Our siding project was completed in a timely manner. The several minor callbacks we had were addressed quickly and efficiently. Project manager JR was a pleasure to work with, always communicating promptly, and attending to details and answering questions.

I recently had my house and garage reroofed by Infinity Exteriors. I worked with 3 people for this project. Jason, who evaluated the project and developed the contract, was great to work with. He made sure I understood the terminology and scope of the project, and provided excellent follow-up for my questions. The contract was thorough and detailed. I felt Jason teamed with me to create a project that met my needs and goals. I worked with Isaac as the Project Manager for the execution of the work. Isaac was very informative with any questions I had while the work was being done. He checked over the work to assure all standards were met and I was happy with the outcome. I also had occasion to talk with Padra, who managed things from the office. Padra was very pleasant, efficient and quick to provide some follow-up information I requested. With Jason, Isaac and Padra I felt a sense of teamwork to put a handsome, quality roof on my home. I would highly recommend Infinity Exteriors.

He took the time to thoroughly explain all the roofing options available, addressing any concerns I had along the way. His transparency and honest recommendations gave me full confidence in the choices we made. Throughout the process, Brent and his team were punctual, courteous, and kept me informed every step of the way.
The workmanship was top-notch, and the crew completed the project on time and on budget. My roof was damaged by a hail storm. Trevor was awesome throughout the entire process including the coordination with my insurance. Sean tore off and installed the roof in less than 5 hours which is just incredible. I work for infinity so it was cool to see my own project get worked on and know the customer experience now.

Description of Work: The salesperson arrived promptly. We talked about my garage roof. He made some measurements and then gave me a quote. The quote was nearly a $1000 above the lowest bidder but if I signed that day I could get a $200 reduction plus a Angie's list discount. So a little pressure there to sign. I've heard great things about Infinity but their estimate came in way too high.

Description of Work: I once again hired Infinity. This time to do the roof on my rental property. I was AGAIN blown away at the level of communication and efficiency that Infinity possesses. They called me a week in advance to let me know I was coming up on the schedule and stayed in touch the whole week, so I could keep my tenants updated. In the ONE DAY it took them to do the roof, I received two phone calls, one from each tenant telling me how great the job and crew where. I have recommended Infinity to many of my friends and family and they have all been completely happy!! Do not hesitate to call them!!!
