Description of Work: New tear-off roof. Great workers, on-time, polite, worked during very strong winds and pieces of old roof were blowing everywhere. At the end of the day there was not a one piece of old shingles to be found on our 2 acre property. Superb job all across the board! Thank you!

Description of Work: This was our second time using Infinity Exteriors to repair our roof. A few years ago, we lost some shingles and hired them to replace them. So when I noticed a dark spot in the roof near our chimney and was afraid we had a hole in the roof or had lost another shingle, I called them again. They came out the day after I called, found that the flashing around the chimney had lifted up underneath the roofcap shingles, and sealed it back down. The best part -- they did the work under warranty from our previous repair job. We will continue to use them for any future repair needs.

Description of Work: Five windows were installed, and the wooden frames were wrapped in aluminium. When the windows were being installed I pointed out that I was told that the rotted window sill wood would be replaced. The installer told me that it wouldn't be replaced because it was just "dry rot". I have three large windows across the front of the house and the aluminum trim wasn't installed in one piece, but in two pieces that overlapped in front of the middle window, the seam was created is very unattractive. | The windows are double hung, but the screen is only on the bottom half of the window, so when you tip the top window in to clean it, anything can fly into your house. I wasn't told I was only getting half screens. The installer told me that I could get full screens for about $100 each. | I was cleaning my new just installed tilt-in windows when my mail lady came by and noticed what I was doing. She said she had just gotten replacement windows from a different source, and they cleaned her new windows for her before they left. | I called in the winter to let them know that one of my windows was leaking air and frost was forming on it, and I was told I'd be called back as soon as someone was in that could take the call. I called back and was told that someone was just about to call me and would be getting to me right away. I called back and same thing. Never got a call about my window. NOT real happy with them.

Description of Work: Infinity Exteriors installed a new roof. They also installed 2 new skylights in the bonus room above our garage. From the sales presentation to the installation, everyone was extremely easy to work with and were very professional. During the installation the crew cleaned up each night and did a very complete cleanup after the project was finished. The installation crew was fantastic.

Both the job estimator (Joe) and the repair team (Aaron/Corey) we extremely professional in the work each performed. Description of Work: We signed the contract in June but they weren't able to schedule us until August, though they were very upfront that there would be a delay. Their bid was not the lowest we got but, based on their detailed explanation of the planned job (roof tear off and replacement), I felt more confident in their ability to do a professional job. And they were very professional; one day to tear off, one day to replace and about a half day to replace gutters. The clean up was excellent and there was immediate follow up by phone. An excellent experience.
