This was the 3rd job infinity did for me and by far the largest. I have a 3 story house on a corner on a hill. These guys were on the ladders on some pretty windy days, the weather kept them away maybe 2 days. After everyday of work they cleaned up no mess left at anytime. If i need anymore work done Infinity will get my business.

They did an excellent job. It was a positive experience. They were not exactly the lowest in price, but they were one of the few companies that would take the permit out for me; I guess I need to have a permit to get my roof redone. The cleanup was good. I would definitely use them again in the future.

We had a total of 4 estimates. The one that was provided by Kyle Harris from Infinity Roofing was the most comprehensive and demonstrated his knowledge of the work involved in replacing the roof of our side by side town house, his knowledge of the product he offered, and his commitment and personal professionalism to oversee the project to be completed within a narrow time frame. His estimate far exceeded the 3 other estimates that were given. The communication with the office was superb. The organization of the materials and delivery was excellent. The team of workers arrived on time and completed the work within the time committed to and all work was done before the deadline and the cleanup was excellent. As a result we used them again at our private residence. The workers again plied their trade with beautiful results and the crafted work around the chimney was especially well done. When additional contractors were used their work was of the same caliber. Landscape features were carefully protected yet a couple of the plants sustained a bit of breakage that was unavoidable. The project took somewhat longer than expected due to the complexity of the roof line but every effort was made and more roofers were assigned. Input from us, as the owners, was welcomed and incorporated. We were appreciative of what was accomplished and very pleased with the outcome. It is interesting to note that the Company is committed to regularly updating its employees in all aspects of their work. It shows.

We hired Infinity after watching one of their (large) crews arrive at our neighbor's house last spring and complete a tear off, redecking and roofing job in 1 day. Our fall job stretched over 2+ days, partially because of weather and because they used a smaller crew (maybe because our roof had less working space to accomodate the larger crew?), but they were focused and on task, did an amazing clean up job, and came back upon request to fix a piece of house siding that got dented and replace a drainpipe that got stepped on. They also came back and sided a facia (sp?) board on the garage that wasn't covered in the siding job when we got the estimate (but that my husband felt should have been included). There was no extra charge. Two problems seemed out of their control. A glass cover on one of our kitchen light fixtures came loose from the pounding and smashed, and a 5 minute rain/hail storm (the sun was shining, for Pete's sake!) meant we had some leakage. I liked working with a company that was so responsive. (Our across the street neighbors envied us for how well our job went compared to what they went through using another company a couple of months prior.)

We are very happy with the job they did. They cleaned up quite well. After they finished we noticed they missed some spots with the insulation. They came back a couple days later to finish it. They followed up with us and we are very satisfied.

Entire roofing project took a day. I had previously used the company for roofing repairs, and they were very thorough and helpful. (A competing roofer was crusty, callous and decisively less thorough in providing advice on a roof leak. He didn't even bother to go into the attic. The Infinity rep did, and found the problem, giving us an additional two years on our old roof.)After the new roof installation last summer, we were surprised by a leak that popped up less than a year later. A nail had popped, lifting a shingle and allowing water to find its way into a light fixture. It happened on a Sunday. Not only did I get a live person on the phone that day, but less than an hour later I got a phone call from an Infinity worker, who came out the next day to find and fix the problem.Almost straight A's on report. The B for pricing is in comparison to pricing in other areas of the state. The local pricing was competitive compared to other bids. But service was the reason we decided on Infinity.

This project could not have come out better. After a rain delay of a few days, they finished the roof in one day and the gutters the next day. They showed up at 7:00 a.m. and worked until the sun was almost completely down - and on one of the hottest days of the year! They kept working so hard all day, I was afraid the heat would get to them. But they had plenty of water and workers. They were extremely friendly and courteous, and when they were finished, the roof looked great. Very professional company. We found Infinity on Angie's List and they were also recommended by a friend. Thus, we did not get other estimates; in our opinion there was no need as the recommendations were enough. We felt their price was more than fair for the amount of work they did. We could not have been more pleased with this company and I would recommend them to anyone. They can certainly be trusted to do the work and to be fair on cost.

Excellent experience. We used them last year on a small job and hired them again for a full tear off and new roof. Very professional sales & office staff and crew.

