Work on roof went great and I am very happy with the result. The quality and workmanship of the roof are great. infinity also sub-contracted with someone to replace my chimney cap (included in price quote) and the contact with the individual and work performed are great. Also included in the price quote was replacement of trim around the front door which was rotting. The trim around the front door was not ordinary trim one finds around a door, However, the job done in removing the old trim and installing new trim looked very bad. The company came back and corrected the problem to my satisfaction. And there were no hassles or problems with this. The only other problem I had with the company was lack of communication. While there were some communications, I did have workmen show up at my door unexpectedly to measure or look at something without advance notice. I would recommend this company for roof replacement.

Very pleased with the overall experience. Received quotes from several different companies and private contractors ahead of awarding the project. Infinity was the only company that seemed very thorough with these first steps during quoting to make sure we knew they had the appropriate insurances and their crews had real training. They were not the low end bidder but were in the range of where the other more reputable companies came in at for pricing on my job scope. They were up-front with the time frame that they were going to start the project and other than reasonable delay with all the rain we are getting they were on time with the start date. As the projected date was approaching they were in communication with me via email and phone (nice to be in the loop like this). The materials were delivered on time and again they called to let us know what was happening. The day of the install the crew arrived and got to work covering bushes and landscaping to protect it. The crew foreman was on the site all day and worked with the guys. Mostly completed the job on the same day but weather moving in forced an early day. They made sure that my roof was protected for the night. Returned as planned and completed the roofing part of the job. The nice part was that in the clean up phase they really did a great job picking up after themselves. No little pcs of roofing material left anywhere and no nails left in the yard. A couple days later the gutter crews arrived and tackled that. They did a good job of talking with me about what they were doing and found several issues with my existing wood facia and fixed them before covering them up with the metal. Finished the job as planned. During and after the project I received several calls from the people at Infinity inquiring if I had any questions or concerns and if I was satisfied that my expectations were met. Nice touch! After I told them I was completely satisfied with the work they then sent the invoice for the job and it was exactly as negotiated. Very satisfied with this area contractor and would recommend them. In fact, I already have to a friend that has contracted with them!

Arrived on time; proceeded in a professional manner, were polite and the price was reasonable. As far as Iknow did the job properly.

The job was started and completed within the time frame promised. The amount charged matched the quote that was given. All debris was picked up and hauled away as promised. We are satisfied with Infinity Exteriors and would recommend them to our friends. Why we chose Infinity Exteriors (other contractors take note): The sales and installation crew made sure to point out ALL THE DETAILS of the work they were doing. Where flashing was used, what kind, and why. Chimney inspected and new flashing. Venting issues discussed in detail, options and recommendations given, and then installed as promised. Roofing materials reviewed in detail and the exact materials promised were pointed out by the installers as what was actually being used. They pay attention to all these details and make sure the customer understands why.

It was fantastic. They called me the day before telling me they would be at my house at 7am the following morning. They were on time and did a very good job they were in and out by 2:30pm. They were very nice, cleaned up everything you would never know we had a roof put on. Al and Matt were very helpful helpful thorough they walked me through exactly what they were doing.

I like this company. Having used them twice now, I'd say this company's biggest weakness is scheduling. Once you get them to come, the work is great. I was extremely pleased with the job their people did on my house's roof--it was "ZIP ZAM ZOWIE," in and out and Bob's your uncle. And I can't blame them for the fact that we had to delay the project from Fall to Spring, because it snowed two days before our late November date. I gave them an "A" for that job on Angie's List. The window job, though, was supposed to take two weeks, and ended up taking six. When they first came they told me two weeks, but when they showed up two and a half weeks later they had ordered entirely the wrong windows. Okay, fine, everybody makes mistakes. So I was told they'd put a rush on the reorder...but again it took two and a half weeks. And when the big day came and... ...Nobody showed up. They apologized several times and did come the next day.... ...And did a great job. And it only took a few hours. The workmen clearly knew what they were doing and I'm very pleased with my new windows! Love 'em in fact. Yes, I would use this company again. It's a good company. They do nice work. It would be a better company if they were not so extremely casual about following through on their own promises.

