Ricky and the Infinity Exteriors team were very professional to work with. They installed new gutters and leaf guards, and we are so happy with the finished product. I would highly recommend their services and would use it again!

Flawless, I E was quick and professional, excellent clean up, too soon to see the life of the product of course, but so far my expectations have been exceeded at every turn.

From start to finish, getting our new roof was a SMOOTH PROCESS. The whole process took a little over a month; however, that was due to the fact that we were getting multiple inspections and quotes, including that of our insurance adjuster. Our initial consultation had to be rescheduled; however, they did so in a timely manner. The consultant was VERY THOROUGH in explaining the process and setting our minds at ease regarding insurance claims, materials, warrantee, etc. He was very RESPONSIVE and HELPFUL in PROMPTly replying to my emails regarding questions we had. The day of the install, eight gentlemen arrived bright and early and got to work. They did a great job setting up plywood and tarps for the purpose of PROTECTING the windows, siding, and inhabitants (preventing us from going out certain doors to avoid getting injured by falling debris). They were also obliged to cut some branches that were hanging too close to the house for them to work, which was very HELPFUL. (We had contacted a few arboreal companies to trim the tree before Infinity arrived; however, those companies did not follow through.) They worked 11 hours in extremely hot (80+ degree, full sun) weather, getting the job finished and cleaned up by 6:30p.m. (Clean up was pretty thorough; however, we continue to find a few nails, bags, and odds and ends here and there in the yard and bushes.) My only negative comment would be that because of the heat and sun and how they spread out their tools and supplies all over the yard, we now have scorched grass spots all over the yard on every side of our house. It’s been about three weeks since they came, and there are still evidences of damage that I don’t know is repairable short of reseeding. We were told that after the job was completed the dumpster and extra supplies would be picked up within 3-5 days. To our surprise, both were picked up the NEXT DAY. All in all, we are VERY PLEASED with the THOROUGHNESS and TIMELINESS that Infinity has exhibited from start to finish on our roofing project. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND MICHAEL WOLF and his Infinity Exteriors team!

Professional workmanship and OUTSTANDING final results on our re-roof project. Scope of work included removal of existing fascia, soffit, vents, gutters and roof on both our house and detached garage. Danny, Jim and crew were great to work with and we are extremely happy with the final results. I would offer my unreserved recommendation to anyone doing a similar project.

Overall great experience with Infinity Exteriors. Both the roof on my main house and roof on the back house turned out great, and no issues so far. Crew on both occasions were professional and completed the job as needed. Also it was great to work with Mike Wolf and the project managers on both projects. Mike was especially responsive and answered any questions we had. Would definitely work with Infinity and Mike Wolf again on another home project in the future.

We had a new roof, siding, windows and insulation all done with Infinity. Jake K is exceptional at what he does but doesn’t try to oversell you on anything. Infinity wasn’t our lowest priced quote but my gut feeling was to go with them and I’m so glad we did! My two year old daughter even loved having “all of the guys” working there on the various projects! We are pleased with the final project and so happy we went with Infinity!

We cannot say enough good things about Infinity Exteriors, LLC, of New Berlin, WI. They have been prompt, courteous, and wonderful to work with from start to finish of our project. All the staff we have interacted with have been very knowledgeable and professional. Infinity Exteriors kept us well-informed as each stage from finalization of the contract, ordering of materials, and scheduling their skilled crews. The carpenters and window installers have been consistently excellent. We will definitely work with Infinity Exteriors in the future and give them our highest recommendation.

Roof Redo: Roofing. Infinity Exteriors, LLC 50 year warranty, Algae resistance, and excellent workmanship. Jason, in sales, came to our house with samples, paperwork, and detailed overview and plan. Jim, project manager, checked in with us before and after the project was completed. The crew started at 7:00am and finished at 10:00pm. The crew delivered more than we expected, leaving our yard clean and the roof and flashing looking impressive! We highly recommend Infinity! We could not be more pleased.

