This was that 2 hour sales presentation. The windows were nice and we learned the most about windows and what to research prior to any other of the 12 companies coming out. It was high pressure, sign a contract type of sales pitch. I do not appreciate companies cutting down other companies. Not many did but those who named companies and cut them down were quickly eliminated. The companies he was cutting down were the bottom of the barrel or at the other end the top rated companies on Angie's List. Unacceptable.

So, here is what happened. I was home on maternity leave. He comes up and takes a look at the roof and then I tried to talk to him about the roof and he seemed really uncomfortable and just wanted to get out of there. And so then when it came time to call them, my husband called him and said hey we never got the quote from you guys. He was like, well, your wife didn't seem very interested, she wasn't, we will have to come back out while you are there to talk to you about it. Pretty much we just left it. He was like, that is not going to happen, my wife's home right now, you will have to work with her. He was like, well, we can't give you a quote unless you are there as well. It was really strange, so we were like, fine, we won't go with them. So, he also talked about, he pretty much wanted us to do, oh I can't remember. Whatever it was he wanted us to do was way more work than we needed to do because we had them look at both of our back roofs and our front gable areas where they are slashing and whatever he was suggesting was going to cost us a lot more money. When we talked to the other 2 people we got quotes from, they were like, you don't need to do that. I felt like because I was a woman I couldn't get the information I needed.

It went very well. Very professional, cleaned up well, and the roof looks great. They did an excellent job and were very quick.

They did a fantastic job for us. They were very professional and did a perfect job. They went above and beyond on some things for us as well. The guy who came out for the estimate was very knowledgeable, professional and seemed like he knew what he was talking about. We really felt like he wasn't trying to take advantage of us and was very receptive to our ideas.

They arrived on time and their roofing crew completed the tear off and replacement of the roof in one day. They did need to return and tack down the rubber membrane on the dormers which they did promptly after I called them.Their cleanup was excellent and the front lawn looked better after they did the cleanup then it did before. All of the workers were very courteous and answered any questions that I had.

I had them come out and gave me an estimate on the roof replacement. After talking to Al, he gave me a quote of $11,000 to replace the roof to both the house and garage. I sign the initial estimate/contract. When he came out again to have me sign the final contact, which was probably my mistake because he left out the replacement of the garage roof. Now when I got home and the work was being done, I notice that the garage roof wasn't even touched, I asked the foreman there are they going to start on my garage today too or will they do that tomorrow? He told me they only got orders to do the main house roof. I was like what? What about the garage? He said there was no order for the garage. I'm now confused and called Al asked when was the garage was going to be done and why wasn't the garage part of the deal when we talked about it? He said according to the paperwork I signed there was no work order for the garage. I was so frustrated that it I said to myself, if they don't do the garage I'm going to pay them minus what I was quoted for the garage as well. As I thought though this, I told myself, lets not be hasty as this might just be a misunderstanding. As I talked to Al again, and told him that I do have the original estimate with garage clearly stated in it. Al said to send him a copy of the original, as I made a scanned copy and sent it off to him. 2 days later when I came home from work, the crew was finishing up on the garage. What a relief I felt, as Al called me to apologies about the miss communication and write up on the job order. I said it wasn't a big deal as it was complete as promise, although with a lot or worry from my part. All in all, they finish my house roof in 1 DAY and then a week later they came back and finish my garage roof in 1 DAY. Excellent service if from them. Well, worth it, even though they weren't the cheapest, I got the value and professionals I paid for. Even when it was a miss understanding in the contract, these guys are worth it!

They did a very good job and it was on the hottest days of the year. I am very satisfied with their work.

