They were very prompt. They were very informative. If we had any questions that we needed answer, they were right there with the answer instantly. We were well satisfied with them, so we are going to have them put our new roof on. We have a bigger house, so the price quote was decent. They knew what they were talking about. They came and did a very extensive inspection. They came out at our convenience. They were on time and very professional. I would use their service in the future too.

It went very well. I don't think that it was the cheapest but it was very reasonable compared to some of the other quotes we got. We really liked the owner's knowledge and experience. He just seemed to know what he was doing. He noticed things when he came to the house that other people hadn't noticed. He was friendly and easy to talk to. They did the whole job in one day. They had to come back the next day just to install the gutters. We had asked them for addresses where they had recently installed roofing and we were able to drive around and look at those and talk to some of the people about the company. It was really a very positive experience. They came when they said they would come and they were very efficient. We found a couple of nails lying around outside, but for the most part, I think that they did a very good job of cleaning up.

They were very prompt and efficient. It was a seamless job from the time the estimate was given to the time they finished the work.

We got bids from a few different reputable companies and they were the most professional in the interactions--Aaron was a good listener, answered our questions to our satisfaction, and provided a professional package of bid information at the conclusion. Not at all high pressure, and no gimmicks. They were not the cheapest, nor the most expensive. We chose a durable architectural shingle which made the job a little more costly. They scheduled us for late fall (at our request) and stayed right on schedule. They have a large crew who stayed on task and were polite and conscientious. They completed the entire job in a day--wow--and did an excellent job. They were careful of our neighbor's property and cleaned up perfectly (I am super fussy and could not find one nail in the yard, just a broken screw gun bit, but I'll give 'em that one!) Looks fabulous and is holding up nicely.

We were satisfied with Infinity but not with the sub-contractors. The dumpster people that pick up the dumpster leaked hydraulic fluid over our driveway and it was a couple of months before that was resolved. I would give the people that put on the gutters a B and the ones that picked up the dumpster a C, but the roofing was done well. Infinity was the actual company that did the roof. We are satisfied with the roof. It was a pretty ugly stain and they were going to give us a couple of hundred dollars if we could recommend the neighbors. When the neighbors saw that, there were two of them that went with another roofing company because of the stained driveway. Infinity was good except they were responsible for the sub-contractors too. I was not satisfied with the lack of follow-up. It should not have taken 2 months. Eventually they paid a couple of hundred dollars to blacktop the driveway. It didn't make the stain disappear, but it made it blend in. That stain was about 8 feet long and 2 feet wide so you couldn't miss it. Their pricing was fine. That is why we went with them. I hope we don't need a new roof for the next 20 years. We were satisfied with them and would use them again as long as they don't goof up with the sub-contractors.

Their service is very good. My roof no longer leaks. I had a little problem with their communication. Most of the workmen spoke Spanish, which was the only problem. Other than that, they worked very hard. I thought the pricing was quite fair. It was a lot more than I expected, but I checked around and it was quite fair. They were very friendly and professional.

I got estimates from six 'A' rated companies from Angie's List and I felt that I got the best value and warrenty from Infinity Roofing. They did an excellent job. Neighbors actually came over to comment on how impressed they were with how the company completed the job. They had a large crew that worked very efficiently and quickly. There were some minor problems after the initial work but the company took care of everything.

Infinity quoted the aboved named work with a very detailed list of what was to be performed, breaking each section into an easy to read format so I knew what was happening with each section. This company was one of three quotes we received and although they were not the least expensive, they seemed to be very knowledgable about how to handle our problem and very easy and friendly to work with. I needed them to work with a third party painting the fasia and soffet, and they were most accomodating and even helpful when problems with other contractors arose. The work was completed in two weeks which was great considering the above average rain fall we had the summer of 2010. I was always advised as to, how things were progressing and, when a new crew would be coming to perform the next step. Any questions were answered right away and if someone didn't have an answer for me, the owner promptly called me back to answer everything to my staisfaction. It was refreshing to deal with a company that is knowledgeable about what they do and understands their customers needs.

We incurred some damage to our flashing from a storm. Aaron from Infinity came out to give us an estimate within a couple days of our call and I was astounded that it would only cost $375. It took a little while (maybe 6-7 weeks) to get on the schedule (this was a time when there were a lot of storm issues, probably larger and more serious than ours) and the crew came and performed the work while my husband and I were on vacation. We were very happy with the service we were given and we intend to use them again to replace the soffets on our rental property.

It went extremely well. They did a new roof for me 2 years ago and it did a great job. However, I still got bids from 3 Angie's approved contractors to make sure I was getting good work at a fair price. Josh, the owner, came out and gave an estimate that was right in line with the lowest estimate from the other 3 contractors. Because he had done work for me before, I decided to have him do the job. The job was very well done and they did exactly what they promised. Pete, the foreman, was very approachable and listened to my thoughts and communicated very well. The workers were efficient and as quiet as can be expected for a roofing job. Cleanup was great, and very thorough. All the workers were very polite. The house was well protected and great care was taken as they removed the old roof fron the two story home. My mother was very pleased with the work and she commented what a nice young man Josh was, and that the workers were so friendly and did an excellent job. She was very pleased and I was very please. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs to have work done.

