Excellent quote services from Daryl and Josh on my daughter's older home. Price was slightly less than others, and their approach seemed superior. Tore down the older shingles, replaced with an upgraded Certainteed shingle. Also hooked up a bathroom vent that had recently been installed at no charge. Lifetime warranty, and absolutely no problems. Cleaned up the job site in an excellent manner. Excellent company.

After the excellent work on my daughter's house, I contacted Josh to quote our own home. A 1989 wood shingle roof that was going very fast (way too early). We had them quote both wood and designer series, Certainteed asphalt fiberglass. I would have preferred wood, (my wife wanted asphalt because of safety) but the decision was taken out of my hands when the price quote of lifetime asphalt was 1/2 that of wood. Daryl and Josh were very patient in taking us through all the styles and brought many samples. Finally pick a designer style and then the weather took a turn for the worse. Finally in November they could do the job, took them 2 days and their crew was very professional. Also re-engineered a couple of downspouts from the second story and increased the diameter of a couple of problem downspouts that we had. Their total cost was slightly less than others, and the work is guaranteed as well as the shingle. We are very happy with the results. Only one problem during the early winter where we had a slight leak around one of the bathroom vents. Discovered this on a Saturday afternoon, called it in and that evening a workman appeared and fixed the problem at 10PM. Excellent response. Excellent company.

It went very well. We decided to have them come back for another job. We chose them on the basis of price.

They were efficient and reasonable. They chose a low-cost alternative. I was satisfied with the service they provided.

Came out to give an estimate on repairs to roof that leaked over the back bedroom causing the plaster ceiling to crumble. Felt that the best route to try initially would be to recaulk the nails that were pushing up and was informative, helpful, exceedingly polite and professional. Will contact them again if the roof has more issues beyond the caulking. I don't recall the exact date off the top of my head, but it was still early spring of 2009

They are Awesome!! I called them for a bid on 11/3/2009 & Josh Sparks came out that same day, inspected the problem & sent me a bid via email that same day. By 11/6/2009 the job was completed. I cant be more happy with the service, speed of delivery, professionalism and overall quality of work. Josh Sparks is the owner and he is so easy to work with. Their bid was $740.00 less then LH Krueger, one of their competitor's who took over 10 days just to get me a bid.

Excellent, office staff kept me informed on timing of things like delivery of material, dumpster, etc. They know exactly what they are doing. I have a two story 2,300 sq foot house and they were in and out in a day and a half. They clean up after themselves and put everything back in place. They even go around picking up nails. My crew chief was Mike and he's kind of quiet but answered all of my questions and the crew seemed to follow his lead. These guys work very hard, I think they took one 1/2 hour lunch break on the full day. The dumpster was out of my driveway within a couple of hours of completion. Both my neighbors had new roofs put on recently and they had roofers around for a week. Darryl pointed out that all of their roofers are certified. Great experience. I got the lifetime shingles so I suspect that I'll never need to see a roofer again. :)

