Description of Work: I had made plans to work with Infinity Exteriors on a project, and the project had to be postponed. In the meantime, I experienced an issue with my roof and Jake was extremely responsive and kind to come to my home (within a matter of days) to evaluate the situation and also remedy it at no cost to me. He did not have to do that, and I was prepared to pay for the service. Jake was extremely compassionate to me during a time when I simply needed some help. It was a huge blessing, and I am most thankful! I still plan to work with Infinity Exteriors when the timing is right to resume my original project. Thank you again to Jake and the rest of the team!

Description of Work: In all my years (70+), I have never received such personal and professional service as Infinity provided. They covered five roofs for me at our summer home and I was there the whole time. They stated early and worked late for 5 days! I would recommend them without reservation.

Description of Work: They were great to work with, but an exterior door was installed , and they had to come back because the lock didn't line up properly. They came back and fixed it promptly without any hassle; however for a company that does door installs all the time, I felt it should have been done properly the first time.

+ 1 moreWe had Josh out in June to do an estimate and then the work was scheduled for August. Finally, Tuesday October 16th, the crew came out and did the repairs. All through this period of time Infinity kept in contact with us due to the delay of work because of rain and the loss of 2 of their employees. They were extremely apologetic about the delay! Never did I feel as though we were being shuffled around or ignored because our job was not a large repair. When the repairs were done the estimate was significantly lower because Josh felt he could fix the problem much more simply. Much to my surprise this repair has stopped the interior leaking!! Finally, I have found someone who knows what they are doing. Josh is an honest person and I will have his company out next year to inspect the roof and replace the gutters. My only complaint is that they are now bombarded with work because of positive responses on Angie's List and it will be more difficult to squeeze us in next year!
Description of Work: Repaired gutters and downpouts, replaced flashings and shingles on cedar shake roof near chimney where it was leaking into the house, caulked copper awning where that was leaking into house.

+ -1 moreThe owner, Josh, spent time with us when he gave us the estimate. He explained everything and answered our all questions. He also told us how he started his company. Infinity was the third company we contacted and we signed with this company right away, not even considering the first two. When it was time for installation, we were contacted several times because due to all the rain in August; our roof installation was delayed about a week. Infinity kept us informed and also notified us as to when to expect the dumpster. The men that worked here were very professional and all questions I had were answered completely. They did a great job! The dumpster was removed right away. All in all, this is a GREAT company!
Description of Work: Two layers of old roof were removed and disposed of. Great looking new shingles were put on along with a ridge vent at all peaks. Repairs in roof were made as needed at no extra charge. The ice barrier was installed 6 feet up. Other companies were only going to go up 3 feet. Also, we got the best price from Infinity.

+ -1 moreFirst of all, Infinity (Josh) was the only company that didn't give me a big dramatic act about how difficult and expensive the job was going to be. He was, matter of fact, and to the point. Secondly, before we even signed anything with him he fixed a couple of leaky skylights on our low pitch rubber roof for free and discouraged us from performing another expensive replacement there right now. They still haven't leaked so I'm still impressed with his knowledge and honesty. Other roofers were not so good in that regard. His estimate was lower than anyone else even though he was proposing the same work and using mostly the same materials. There were three skylights within the sections they would be re-shingling. I picked out replacements that were pre flashed with upgraded glass, etc. and they put them in at no additional charge. That probably isn't common, they just happened to be easy to install. Great cleanup, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly workers, A+.
Description of Work: Complete tear-off of shingled sections of roof, installation of new paper, 6 feet of ice and water shield on slopes and over entire low pitch section, ridge vents, drip edge, flashings around pipes, etc, and 30 year Certainteed shingles. I believe the area replaced totaled 15 squares or so and some of the roof lines are pretty unusual. Three skylights were also replaced in the process. Not only do I now have a new 30 year roof, but it looks great, too.

I am submitting this report to let people know that if they are in need of a new roof and are searching for someone that is reputable to deal with, Josh Sparks and Infinity Roofing is the answer you have been looking for. Josh came to my house, inspected my proposed job, and talked with me about what my hopes and wishes were for the outcome. Mr. Sparks provided me with a detailed estimate, explained the estimate and exactly what work he would be doing. He was very detail oriented and was more than happy to answer any and all questions that I had for him regarding my proposed job. When Mr. Sparks and Infinity Roofing arrived to do the work, his crew was very professional, aggressive and started work immediately. The crew worked very hard completing the job in one day, and they were a pleasure to have around as there was no loud music and absolutely no profanity heard at all. I am very satisfied.
Description of Work: Infinity Roofing was contracted to replace an existing roof on my house. They tore off the old shingles, vents and flashing, inspected the existing roof boards and replaced as needed and then installed a new roof. Infinity also provided a dumpster and did the post job clean up of my property.

+ -1 moreWe had been battling leaks in the roof for the eight years that we lived here. We did a tear-off on our own and patched the room many times with no success. I found Infinity Roofing in the Yellow Pages. From the beginning, I was impressed with their responsiveness and professionalism. Their quote was more than reasonable, and Josh instilled a sense of confidence that our roof problems would be gone for good if we had them work on it. I faxed my estimate acceptance on Monday morning. Two guys were at the house by noon on Tuesday. Everything was off the flat part of the roof by 1:30. By 4:30, the roof was completely done and you couldn't even tell that they had been here except that we had new roof vents and shingles. The debris was all gone. My patio furniture was back on the deck. And all I found were three roofing nails on the sidewalk and lawn. These repairs came during a challenging time in our life. Infinity Roofing really came through for us, and we haven't seen any leaks since.
Description of Work: Tore off existing roof on flat part of house. Put water barrier on entire roof, installed four roof vents and re shingled.

+ 0 moreWe had a leak in our roof and was expecting to need a new roof, however, Josh came to our house within 24 hours of getting a phone call, to inspect. He was very pleasant, informative, patient and honest. He told me exactly what would need to be done to correct the leak, and explained that we wouldn't need a new roof at all, but only repairs to our current one. The crew (2 guys) came out in a very timely fashion to work on our house, and had the repairs completed within 4 hours. They cleaned up and were very nice to both me, and my toddler son. Josh called us that night to find out how the day went, and if I was satisfied. I wasn't home, so I couldn't tell him in person how happy I was. Josh's wife called me a few weeks later to check up on the repairs, as it had rained the night before. She wanted to find out if there were any problems. The repairs appear to have fixed the leak. I would call them again if ever needed.
Description of Work: Installed new gutter apron on rear dormer of house. Custom bent new aluminum chimney flashing. Removed an old antenna tri-pod from roof.

The entire job was completed in 2.5 days (though the roofers tried their best to wrap it up in two days). The team put in nonstop 12-14 hour shifts. Great work ethics.

+ -1 moreThey came out the same day and looked at the repair to be made. The work was scheduled for shortly after that. They were able to fit in my work during a busy time. The rubber membrane under a second story balcony was leaking. The workers had to remove the railing and deck before they could repair the problem. They completed the work in about 3 hours. I appreciated the prompt communication (returned phone calls, etc). All the workers were very professional, and answered additional questions I had about my roof.