They patched the leak and I haven't had any problems since.

I did a lot of searching for the right roofing company to go with. My roof shingles were long overdue for replacement, and I had water coming in from heavy rain. I contacted Infinity and got a quote right away (which was meticulous). From start to finish they are a step above the rest. I felt confident that they would do a great job. They did not disappoint! My new roof look amazing!! Gives the house a new feel. Don't hesitate to use Infinity for your roofing needs.

They were efficient, did a great job overall. No leaks in the roof after nearly one year and some very heavy rains and snow. The only nit picky thing I can think of is to do a better job of making sure all the roofing nails are picked up off the roof (I gathered about 30).

I selected Infinity because of the extremely high ratings on Angie's List. I initially called Infinity Roofing on July 2, 2010 and left a message on with their answering service. This was just before the 4th of July holiday, so I gave them several days before calling again... well, actually, I waited 2 weeks before calling again to speak to someone at Infinity. On July 15, 2010, I called at 4:25 p.m.-a time I thought someone would actually answer the phone. Like the first time, I got their answering service and left another message. When I didn't get a call back the next day, my husband and I decided we would not use this company, even if they call us next week. We are seeking bids elsewhere. The follow-up to this story is as follows: On July 19, 2010, the day after I submitted my original report, I was contacted by a representative from Infinity to discuss my experience. It was explained that they had not received my first message from their answering service. They had taken a day off the day after I left my second message and had returned my call and responded to my Angie's List post the day they returned. I appreciate their efforts to make sure I knew what had happened, however I have determined my grade for this company based on the experience I had. I do not take this as a pattern in poor customer service, merely a description of what happened when I attempted to contact Infinity.

We got estimates from 5 different companies and my husband was most impressed with Infinity. The workers were polite and very professional. They tore everything off the first day and put the roof on. The second day another crew came and put on the new bigger gutters, with the gutter guards. Everyone was on time and the yard looked like nothing had ever happened. The clean up was amazing, I think they raked up some of our leaves too. We actually enjoy the rain now, knowing that nothing is getting inside the house.

Existing roof was 23 years old and needed replacement. Called 3 companies for estimates in February. Josh seemed to be quite knowledgeable. He is the only one that checked the attic for damage or leaks. Signed the contract and asked him to wait until warm weather, set up for May. Early April they started contacting me with their schedule and plans and we set a date for mid April as the weather looked good. They arrived on time as promised, 7:00am with a crew of 7 people. They complete the roof and were leaving my driveway by 2:00pm. They cleaned up as promised and protected all my plants, deck, air conditioner, etc. The gutters went on the next day. Quality of work seems very good and I have had no problems or issues as of today.

I had decided after last winter ice d*** problems that it was time to replace the old roof and try and address the previuos winters problems. Two years prior I had installed gutter caps that were advertised to keep the gutterrs free of clogging which they did but they also increased my ice damning problems. Becuase I had spent a good deal of money on getting the gutter caps installed I was very concerned that I would again not be satisfied. We got three bids for the project Infinity Exteriors was the most complete bid covering every concern that I had. Josh the owner showed up on time for his appointment listened to all my concerns addressing each one professionally. He told me the issues that I had and gave me differnent alternatives to fix the problems. He also left a full written qoute covering all the work I was considering doing. I researched more and found that several shingle manufacturers in the last few years had serious shingle problems requiring reshingling. I called Josh and he was direct in telling me what had happened in the industry and why he recommended the two brand of shingles he was offering. I was very satisfied with his answers. We chose Infinity Exterior because the bid was so thorough and I felt that I could get all the work needed done through one contractor. Here is all the work I contracted for: New roof and wanted ice d*** underlayments, critical for my past problems. This included all new flashings and replacing roof caps. All old gutters and gutter caps removed and replaced with wider gutters and downspots and new leaf guards for all gutters in the back of the house. Unlike the previuos one these are flush with gutter so you do not see them and they have mesh that allows the water to enter the gutter but not the leaves. Insulation of the attic was improved with added insulation and caulking of down lights. Siding replaced in the front of the house approxiamtley ten pieces or so. And finally all new soffits that would allow more air flow to help with the ice damning issues. After the contract was signed we went about selecting the type and color of shingles. This is were once again I was delightfully surprised how professional and helpful the inside staff of Infinity Exteriors was. Julia who I talked to often went out of her way to get me information so that we could select the right shingles. She was just graet to work with. The day the project was to start I was absolutley amazed on the army size crew that they sent to do the job. Mike was the formen and he to was very professional and in charge. We reviewed what was to be done and he checked it agianst his paperwork. Meanwhile the crew was laying down protection around our deck and landscaping. Within a few days with some rain delays the new roof was on and it looks fantastic. The siding was up and it was installed to perfection, includng new flashing and it was even caulked. Next came the new soffits and that job was completed with a minor delay of not enough material. The gutters and downspots were all installed and not only looked great but the qualtiy of installation was so much better then the original gutters. I have sub contracted many projects around the homes that we have owned over the years and most times I have been dissappointed with some what I would call significant issue. This time was not perfect as sub conctracing never is BUT it was the best I have experienced. I was so pleased with the quality, timeliness, and professionlism of the work I have contraced for Infinty Exterior to do more work around my house. We are replacing a door system with a new sliding door and I am having our chimney resided and the cap to be painted. I highly recommend this company if you want the job done right AND in a timely manner.