Our Roofing Adventure We joined Angies List to find a qualified roofing contractor. Our house is a ranch with a hip roof that has two foot overhangs on three sides and no overhang on the fourth (south) side. We had two layers of shingles on the house, one layer on the garage and shed and the major concern (problem) was ice damming on the south side (remember no overhang) of the house. It was time to solve this problem. The reason for ice damming is normally a lack of ventilation and insulation. We previously had installed twelve inches of fiberglass insulation over the existing insulation in the attic. We added 3 vents on the roof and used electrical heating cables on the south side. Our plan had four steps; 1) Educated ourselves on roofing; 2) Contact four of the top contractors on Angie?s list; 3) Explain our problems; 4) Let the contractors make suggestions. We contacted the top four contractors so everyone was on a level playing field; bonded, insured, certified by product manufacturer, etc. The four contractors were on time for their respective session; they were courteous, and they were all certified by GAF and one also certified by Certainteed (my C.R. recommendation). We explained the problems and they each provided their own solutions. Three contractors suggested that the Ice and Water Shielding material would prevent any water damage regardless of the ice dams forming. One contractor suggested a honeycomb product designed to be installed on a house that fits behind the facial board, which provides an air flow into the attic behind the gutter. That contractor suggested removing the first couple feet of the roof boards on the areas with no overhang and checking the insulation and installing channels to insure an adequate air flow. The contractor suggested adding two main vents and eliminating the existing roof and gable vents. We asked about two new wind turbines as vents so they would not be covered by snow, like every winter before. The response was, if we liked the look of turbines on a ranch that they would work. Then the contractor advised us to install the Ice and Water Shield over the roof lip and behind the gutter shield. The result of this idea we decided was new gutters. We asked that the new gutters have the downspouts relocated to the north side of the house. With the downspouts moved to the north side we would have to install six inch gutters due to the length between the down spouts. So we had a contractor that presented plausible solutions to the problems we had presented. Cures? Time will tell, there are no promises as to the complete elimination of the ice dam problems. We now have venting where there was none. We know what insulation is under the roof boards and have channels to prevent blockage of the vents. We have Ice and Water Shield material wrapped around the roof lip and behind the gutter shield. We now also have new six inch gutters with the best looking corners you have ever seen. That contractor was Josh of Infinity Roofing L.L.C. so after a lot of work and thought we crossed our fingers and chose Infinity Roofing as our contractor. The crew of seven worked like a well trained drill team with everyone knowing their job, picking up after themselves and courteous. Matt, the crew leader was extremely easy to communicate with and very willing to listen to our concerns and answered any questions we had. The gutter installers came the next day and were just as professional! Without Angie?s List we probably would not have found Infinity Roofing, so thank you Angie. Our best advice; spend some serious time online acquiring information about roofing; go to a roofing manufactures? web site for information, use Consumer Reports Magazine and any information source. We also suggest that you identify your problem areas before hand. Don?t let price control your choice, competent contractors should not be that far apart for identical work. A tear off and installation of new roofing presents very few unknown problems for contractors, they can price their work pretty accurately. Once you deviate from the norm like we did, you have to find a contractor who is knowledgeable enough to attack the problem correctly and is aware of what promises can be made while calculating a reasonable price. We believe Josh of Infinity Roofing L.L.C. filled that need very well. We would not hesitate to recommend Infinity Roofing to anyone. M.G.G. and R.G.R.

Darryl stopped to give estimate to fix a tricky leak in my flat roof. He seemed to know what to look for, had great ideas to fix it, explained things well, seemed practical. However, his estimate was only for one of the three or four areas we identified as problems - he said he did not want the repairs to get too expensive. I emailed asking for a quote with the additional repairs included (and I sent him pictures). I left two messages over the course of a week and after a week got an email that he would send me the new quote the following Monday, but I never heard from him again. He would have had the job if he would have just responded back. Maybe he was having a bad couple weeks but I could not wait any longer.

I called and made an appointment for an estimate. Josh came out very promptly (next day) and provided an estimate. I was impressed that he climbed up on the roof and did a visual inspection of everything. We knew that it was late in the season, but we had recently discovered a leak. The work was scheduled to be done in November, but then we got snow. (Several other roofers had told us that they didn't do any roofing work once there was snow on the ground, but Infinity works all year.) Because of the snow, we had to wait a little longer, but they were very good about keeping us in the loop on scheduling. They did a wonderful job. They cleared the roof, did the tear off, installed the new roof and cleaned everything up the same day. We were very happy with the job.

A little miscommunication about the inside woodwork finish for the skylights but Josh & Mary Jean resolved the issues very quickly easily. Overall, very good communication from start to finish for the project. Couldn't be more pleased.

Dumster removed later that afternoon Workmanship impeccable; Professionalisn superior; Worksite "white glove " spotless. 48 hours from dumster to dumster (e.g. beginning to end.

The guys from Infinity (Tim, Mike, and Tim) performed a great job on replacing our gutters. The work included putting very nice gutter guards over the entire set of gutters. Whenever there was a questionable area on the job, they would point it out, ask us what we would like done and did it. They even pointed out spots where they added additional flashing and sealing to improve the performance of the gutters. When they found that they didn't have enough gutter guards to finish (about 15' short), the foreman jumped in his truck and returned with the additional pieces to finish the job before the end of the day. They started at 10am and finished by 4pm. When they finished the back, they voluntarily offered to picked up the old pieces so my dogs could be let outside. I would recommend these guys to everyone.