I contacted Infinity Exteriors after a small leak appeared in our ~25 year old roof during a recent rain storm. Their representative, Ricky, arrived within 2 days to evaluate the situation and, after a thorough examination of both the exterior and interior structure of the roof, gave me the option to either patch the area causing the leak, together with another area with distorted shingles, or to replace the roof entirely. Given the age of the roof, I elected to proceed with the whole roof replacement and also had them install new gutter guards which I had been planning to replace in any case. Since I had an active leak, the roof replacement was scheduled for less than than 2 weeks after the initial contact. The entire process was very impressive. The roofing crew arrived as expected at 7:00 AM and immediately got to work, the dumpster and materials arrived within the next 2 hours, the original roof was stripped soon after noon. Several roof boards were replaced, a new water diverting "cricket" built above the chimney, new shingles and new chimney flashing installed and the work site thoroughly cleaned up by 8:00 PM the same day. I observed an outstanding work ethic from everyone on the crew. Gutter Guards were installed a few days later in a process that took less than 2 hours and a final inspection took place the day after that. Communication by phone and email throughout the entire process with both Ricky and the Project Manager, Jim, was excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending Infinity Exteriors and would definitely use them again.

Infinity Exteriors ---- Wow!........ what an unbelievable job they did on our LP Smartside residing project. The sales staff Tom Gaeth, My IE project leader Mike Sova, and Crew leader Mike Keller plus coworkers all were remarkable. For those reading this review do yourself a favor and reward this Home remodeler for your project. Believe me you won't regret it.

I will try to keep this short. I have waited weeks till I had time to completely digest the events. I am retired, skilled and experienced in the trades plus I have many decades as a skilled and US Gov. licensed technician and inspector. The ONLY thing that kept this from being a D were the two guys nailing down the shingles. I watched them like an FAA inspector. They aligned each shingle before nailing it x5. The "roof" looks good but not my driveway. I was up on the roof the entire time with the "good crew." I saw ALL their flaws and was shocked. I wish I could post the photos I took. My drive was now has approximately 30 feet of grooves cut into it by the carpenter of this crew. He was cutting plywood for repairs and just laid the wood flat on my drive way and cut away with his skill saw. Well the skill saw went through the wood right into my drive way. I showed the Project Manager and he said "well when you reseal the drive way it will cover up the all the cuts." This same designated crew carpenter cut plywood repairs either way to small and left 1/2" to 3/4" gaps or to big. If they were to big he just beat on the plywood or jumped up and down on it till it went in. This was done to the GREAT amusement of other crew members. This same Crew Carpenter "tried" to drive a 8 Common Nail but it dent over. Instead of pulling the bent over nail out he just hammered in so laid horizontally smashed into the plywood. In front of the crew I dug it out and put in a nail correctly. They cut shingles on newly laid Ice Barrier material cutting the barrier. I mentioned this to the Project Manager and he said " the shingles will cover it." Ice Barrier is self sticking. One section had waves in it. I brought this to the Crew Lead and he said they will just cut the width of the Ice Barrier to get it to lay flat. So much for the Ice Barriers integrity. One of the guys just threw the styrofoam chutes vents in the attic between the roof rafters. The chutes say right on them staple. None of mine were stapled or pushed down into the eaves correctly. I corrected all of them myself. The project Manager was going to I subtract for my time spent. I said no thanks. My brown Valley W Channel was dented and scratched up. One 3" dent came close to going through the this metal. I again mentioned this to the Project Manager and he said it probable happened by dragging stuff over the installed Valley W Channel. For brevity these are only some of the problems/issues. The Project "only" said sorry when I handed him the final $10,000.00 check. I did speak to a manager and salesman from Infinity. They fixed stuff and offered to replace the dented and scratched W Valley Channel. I declined because it would require disturbing a good number of fresh/new shingles. For the many cuts in my driveway they offered $300 off the bill. We told them to donate the $300 to a local private animal shelter and do it in our name. It you use this company you or somebody knowledgeable in this type work oversee EVERYTHING ALL the time. The clean up guy worked hard for 12 hours picking up all the old stuff as it came off the roof.