We had damage from an ice dam, the cause was the upstairs bathroom roof vents that had been installed incorrectly. We decided to also add insulation to bring it up to code. They were professional, did exactly what the quote stated plus made sure that they put a box around our attic entry so the next time we needed to go up there, insulation would not fall on our heads/into our house. They cleaned up and took all the waste with them for proper disposal. Every time I asked a question, the crew stopped and took the time to show and explain what they would do. I was very satisfied and would definitely use them again!

They did a wonderful job. The kept the work area clean and were very efficient. They were always prompt, if not early. They stuck to exactly what they said they would do. They also honored their original pricing. It was refreshing to see how cooperative and helpful they were.

Completely professional company from start to finish. I had a roof that was improperly repaired 1.5 years ago by an unscrupulous contractor that now needed a total removal and replacement. Josh, the owner, showed me where the problem area were, compiled the best possible repair for my problem, and gave me a very thorough quote. From that point on, everyone in his company was amazingly helpful. Scheduling, rescheduling (weather related), roofers, and follow-up was spot on. I had some questions when the job was complete and someone met me at the house to discuss. No joke. This is exactly how a company should be run.

My overall experience with Infinity was very, very, pleasurable. The salesman, Aaron, was very friendly and extremely thorough with his estimate. This was probably because he spent a lot more time measuring and looking at things other roofers hadn't even mentioned, such as the amount of under eave ventilation I had versus the amount of roof vent I had. After he made his calculations, he explained in great detail exactly what would be done and why it would be done that way for warranty purposes. No question was too trivial, so both my wife and I had a very good understanding of everything that was going to happen as well as the price for each of the three options. My advice to people looking for roof replacements would be to get a quote from another company and then call Infinity to see the difference in the quote process. Aaron even spent additional time just before the job was started, to come back out, take pictures, and help me fill out the complicated paperwork to file a claim on my old failed shingles, even though his firm had not done that job. When dealing with the office personnel, they were very friendly and helpful when they called to schedule and then re-confirm the dates for installation. I was always kept aware of what was going on. The 8 man crew that did the job, led by Tim the foreman, was very efficient, professional, and seemed to be very knowledgeable. They all stayed on task the entire day, each carrying out their specific assigned jobs. They were all friendly and took the time to answer any question I had about the job. All of the grounds, bushes and shrubs were covered with tarps, so the tear off scrap was contained. I did think they stayed a little to late trying to finish the job, almost 10:00 P.M. They had to work in the dark with little head lights and flash lights which left some doubt in my mind that things might be missed. However, they did return the very next day to finish off some little things that were left and conduct a more thorough cleaning of the job sight. They did leave a small piece of trim off under the windows, but they were very responsive the next day when I called Aaron, and that was fixed immediately. Just like other raters, I was going to rate the price as a good instead of excellent because they did charge slightly more than quotes I got from other roofers. Those that were cheaper, usually did not have, or only had a limited workmanship guaranty. However, after getting a lifetime warranty on both the shingles and labor to install them (that is sent to you in certificate form after the job), and seeing how they tore off and installed my new roof, I believe you get what you pay for so I am satisfied with the price. My only small complaint put under Quality as a good, was that a roof vent was installed over the existing roof vent, when Aaron specifically had written on the work order to convert it to box vents so the roof would meet the manufacturers airflow specifications. I really didn't care which venting system I had, but after talking with Aaron and confirming that it had to be done for warranty purposes, it was quickly changed back to what was specified on the estimate. His firm could have readily taken the easy way out and not taken the time or expense to change it, but they made it right even though I didn't really care. One final note. The company they hired to deliver and remove the dumpster, did take out several branches of my pine trees that are up by the house next to the driveway, because of the size of the dumpster. In all fairness though, the drivers did try their best in a very tight quarters, not to damage them. In hindsight, they probably could have done the job with a smaller dumpster as this one was only about half full.

We were kept abreast of all the scheduling changes due to the weather. When the day arrived for our roof to be worked on, a crew of seven men came along with a dumpster. I came at 3:00 p.m. to view the progress on the roof. At that point, it was almost completely finished, other than the venting at the top of the roof. I met and talked with Dan, the crew foreman. He said they did not run into any difficulties. He also told me that the underlying roofing lumber was in very good shape which I was happy to hear. He also explained that the clean up of all the discarded pieces and the old nails with a magnetic rake would be done prior to completion. I was very impressed with the speed of their crew completing the roof in just one day. The new roof looks great. We are very happy to have selected Infinity out of the several companies we received quotes from.