They had excellent rating when we looked them up. The owner who came out to give us the quote was very professional and had a very good manner. He was very impressive with his whole persona. We had a double crew come out to do the work. The had the entire roof off in one day and the next day everything down to the trim was completed. They made sure to clean up after themselves and did a good job. I think they did an excellent job.

Infinity were very professional throughout our dealings with them. Their estimate was not the lowest we received but their paperwork was incredibly thorough and we never felt we were being pushed towards extras we didn't need. They kept us informed about delays due to bad weather and completed the job in one day. Their clean-up was equally thorough.

Start was fine with Daryl coming out and inspecting the problem I had with excessive heat in storeage area above garage and next to a bedroom addition we had done several years ago. We needed to get ventilation in that area to keep bedroom cool. We decided on above plan of action and then waited. We signed on Oct 6 2008 and job was done end of March 2009. Obviously they used this "small" project as filler which resulted in the long wait time. The two installers were very professionall and did a very nice job. So overall, with exception of the wait (which we could live with) it was fine.

Great communication. Infinity came out to the house and provided a very comprehensive proposal. They accepted a coupon from Angie's List and reduced the price by $500. We signed last year and they honored the proposal this year. A team of four were here from 7 am until about 4 pm and completed the entire job. They used tarps to protect the exterior of the house and moved the patio furniture away. The clean up was thorough and detailed. Overall, a great job and very well-organized.

It was great from start to finish. Darryl the person who did the estimate was nice, professional and always returned my calls in a timely manner. He also answered my questions thoroughly. The roof on our 3 buildings were torn down and replaced in a 1 1/2 days. The workers were friendly and professional. They did a great job and cleaned up very well.

In the past couple of years my roof had developed some leaking problems when there was a heavy rain. Some patchwork was done but didn't really help. By fall 2008 my sunroom was leaking terribly when it rained. I contacted Infinity in early October and Josh, the owner, came out a few days later, inspected the roof, provided me with options and lots of information. He mailed me a proposal within a week. He, and the company, were very easy to reach by phone and answered all of my questions. He provided me with an estimate of late 11/08 that they could begin work. I signed the proposal and the work was scheduled for the beginning of December. There were a couple of delays due to large amounts of snow but they came out on 12/5, cleared all the snow off my roof and began work. I was kept updated by phone while the work was taking place. It turned out that some additional wood needed replacing and I was contacted with the price and asked if it would be ok. It added an additional $120 to the original price. I ok'd the cost. The weather was very cold (about 5 degrees) but the crew had almost everything done on 12/5 and came out the next morning and finished the job. Clean up was a bit difficult due to the large amount of snow but the crew cleaned up as they worked. After the work was done, I was contacted by the owner regarding final inspection and whether I was satisfied with the work. The bill was then sent to me and I made payment in full for the work done.

They were going to work on replacing our gutters, but we had a lot of snow and ice so we have to wait to continue the job until spring. We chose them over the others that we talked with because they gave us the most information about the job that will be done.

I got three estimates and chose Infinity because it was a family run business with the owners in the field. We set a tentative date for the work to begin and they started within a week of that date. The work was completed in one day including clean-up and haul away of all old material.

They did a nice job cleaning everything up. They gave me a good estimate. They kept me informed of everything that was going on throughout the project. The workers were friendly and easy to deal with.

I felt that over all they did a good job and I would use them again, however I did have some trouble getting the warranty information in writing.

Overall I would say they did a really good job. The four man crew came out and had the job done in one day! They did a good job with the clean-up. The only negative thing I would say was with an error in communication with the color of the gutters. UPDATE !!! On November 7th, 2010 I noticed that on one ridgeline there were shingles torn up or broken off in three different spots. I had never seen anything like this before and thought it must have been from the strong winds we had the week before. Called Infinity on the 8th and was told someone would get back to me. They called on the morning of the 9th and said they would be out that day to fix the problem. He showed up at 1 PM and checked out the roof. He said it couldn't have been the wind because there were small broken off pieces laying right by the spots and the wind would have blown them away which made sense.He said that most likely it was a racoon trying to gain entrance to my attic. Although I questioned that at first, some research on the internet confirmed that it does happen. He said that they were not responsible for the damage, but that he would repar it at NO CHARGE TO ME ! He went ahead and did the repair in about 30 minutes. I can't say enough about how prompt and professional they were. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