Top notch and professional! After a constant rain of two days I have no leaks like before. I was working from home during the process and was able to watch and see all the extra work they put into the process. Definitely would recommend

Jake Krygier, Scott Nettesheim and their roofing and gutter crews completed a professional job on our home. Of all the firms we interviewed, Infinity Exteriors was the best at being the most thorough during the quoting process, going over all details without requiring that they first be awarded the job or be given any sign that they are a finalist. After they quoted the job, they were responsive to every follow up question. During the quoting process, Jake did an excellent job identifying, on his own, special roof and gutter design issues with our home, the kind of detail that the other firms did not notice. He also came up with a creative solution to a known roof issue. At the first meeting at our home, Jake brought roof and gutter materials for my wife and I to review and select, something else that none of the other firms did. As the job date approach this Spring, Scott was accommodating regarding the COVID 19 crisis, respecting our concerns about their crew and our family keeping safe and healthy. As the job progressed, the roofing crew, led by Enrique, was respectful about our concerns about keeping the landscaping undamaged. The gutter crew was also professional. Our gutter system has three issues related to the design of our home. The crew identified two of those issues on their own, brought them to our attention, and developed practical solutions. My wife and I were quite worried that our home would not look the same with asphalt shingles, as our home was built with cedar shake. Jake helped us select an affordable asphalt shingle that he felt could offer a look as special as what we had with cedar shake. To our surprise, once the roof was done, we realized that the choice of asphalt shingle has resulted in a curb appeal that is actually better than what the cedar shake created. Bottom line. We could not be more pleased with our investment in a new roof, as a result of the excellent work of Infinity Exteriors.

We had a great experience from the sales pitch through installation. The salespeople were professional and the windows were a great price. We were full informed as to where we were in the process between the initial meeting and installation. The installer was on time, professional, and the job was done well. We're very pleased with our new windows and noticed a difference in effectiveness right away.

The initial estimate was great, didn't try and sell me on any nonsense. Quote was reasonable and adjusted to meet my specific needs. Installation crew for the windows was efficient but took their time where needed. Clean up was good and nothing left over or forgotten. They were recommended by a friend and I will recommend them in the future.

We noticed a leak in our roof and called Infinity Exteriors that morning. Ben Gutkowski came out less than 24 hours later and inspected the roof, diagnosed the problem (a cracked vent boot), took pictures to show me, and repaired it for a reasonable expense and in less than an hour. Ben also advised me on other issues that we should be aware of for the future. Will definitely use Infinity again.

I waited a couple of months to provide this feedback. I wanted to make sure that, after some substantial rains, no leakage occurred. I am pleased to state that no leakage has occurred, It appears that Infinity did a good job. In order to replace some step flashing, it was necessary to remove aluminum siding. I was concerned that afterward, the siding would perhaps not be reinstalled correctly, but it looks fine. The new shingle job looks great. The new shingles match the original shingle color exactly. You'd never guess that we had a section of roof shingles replaced. The only shortcoming, is that, the final piece of ridge cap's nails were sealed with a light colored caulk/putty when a darker color would have been more aesthetically pleasing. This is no big deal. I have since repaired the woodwork in my window area. The new flashing around our chimney looks great as well. For years we'd have rain dripping in our garage. I attempted to seal any gaps I could see, but could never stop the leaks. This was no way near as annoying as our leak in our living room. Nonetheless, since we were having roof work done anyway, we decided to replace the chimney flashing as well. I'm glad we did.

The project dept has been very professional. We went with Infinity because of the ease we had with working with their representative.

Infinity was a pleasure to work with! They had great communication and let us know what was happening throughout every step of the process. When the crew arrived they were courteous and did a great job!
