Great. A large crew arrived that morning including the engineer who made sure the excavation and grading were correct. The crew worked hard all day. They kindly used wheelbarrows to move materials in order to protect the grass. The workmanship is beautiful and it has held up over one winter and summer so far.

Very well. Everything completed in one day! Very satisfied.

Integrity is not just a name to them, it is their way of business. Every step of the projects was handled with friendly, prompt professionalism. Their crew was incredibly hard-working and careful not to damage any existing lawn or landscaping. They showed up when they said they would, worked diligently (despite the awful heat) and cleaned up so well it didn't look like they'd even stepped on our lawn. If we need a third project done it will be done with Integrity. Pun intended.

They came quickly, gave us an accurate estimate, and then performed the work exactly as contracted on the earliest day possible, leaving everything looking great.

Integrity was a recommendation from our neighbors. The experience we had with them was very positive and the price was reasonable to some other quotes that we had obtained. They took the time to lay down wood on our new cement to protect it, and then also compacted our new topsoil down well so we wouldn't have as much problem with run off. Good experience for a relatively small project. The only thing I would say was a draw back was we had to wait a pretty long time (I believe close to 2 months) to even get a face to face meeting with anyone at our house. But once that happened and we decided to go with Integrity everything went very quickly. We will definitely use Integrity again for any landscaping projects we have coming up!

Excellent detailed job! A portion of our front paver sidewalk was torn up because of water line repairs in our neighborhood. Steve and Ryan were able to get the job done in a timely manner and they put the sidewalk back together again better than the first install! Plus we wanted it done before Halloween so that the trick or treaters wouldn't trip on our torn up lawn. We were so happy they could accommodate our request. The sidewalk looks great!

Great. No issues. Every thing was well done. The crew was pleasant and efficient.

The project went very well. The crew was done in less than 1/2 day and the site was left clean. We were given well written instruction regarding watering and maintenance. Steve absolutely went the extra mile with this small project when my elderly neighbor expressed some concerns. I would definitely call Integrity again.

It was very expensive but very quick. We actually have them come out for an estimate on another job and it was what we thought that was gonna cost what we figure it would cost their estimate came double that so we called them up and said no thanks no were not going to use you, I did it myself.

The whole project was a well orchestrated performance!! All tools personnel and plants arrived in several trucks. The owner gave instructions and guided the project expertly all the way to the finish. I pulled out a chair to watch the progression. The efficiency, productivity and quality of work was fascinating to watch. All staff were hard working and professional. The owner gave precise instructions on where to place each plant and also gave me opportunity to make any changes. Clean up was completed in detail. Even the road was washed to clear mud and debris. I love my new landscaping! I keep getting compliments from the neighbors too.

Very well. Contractor identified one condition not visible before start of work and provided good fix. Everything done in one day to our amazement. Would use again. A little pricey but that may be the cost of quality. No troubles or issues during or since installation.

The LED landscape lighting look great at night. Just the right amount of light. Steve placed all the uplight and path lights in the perfect spots. Dave was extremely helpful in his thoughts and ideas for the front landscape adjustments and helped with picking the right plants for the walkway to our front door. The whole staff is always pleasant and professional. Looking forward to our next project with them.

After agreeing on price and extent of work Integrity was on the job w/in 2 days and w/ a full crew that accomplished a rather large project in 2 days, even taking out a concrete patio and old playset. Workers were all very professional and courteous of neighbors being I live on a cul de sac that is not easy to navigate w/ big dump trucks and bobcats. Final work looked very good and now we water daily awaiting for new grass to pop up. All underground pipes to take the water to the front of house and out to the culvert worked tremendously well during the first rain storm and happy to report not a drop of water in the basement.

This was the second landscape project that Integrity Landscape Services worked with me on. Everybody in the company from the front office to Dave was very pleasant and professional. Communication is never more imperative in projects like these and they always kept me informed to the best of their ability. Any questions or concerns were addressed in a timely fashion to my satisfaction. The finished look at the end of the project made quite a difference! I didn't know what the result would be but it was shocking to see the front of my house and how the landscaping had enhanced the front of the yard's curb appeal. It was not something I could do on my own, but with Integrity's help, they got the job done in no time. In my opinion, Integrity has built a trust and confidence with their customers. Based on my experience, I feel that they value the customer which makes me highly likely to work with them again!

It went great. We went to Integrity because another landscaper jerked us around for over a month. Integrity scheduled a visit, created a proposal, came for another visit and completed the project in about 2 weeks. The work itself was done in a day and there werent any problems. They were very professional and executed the project perfectly. Overall, it was a little more expensive than we planned however their work is very thorough and I have 100% trust that everything was done properly, so the extra cost was worth it. We have plans to go back to them next season to finish up 2 more projects in our yard.

Excellent. They sent a big enough crew that they finished the entire job in one day. They worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned everything up when done. I would definitely hire again.