We were well pleased with the roof and insulation in the attic they did. They were hard working, respectful and kept us informed if there was a question. We received calls from the office before, during and after to see if we were happy at each segment of the job. We would recommend Infinity to anyone. We have gotten so many compliments on our new roof. Infinity also corrected an insulation job in the attic that was done by another contractor we got before we joined Angie's List. The crew they sent out was great. My roof was done in no time at all. Next came the gutters. Same story. One two three and they were done. My home looks great. They can be proud of the work they did.

Mike came out and quoted my project - he was very informative and knowledgeable about what should be (and should have) been done to stop the leaking. HIs price was very reasonable, well within line with other quotes. I was impressed by the warranty and decided to sign with them. They weren't able to do the roof right away because of the weather, but once they did come they were in and out in a couple of days. The main installer had a new younger helper with him (it was literally his first day) and I was able to overhear him as he instructed him at various times. I was pleased to hear the patience and willingness to teach he displayed, even when he didn't know I could hear him. I'm the type of homeowner who hovers, I will admit, because I'm truly interested in what's happening and because I was so nervous after having to replace the same roof in two years. Again, there was no issue and the installer was very patient with all my questions. There was one small mis-communication with the installer and the timeline, but one call to the office cleared that up immediately. I was very impressed by the professionalism of everyone I worked with. I would and have highly recommended them to people I know looking for roofing work.

Very good, they are a quality company and the owner, Josh, is a young guy who appears to have worked hard to build a quality reputation in a business that isn't always honest and reliable. 2 yrs ago they put on a lifetime roof and the experience was positive. Last year, some leaking continued around my chimney and they sent a crew chief named Mike to assess the problem. He thought the leaking was from the chimney crown and they did some additional work last Fall costing about $500. The problem continued this past winter/early spring and I confess I was mighty hot when I called them to report continued leaking. Josh personally came out with Mike and had him climb the roof using a hose to determine the source of the leaking. It didn't take Josh long to realize that the problem was related to the porous chimney facade and he explained that they see this problem a lot in homes built in the last 30 years because solid brick chimneys are a thing of the past. Josh applied a credit of $500 to my estimate for the work completed last year on the chimney crown which seemed fair. Their crews are always polite and work hard and they completed the old chimney tear down and rebuild in 2 days. I have a lifetime warranty on the work. My only suggestion would be for Josh to have his crew chiefs run some of these more complex problems past him as I think Josh would have caught this problem last year had he personally been aware of the details of what was happening with the leaking in my chimney area.

Josh Sparks (owner) came and gave an estimate in winter. My main problem was large ice dam formation and subsequent leaking in the house. I knew a new roof was needed at some point. In the summer a team of 6 came and in one day (13 hrs in 99 deg heat) finished the job (gutters were installed the next day). There was some mis-communication at first because the work related to insulation was not completely done as specified. There were insufficient number of vents placed in the roof and not all places were sealed (as specfied in the contract). Once this was pointed out, the owner's brother and fellow worker (MIke Sparks) returned and personally (and very professionally) finished the job. All and all, a very good and responsible company. They understand the importance of satisying the customer and of maintaining a good reputation. They actually "get it". My wife really liked they way they built wooden frames over her gardens to protect plants, and communicated to us in advance about protecting things. I would use this company again, but hope I never have to. I was told that if my roof leaks next winter it is "there" problem and they will return and fix the problem as well as remove the ice dam. I can only trust they will do this; I expect they would.

