work, and apart from delivery of materials (done the day before) and the extra couple of hours to solve a plugged downspout & re-landscape the soil next to the house to achieve proper drainage (addendum to the contract) that's what it took. The extra work was done because I had not had the gutters cleaned yet this year, & they overflowed creating a depression in the soil next to one of the downspouts. I didn't know where the "plug" was, but it was evident that there was a plug & the water was not draining properly. I contacted Integrity, and Dave came out on SUNDAY to make sure it was not something they did. Really impressive service. He said that it was probably a plug in the downspout (it was!) - not in the buried pipe that they had installed. I wanted Integrity to come out & fix it - just because I didn't know where the obstruction was. He readily agreed, and also recommended additional fill to ensure any future spillage would not weaken the foundation. They came out THE NEXT DAY after they were done with a previous job, relocated some hostas, reshaped the soil next to the house, and added more grass seed where the rain had washed some away. This did cost more but was money well spent. The were on time, polite, cheerful, industrious, meticulously accurate. Measured and checked the slope of the patio at frequent intervals to ensure good drainage. Frequently asked if I had any questions or concerns, and were willing to explain everything. I had heard good things about Dave & his crew from my niece who had her back yard done by Integrity. I was extremely impressed by their professionalism, competency and attitude. RE price - no, they're not the cheapest. But since my husband passed away 6months ago, I needed competence and professionalism, reliability and a good attitude more than a cheap price! That's what I got.
Description of Work: Re routed 2 downspout and 2 sump pump water exits, constructed 15x21 ft patio (holland brick) and 15 foot walkway between patio and back entrance stairs, solved drainage problem near house where land slope was inappropriate.

It was a pleasure doing business with Integrity Landscaping. Dave took the time to meet with us prior to the project to make sure our goals were met. He is a hands on owner and was the first person at the job site on the day of installation. Dave is a highly motivated owner who wanted to make sure we were completely satisfied. The support staff were always in contact with us before, during and after the project. Very pleasant people to talk to. His lead crewman (John) did a wonderful job making sure everything was cleaned up when they were done. Plywood boards were used to make sure no damage was done to our existing lawn, you could not even tell someone had been on the lawn at all. They used a hand rake around the whole area. The shrubs and trees installed are of excellent quality. They are beautiful and exceeded our expectations. I would definitely use their services in the future and would highly recommend them to family and friends. Thanks to Dave and his team, we now have a fabulous back yard that we can enjoy throughout the year.
Description of Work: Installed a variety of trees and shrubs to make our back yard private. Cut out the planting areas with a sod cutter and installed bark mulch.

Performed work within specified window dates. Arrived and began before 8am. Supervisor(s) on site throughout work. Project completed in less than one day. Very professional, polite, and informative. Welcomed all questions and gave informative answers. Dave, Steve, and wonderful onsite crew and office staff went that extra mile to meet our wants and needs. Can't recommend Integrity more strongly. Would confidently refer them to anyone!!!!!
Description of Work: Constructed a fieldstone wall and installed all necessary to prevent erosion. Transferred an established tree to a new site. Removed existing trees as needed. From start to finish it was a great experience. David (the owner) came to give us our proposal and he had some great ideas that we didn't even think of. Danielle and the rest of the office staff were great to work with. The crew that performed the work really did a great job, and the foreman was very professional. They all work hard, and the results are amazing. We couldn't be happier with the work and would highly recommend that you at least get an estimate from them for your landscape project.
Description of Work: They removed a small tree in out front yard along with several other plants and re-landscaped most of our front yard, along with burying two downspouts and our sump pump discharge. They also removed our concrete front walk and replaced it with brick, adding more space by the front door for a small table and chairs.

Integrity did a great job again. This is the third time I've had them perform work at two different homes. Dave spent a lot of time with me upfront walking through the work that would be done and options to reduce some cost. Not the cheapest quote, but I chose Integrity because of the work they have performed in the past. You get what you pay for, and the work Integrity does will last. Once I signed the paperwork, they were onsite within a week. Project lasted one day and they performed the following: planted combination of trees/bushes/perennials throughout the front yard, reconfigured one mulch bed, put new edging around two existing mulch beds, installed stepping stones, buried one downspout, regraded and planted seed in portions of front yard. It's been approximately one month since the work was completed and the new grass is coming in great and the new trees/bushes/perennials installed are growing nicely. Everyone I have worked with at Integrity is fantastic. Dave is always willing to meet in order to develop the plan that fits your needs, the crew does a great job of executing the landscape plan, and the office staff is extremely helpful, courteous, and responsive. I'd 100% use Integrity again in the future, and would recommend them to anyone out there.

First contact was great. They came and did an estimate, they were on time and very polite. The service was done on the day promised and the workers were punctual and very professional. The job itself was done exceptionally well and it looks beautiful, definitely would recommend to others. (I didn't understand some of the wording in the estimate I received, however Jennifer at the office worked with me over the phone and explained in detail everything that I didn't understand. She was patient, kind and very professional. I felt comfortable knowing I was able to call the office at any time with questions. As this was my first time dealing with a project like this.)

I didn't end up going with them because I thought their price was too high. They seemed very personable. They came. They were responsive to my call. They set up the appointment right away. But their proposal was a little bit out of my price range. I thought what they were proposing was a little bit higher than what I was able to get through somebody else. I think they quoted me something around $6000. It sounded nice and everything but I just didn't need all of what they were proposing. I ended up going with something that was a little bit small. I don't know why I should have had to pay them to come out to give me a quote. In hindsight, if they want the business they shouldn't charge people to come out and give you a quote. I think their usual fee is something like over $100, which I think is ridiculous.