No work was performed. I have had good experience with this company on projects over the past three years. Timing was such that they could not accommodate my project this year. They were responsive to my questions and request for information to secure other similar service providers. I recommend them.

Removing six 30' Colorado blue spruce, grinding stumps and re-landscaping the empty beds was no easy task. The work had to be performed along the edge of a busy neighborhood street. Integrity's superintendents and crew performed the work safely, efficiently and with an impressive sense of team work. It was obvious a plan had been formulated before the work began. Each phase of the project was followed by a cleanup process. This resulted in minimal impact to the surrounding areas and no damage to my underground sprinkler system. It is my pleasure to recommend this firm to property owners looking for a well established and knowledgeable landscape contractor. Job well done Integrity!

Mr. Hintzman was paid 50% down to complete a very large and expensive landscape project. I wrongly assumed the remaining 50% would be paid upon satisfactory completion of the work. He did not explain that he demanded additional payments within five minutes after each section of the contract was, in his opinion, completed, with no opportunity to examine the work he had done. When Mr. Hintzman was not paid within that five minutes, he became extraordinarily rude, harassing, and finally threatening. I was contacted 5 times within a 24-hour period regarding the first progress payment, with the initial demand for payment made prior to completion of the sections and 7 times in less than 12 hours for the second progress payment. I was ultimately bullied and threatened into making full payment prior to the completion of the job. As a result, he reneged on his contractual obligation, leaving a large tract unfinished and other parts were not completed to my satisfaction. He also stated prior to signing the contract with him that his work was guaranteed. However, the polymeric sand has failed on my patio and the lawn repair is very thin and sparse, as he did not put down enough seed. In addition, where the retaining wall and steps meet the existing concrete, he left a big gap instead of finishing the joint. I have attempted on several occasions to contact Mr. Hintzman about these issues. He denies that he has not completed the work and refuses to respond to the issues of the polymeric sand failure, the poor lawn repair and the unfinished joint. Finally, Mr. Hintzman charged me an additional $200 for an optional service, which I disagree, was done. Mr. Hintzman has been contacted several times regarding these issues. He does not respond. His business practices are very suspect and he threatens and bullies people. Another customer, who sued Mr. Hintzman, informed me that others have contacted her about his intimidating behavior but people are afraid to write bad reviews because of his vindictiveness.

The Job went absolutely amazing. I couldn't believe the amount of people that were here to work on my job. When they tell you there will be about 30 people there; there will be 30 people there. Every single person on my job needed very little direction from the foreman as they knew exactly what needed to be done if they were unsure they would ask instead of doing it and potentially screwing something up. Dave and Steve are absolute professionals and have a great eye for this type of work. They took an existing patio and walkway and turned it into something that is absolutely phenomenal. All the neighbors come by and cant believe the transformation. Every one of them say its something that belongs in a magazine. "It looks like something out of Better Homes and Gardens". I wouldnt hesitate to have them do work again. There is no reason to get another estimate from another company, just go with these guys and have the confidence that it is getting done properly and they take pride in the work.

We would highly recommend Integrity. Their pricing was competitive, staff was professional, communicatiom throughout the whole process was excellent, and the patio is beautiful. We were a bit worried about the slope in our yard and drainage issues, but they meticulously measured and pitched the patio just right so my hunch is this patio will last for decades. The crew that did the actual installation was incredibly efficient and hard working. My only regret is that we didn't do this project several years earlier...

The office staff called us 2 days prior to work to inform us of the upcoming schedule. The work crew arrived as promised by 7:45 AM and began the project. The company owner came also to outline the project to the crew and explain the scope of work to us and what we could expect of the day. Everyone was extremely professional, polite and very, very hard working. Our project extended into a second day and again, someone came out to oversee the work and reinforce the plan for the day. The crew on the second day was also very professional and hard-working. At the end of the day, they swept up, cleaned everything up and you would never know they were here except for our wonderful paver sidewalk. We are extremely pleased and would highly recommend Integrity Landscape to anyone. If we need any kind of landscape work in the future, they will be the first company we call!

We were extremely happy with our experience with Integrity Landscape! They were prompt and good communicators which is very important for me. They responded quickly to any questions/concerns, and kept me posted with updates along the way during our project. We started with a different design, and they were very patient and helpful to work through getting to a new design that both met our likes as well as our budget. They were able to get us into their schedule in a very timely way -- and the entire project (a pretty large backyard patio, hot tub area, decorative wall and fire pit) took just 4 days to complete! We were thrilled! (Other companies had told us it would take 2-3 weeks to complete with only 2 installers-- Integrity sends a large crew to get the job done more quickly) Everyone from office staff to installers were professional and friendly. Installers kept things clean, did a great job of protecting the surrounding lawn, etc. We feel we paid a fair price for an excellent, professional job. We would not hesitate to recommend them, and will likely be using them again yet this summer to help address some drainage issues we have in the front of our yard.

It went well. I am pleased with the results and I will us them again when I am ready to work on my back yard.