We needed to replace the roof. The roof had two layers of shingles already, so the work involved a complete tear-off of those two layers and putting down new shingles. We invited four companies to give us estimates. And since we were having roofing estimates, we asked each company to also estimate the cost of new siding--thinking we probably couldn't afford both, but wanting to know how much it would be. After the 1st company came to talk to us, my husband was ready to do business with them and cancel the other 3. But I pushed to stick to our plan. We ended up choosing the fourth company! When Josh came to do the estimate, he was a bit late. So we didn't have much time to give to him before our band practice that evening. However, Josh squeezed in a LOT of info in a little time. He convinced us that he knew what he was talking about--especially concerning the amount of venting we would need in the attic. There is a specific formula to figure out things like that. Who knew? Thank goodness the experts do! We had the estimates done in mid March. At the time they were 'six weeks out'. We weren't in a big hurry to have the work done. And it's a good thing we weren't! What a cold, wet spring we had in 2011!!! I was in contact with them mostly via email, and occasionally phone. They let us know when they had gotten pushed back. I did ask if they could try to have the work done before we headed off to Florida in early June. As it turned out, they started the job with us there and finished up when we were gone. But that worked out fine. The workers were all friendly and very competent. They started as early as 6:20am on the first day. And the roof was done before they left that day. They had even prepped some areas for siding already. Communication was very good. We knew what was happening each step of the way. Cleanup was just wonderful!! It was left cleaner than they found it! We needed a new roof and gutters on our 1955 quad-level home. I checked on Angie's List for roofing contractor recommendations, along with referrals from friends & other sources. The Infinity estimator/salesperson was professional, thorough, detailed and well educated with the roofing techniques and products. Once the weather cooperated, we were scheduled for the double tear off and new install. I was like a kid at Christmas awaiting their arrival! They were true to every promise made and prompt on every delivery & deadline. Day One: Truck delivers pallets of products and dumpster delivered. Day 2: A colony of workers arrive early as scheduled, and begin tarping around the house & protecting plants and then onto removing the 2 previous roofs. I have never witnessed a crew working in such tandem and ferocity. They were courteous and focused on completing the job. By the time they left that day, they had completed 65% of the job, and the yard was spotless - no indication of the firestorm of work that had just taken place. Day 3: Crew arrives on time and tarped and protected the house and yard again, and worked on the rest of the roof. They were done by mid afternoon. Their clean up process is so thorough, I was hard pressed to find a nail or debris in my yard! I was also very grateful that they were as careful as possible not to damage our new plantings and landscaping. I was also impressed that the following day the dumpster was picked up. The final gutter crew came a few days later, after the rain stopped, and did a fine job installing the new gutters and downspouts. At first I was skeptical that Infinity could live up their promises and perform a quality job in such a short amount of time, but I can honestly say that this company puts the customer and quality first and foremost and finishes each job to their satisfaction in a timely manner. The foreman and Aaron my salesperson made sure every concern was addressed and every detail completed to our satisfaction. Infinity Roofing did excellent, honest work and I would highly recommend them. And my house looks fabulous!

I originally contacted Infinity to get a roof estimate on our home and garage. I greatly appreciated the honesty of the salesman when he informed me that although the roof on my home definitely needed to be replaced, he thought that the garage would be fine for another five years or so. My fiancee and I took the advice of the salesman and decided to just do the roof on our home and were on the schedule for late May. The day finally arrived and the crew showed up promptly at 7:00 AM. They worked like a well oiled machine and had our existing roof completely tore off by mid morning. By approx. 3 PM The crew was completely finished and I was able to admire my new roof. I greatly appreciated the crew's willingness to go above and beyond what was required of them when it came to the clean up portion of the job, as well as some extra care that was given to some areas of newly planted flowers around my house. Infinty was a pleaseure to deal with and we will recommend them to all our friends!

From start to finish Infinity did and outstanding job. Out of three other companies I received estimates from, Aaron, from Infinity was the only person to go on the roof to inspect it. He also did a very good job explaining what I can expect from Infinity. Nick and his crew of installers were professional, completed the tear-off and installation in one day, and did a very good job cleaning up my yard when they were done.

I was really pleased with Infinity's work. I loved the speed--the crew arrived before 7 a.m., worked in a controlled fury, and were completely done and out of here before 2. Very cool. They apparently did a really nice job on the roof. It looks swell and it doesn't leak. What's not to like? Several points--I asked them not to use the radio and they cheerfully complied. (Not all workmen are cheerful about this request, believe me.) They really seemed to work fast. There were a lot of them, and unlike some roofing outfits everybody seemed to know what he was doing. They seemed to work together well without a lot of yelling. I was especially impressed with the clean up job. The job made such a mess I was pessimistic about the cleanup. But they left the yard looking nicer than they found it. Outstanding. I have already recommended Infinity to my neighbor. I will recommend them again I'm sure.

An army of workers arrived to complete this project before the weekend, and before bad weather. Re-roof and gutter installation completed in less than a day. I was impressed on the professionalism of the initial bid, in explaining our options, the concern of the office staff to address any concerns, and the efficiency of installation. Will use company again for siding project.

The crew worked very quickly and if it hadn't been for weather hiccups the job would have been done in a few days. Mother Nature made the job take a bit more than a week but when the crew was on the job they were very efficient. At one point there were more than a dozen workers up on the roof and several more on the ground. We are happy with the job they did and look forward to many years of leak-free living.