We contacted the company for an independent assessment of our roof/shingles on a home that is new construction. When we purchased the home in April, our inspector noticed that there was any area on the roof where the shingles were not laying completely flat. The builder advised that this was because the shingles were put on in the winter and the weather had not been warm enough to make the tar strips 'seal'. We were not entirely comfortable with this explanation and put a clause in purchase agreement that we would have the roof inspected in June by a professional roofing contractor. We contacted Infinity roofing and Aaron came out the next day to examine the roof and determined that the issue was actually due to nail pops. Aaron wrote up a report of his findings and even agreed to speak with our builder. We offered to pay him for his time, but he declined. WOW!! He obviously knew that there wasn't going to be a potential for his company to do any work on our roof since we are still covered under our builder's warranty, but yet was kind enough to still come out and take a look. You just don't find too many businesses like this anymore. We would hire this company in a heartbeat when/if we need any type of roof work. Thank you Aaron!!!

Josh was clearly more knowledgeable than any of the other people we had out to give us an estimate. He explained in detail why we were getting the ice damming problems and worked with us on the appropriate measures to fix the damage and prevent it from happening again. He also noticed some problems with the rest of the roof but said we didn't need to replace it right now. We greatly appreciated his honesty and his continuous communication as we finalized a contract. We felt the price was fair. The crew worked hard and fast. They were polite and courteous and cleaned up after themselves (though I did find several roof nails in the lawn that I had to pick up before our daughter or dog found them first!). We have already referred them to friends and plan to use them in the future!

This is one of the most professional and organized company's I've ever used. Their estimater - Aaron was very thorough and clearly explained all my shingle choices and vent options. The office staff kept me informed on their scheduling of my job.(there was some minor delay i.e weather) The crew of 8 to 10 roofers and foreman were on time and extremely efficient. They arrived at 7a.m and had the old roof off by 8:30a.m. The new roof,flashing etc. and new ridge vent was on by 2p.m. and the gutters were put on the next day. I heard a great deal of positive ongoing comunication between the crew themselves and the crew and the formen about the job and what needed to be done. They took extra care to protect our many plants. They did a great job of cleaning up. The only break taken was for lunch. All their crew were friendly and extremely respectful. They thanked me many times for the soda and water I provided and even purchased lemonade from my enterpising neighbors daughter who set up a stand. I received many comments from my neighbors on how efficiently they worked and on the quality and look of the roof.There is a somewhat military precission about their work. Aaron followed up in person on the same day they did the roof to make sure I was satisfied and the office also called to make sure all went ok. They guarantee their workmanship for life. I would reccomend them to anyone considering a new roof.

It went OK. we had a number of miscommunications with the office, but the workmen who came to the house were great. I am not 100% convinced we fixed the problems we initially called about, but unfortunately we won't know until the winter months.

I called the company for estimate and spoke with Aaron. We set up an appointment for the following week. He arrived on time, looked at the roof and provided a comprehensive estimate. The paperwork was the most complete of all the companies we asked to bid. The current roof was put on in 2000 and the shingles had failed. Aaron proposed to use the same brand of shingles as had failed and when I expressed concern about it, he dismissed my concerns, saying that all brands of that type of shingle had problems. He said "what your husband needs to understand" is ...." several times in the course of the conversation. I told him that he was talking to me and that I was the one who needed to understand. Even with this treatment, we seriously considered the proposal. In the end, we chose to go with another company.

Overall excellent. They called us the day of the job to say the wall underneath would need some slgiht repair, bringing the estimate from $2400 to $2714, but otherwise everything was spot-on. It took them one business day to complete the work, they were professional and cleaned up after themselves I contacted them a few days later to verify the completeness, and performed a final walk-thru. I would strongly recommend this company.

The contract clearly stated the work to be done and Josh, the owner, clearly communicated the elements/process of getting a new roof. The roofing/gutter staff communicated the job clearly, answered any questions we had and at the end went over the specifics of the job. Because of our corner house location on a heavy pedestrian route (near university), they sent in extra crews to insure near completion of the job before semester break was over. We appreciated this extra effort. The staff were hard working and professional. Because of high winds in the area on the first day, a ladder blew over and broke a window; they cover the window promptly to insure our safety and repaired the window. They left the area around the house clean of debris. I would recommend this company to others.

The quote that I received from the company was the lowest of three quotes. There were a few things that we had discussed that did not make it into the quote, however, including the siding that I had requested. I failed to notice this before committing to the contract. A big value add-on that I purchased with was the 20-year non-prorated warranty on the roof that covers labor and materials for any problem that develops in the roof. The work started soon after I signed the contract and was finished quickly. The workers were courteous and professional. I would definitely go with this company again.
