+ -1 morethey met my short time frames demands, offered a competitive price, agreed to my request for "tyvek" (manmade) paper under shingles, rather than traditional tar-type paper; cleaned up very well, and only thing about which I complained was that they left some of my wrought iron patio furniture on the lawn, rather than putting it back on the concrete patio!

+ 0 moreThis went so smoothly it's almost unbelievable. From the salesperson coming, providing an estimate right then (Adam), to the crew arriving prepared and working really hard. We had neighbors thank us for how courteous they were with their homes while doing the tear off because it was a really messy job. We have had a lot of work done with contractors and NEVER have I thought, wow, these guys need to take a break! They literally worked non stop until it was finished. They accidentally scraped some of my siding, they brought it to my attention and fixed it perfectly right away.

+ -1 moreProvider made some repairs on the first contact but stated he would have to come back to rescuer the gutter as he didn't have a shingle. He said he would be back in two days time and would call or leave a note. After a week of not receiving a call or note I contacted the provider who told me he "forgot" to make the repair. As I was leaving for a two week vacation I asked when he would make the repair and was assured it would be made before I returned. Again, two weeks went by without a call or a note so I texted the provider who responded with "who is this?" He told me he made the repair but I really can't verify it as I don't have access to the roof. So show I'm not confident the repair was ever made.
Description of Work: Provider was hired to do roof inspection and perform minor repairs like pound down/seal nail pops or secure loosened shingles. Provider went up on roof and reported that he sealed and secured some loosed shingles and nail pops and reported that generally the roof was in good shape. Provider noticed the gutter was secured on top of a shingle rather than beneath and stated part of the service I paid for included him replacing the cracked shingle and properly securing the gutter.

+ -1 moreMy new roof is beautiful! From the time of the quote to the finish of the project everything was done to make me feel good about my decision to contract Infinity Exteriors. The person that came out to give the quote came into the house and gave a powerpoint presentation to explain all steps and what goes into the price of the roofing project. When it came time for the project it only took 2 days for them to complete the work! They went above and beyond to make sure my roof was done perfectly. They were quick and thorough in their clean up afterwords. Price was middle of the road of all my other quotes but I felt good about going with them because I received such a detailed quote, I felt informed and confident in the decision to work with them! I would work with them in the future.

+ -1 moreIt all began with Infinity's salesperson (Sam). He explained about "starting over" with our roof (after a very poor previous shingle experience). He also told us that more attic ventilation was needed, and how Infinity would take care of it. On the date set, the crew arrived on time; dumpster arrived shortly thereafter, and immediately the crew (about 8 guys) started the shingle ripoff, and completed almost all the work that first day, and finished up by noon the next day. The workmen were pleasant, no loud music, foreman (Scott) was there & very helpful in answering our questions. Dumpster was picked up a few hours after work was completed. It seemed this company "has a plan", and was very organized! Although unable to climb unto the roof to personally inspect, we feel confident all was done as they assured us, and we are pleased.
Description of Work: Removed existing shingles, installed 6 ft. ice/weather shield; installed new shingles; vent/chimney flashings; roof vents; venting gables in attic - everything that our roof was missing & needed.

+ 0 moreSmoothly, as far as I know. Most of the work took place while we were at work. The roof work took 2 days and the gutter work took one day, with a day in between.
Description of Work: They tore off the entire roof, replaced the decking over the kitchen, installed gutters, downspouts, new chimney flashing, and the new roof with a ridge vent and soffit vents. They also indicated that the skylight we had was beyond repair and gave us the choice to either replace it or seal up the opening and roof over it. We asked them to seal it up. Jake Krygier, our salesperson, upgraded our shingles from Landmark to Landmark Pro at no additional cost during the decision-making process because we didn't like the color selection.

+ -1 moreMy husband and I had been in contact with another roofing company to do some maintenance on our roof and were frustrated with the lack of response and sense of urgency from them. Luckily, I came across this deal on Angie's List so I thought I'd give it a shot. This was my first purchase from Angie's List so I'm not sure what my expectations were, but I was blown away. Infinity Exteriors was prompt, professional and detail oriented. The other roofing company said they'd maybe have time for us in 3+ weeks... Infinity Exteriors came that week. There was a phone call to confirm the appointment and to say they were on their way. Adam, our roof specialist, was professional and kind when going over the work he had done. He showed us photos of the roof problems and how they were corrected, in addition to giving us a clear idea of what will be needed in years to come. He then emailed us all the photos so that we have them for our records. It's a month later and we still never heard back from that other roof company! We will definitely go through Infinity Exteriors for our roof needs in the future.