I have a high level of trust for this company. We had the problem fixed once before and at that time had three companies give us three different solutions but none of them were certain. Infinity not only fixed the roof but they warranty their work. We recently had another leak and they returned promptly. The original work was intact however there was some other failure around the original work that needed caulking. Mike from Infinity took care of this while he was up there. He took pictures to show me and caulked area free of charge! Very professional and trustworthy as well as knowledgeable and they did not try sell us something more than we needed !

The weather did not cooperate so it took a while for them to get to our house. When there was an opening they were there the next day. The roof was completed along with clean-up in two days.

Excellent presentation without taking alot of our time. Thorough and concise, offering quality products and warranties and one of only two roofers that did a follow up phone call. We would have used Infinity, however another roofer saved us 25%. We will contact Infinity for future work.

They were the first company to return my phone call. They were very thorough in their work. I am very happy with the results. He ended up discovering a hole in the roofing, that the previous company had just covered it up with shingles. They guy they sent was great, and his work was outstanding. I couldn't be happier with their work.

Infinity Exteriors LLC everything was wonderful. They were out last Spring. They did a roof replacement. It cost approximately $2500. It was a small roof. Their price was pretty much right in the middle of other quotes I got. The job went well. It was pretty good. The sales guy who came out to give us the quote was very friendly, the guys that did the job were very efficient and cleaned up well.

Everyone was great - really a nice to team to work with from the Jesse the quoter, to Emma the scheduler, to Scotty the foreman and the roofing team. Any (minor) issues I raised were corrected the next day.

Went very well, keep it clean and keep me informed-fair price for all they did.

The guy doing the estimate came in, he took the measurements and explained everything about it. It was an overall good experience.

They did a good job and everything went fine. They were helpful and completed the job in one day as promised. We had ordered obscure glass for the bathroom, but they bought clear glass. However, they came back several weeks later to correct that.

Very good, they were quick, thorough and cleaned up well.

The staff of the company were very helpful and the owner came to inspect the work upon completion and agreed to contact the company to replace several panes that were flawed or damaged in transit. We are disappointed NOT WITH THE COMPANY that installed the windows but the quality of the product. There is no latch to keep the screen in place on each of the windows and the heat loss/ insulation quality that we expected in terms of energy savings and warmth in the rooms where the new windows were installed have not yet materialized.

They are excellent in all respect. Their quality of work is excellent. They fixed an overhang that was sagging. I could not be happier with their work.

Infinity Exteriors LLC did an outstanding job. They tore off the old one and put on the new one. Everything was done over three days. They had an army of guys working on it - at one point I think we had 9 guys up on the roof. It is a basic two story house, not a mansion! My wife and I were home one of the days they were working and it was amazing how many guys they had ripping the shingles off and dropping them down. They were very thorough about cleaning and it went really well. They were very careful with my plants. When they do a tear-off they put plastic sheets coming down off the roof so they would throw the shingles and they would end up in one basic area. Especially at the front, where I have a fair bit of landscaping, they set up plywood to protect the plants from getting crushed. They communicated well with me. They were very thorough in their cleanup. Absolutely no issues and I would use them again in a heartbeat. Their pricing was certainly competitive. One of the reasons I used them was that they are local. Also, they have a policy of coming back once a year to check the roof out for me free of charge. So there is an extended coverage and interaction with them.

It was very good. They had a big work crew; they worked very fast and efficient. I was very happy. I had no complaints at all.

The roofing and gutter replacement work was high quality. There were two minor issues: a window was broken due to falling debris, and the crew installed an unnecessary drip edge that covered up the decorative molding. Infinity notified us of the window and quickly replaced the broken pane, and removed the drip edge when it was pointed out.

Went well. Crew showed up on time. Did job in two days as promised. Cleaned up very well after themselves. Very polite. Answered all my questions. Roof looks great. Very pleased with work. Would recommend and will use again if need to in future.