At the outset, their design expertise helped us get started. Outstanding project management skill, professional and timely communication, hard working crew and excellent follow-up from office personnel. From interviewing other contractors - we also found their cost of service to be very reasonable, especially given their attention to detail. On a side note - their financial support of area youth sports programs and facilities should be recognized.

+ -1 moreInfinity called the same day the maintenance package was purchased through Angie's List. The office staff was very friendly to work with when scheduling the work. As we had been picking up loose shingles in our yard, we knew that some shingles were missing from the roof. They indicated they could replace shingles we provided as part of the work. Initially they were planning to send an estimator to perform the work, but after reviewing pictures I emailed them of our roof, they decided to send a more experienced person, Mike, equipped with necessary fall protection. We ended up having over 100 popped nails and 12 missing cap shingles. Mike was extremely professional. He reported his initial observations and possible causes for all the popped nails and the shingles that had blown off. He fixed the nail pops, replaced the cap shingles we had collected from our lawn, and created replacement shingles from extra 3-tab shingles we had purchased. As it appears all the problem cap shingles were located on one section of the roof, he individually inspected the remaining cap shingles and indicated no other shingles appeared loose. Before leaving, he gave a review of all the work completed and recommendations for on-going roof inspection. We were very happy with the overall service Infinity provided.
Description of Work: Completed work associated with a purchased Angie's List Big Deal roof maintenance package which included full roof inspection, nailing in popped single nails, and replacing missing cap shingles.

+ -1 moreOur 1998 prefab home was originally clad with what we believe we're defective shingles. In 2006 after a spring wind storm blew off about a 100 shinglea. we sent a claim to Certainteed and were informed the shingles were functioning within acceptable parameters. We were given a guideline to resell the shingles and that did the trick. In 2013 we started to see some curling and realized it was time to tear off and replace the whole roof. I was extremely skeptical of using another Certainteed product however in comparing the competition and noticing that Certainteed had learned rom there earlier mistake; we choose the Certainteed colonial slate shingles. The product was very much improved over the originally installed shingle. With the infinity lifetime work ship warranty our choice of installer was simple. Sales person "Al" was thorough and understood our history. Tear off, Reroofing, ridge venting were completed in 12 hours! One day amazing work and skill.

+ 1 moreGreat!! The color that Josh suggested is just great it makes the brick and trim all go together. They were neat and cleaned up all scraps and nails from pull off. They neighbors even remarked on how efficient the workers were. The new roof was put on my Aunt and Uncle's home. I have had Infinity do a new roof on my residence, plus new siding with Tybek and was so pleased with their work and their response to questions. They were the one's we went with for the new roofing for Aunt and Uncle's needs. We know a new roof isn't cheap and Infinity came in in middle of the estimates that we got. I knew their work and that is what made the choice to go with Infinity. Their office staff is great!

+ -1 moreWhen I signed the contract, he told me that it's going to be like a month, so I was aware of the time and delays. my wife and I love the roof. It was great. I'm happy I went with them. I expect them to talk to you, know exactly what you're looking for, make you aware of their products and the sales person laid it all out to me the different options to see. He kept asking me if I have any questions. We're both comfortable with them and we felt that they were really good to us. Their bid was in the middle.

+ -1 moreThey were good. My only complaint was they replaced the gutter covers with the same covers. I felt a little miss represented in that they replaced the covers with the same thing I had without telling me. However, the quality of the roof was excellent.

+ 0 moreThe company was great in keeping me informed about when they would come out. The project was delayed because of weather. They showed up when they said they would. The sales man was great and the price was very reasonable. The roofers did a great job cleaning up the yard. The biggest problem was the holes that were cut in the roof for the venting was not very even as I can see it from inside the attic. The salesman will have the installers come back and fix it properly. Overall, I'm very happy with their professionalism.