Our roof has been leaking around the chimney since our house was built seven years ago. Water always would drip into the firebox down into the basement. We have had many people come and try to fix it but it still leaked. Infinity came out and looked at our roof. They did not use a "band-aid" approach. They explained why our roof was leaking and how it would get fixed. Not to go into too many details, they fixed it by adding rubber underlay , fixing a channel in the roof and added some extra preventive stuff. They did what no other business could do; they stopped the rain for coming in to my house. It took them all day to do the job. I waited several months before writing this review because I wanted to be sure the quality held through out the rainy spring and it did. The staff was very good at communicating with me and informing me when they would come over. They do guarantee their work but they got it right the first time. So I am happy at last. As for the price of the repair they costed more than the other repairmen but Infinity actually fixed the problem so I say it was money well spent.

I had an ice dam issue after a winter storm. I called 3 roofing companies including Infinity Exteriors. I left a voicemail that was returned 2 days later. After speaking with their representative about my issues and explaing that I was unfamilar with ice damage ( I am from Texas, no ice there), I felt rushed by the employee to finish explaining my needs. I was told that they were very busy and would not able to come out for a few weeks to complete an estimate. I still tried to give them a chance and when I tried to set up a date I was told that the estimate could only be completed on a day when my husband could be there with me because we'd be making a large financial decision an investment on our home. I thought it was a little presumptuous to assume my husband needed to be there for me to make a decision and that we should be prepared to spend a great deal of money before someone even looked at my roof. Never a good sign. I still made the appointment for an estimate but cancelled it later after speaking with other companies. When I called to cancel the estimate appointment the person who answered the phone told me they did not even have me scheduled on the day I asked for. I think they may be a great company for large projects, but I got the impression they were not interested in my needs.

It went great from start to finish. Adam who came out to give an estimate on the repair was very thorough and actually got up on the roof to look at the damage. He was very patience and gave both estimates for the repair and a new roof. He didn't do "the salesmen act" like others try too. He was very respectful and very knowledgeable without being condescending. It was much appreciated. We preferred to just get the repair done now because of finances, but will definitely be getting our roof from Infinity Exteriors later this year because of his service and the great service from the roofers who did the repair. They were very professional, and it looks to be great quality work. We really appreciate having great companies like this one in the area and it is wonderful they take such pride in their customer service and quality work.

In the fall of 2012, I hired Standarski Roofers of Waukesha to reroof my house, but on Good Friday morning, March 2013, part of the roof planks fell in and down the attic steps and woke me up. Eric Standarski refused to come out and see what the problem was. I engaged an architect to assess what had been done wrong, and it was evident the roofing job had to be done completely over, as it was clear that many of the planks on the north side of the house were rotten, and the roof should have been covered, but wasn't, with plywood before shingles were installed. Furthermore, Standarski had installed a cobra ridge vent without an intake of air, which voids the warranty on the shingles and therefore should not have been installed. After getting several quotes with different roofers having different ideas on how to solve the ridge vent problem because I don't have soffit vents, Infinity explained to me that their Edgevent product would work and allow for air intake. Josh, Al and other employees very patiently answered my numerous, frequent questions, such as asking for addresses of previous jobs that had used Edgevent, questions about chimney flashing methods, etc., I imagine they got tired of my pestering them constantly for information, but they did their best to answer my concerns and help me come to a well-educated decision to go with them as my new roofing company because I had been so badly burned by the previous roofing company. Infinity did an absolutely marvelous job. On the north side of my house, over the unfinished part of the attic, I can see where they replaced many of the bad, rotted planks before putting on an overlay of plywood before shingling. They installed plywood over the entire roof before shingling. They were careful to do a good cleanup job afterwards. They came back promptly when I had a question and minor complaint about the chimney flashing, and they quickly fixed the problem. I couldn't be more satisfied with their excellent work and their workers. The price seemed very reasonable considering all the work they did.

The roofing replacement had the best result. They also had a good solution for venting problems due to poor design of our 60 year old roof. Now in the middle of the worst winter in years, we have not had any problems with leaks due to ice dams, and the ice dams seem to be smaller than before. Also hired them to re-install some siding that was not properly installed years ago. They had good ideas on how to approach the job, but execution left a little to be desired. I believe that because the result was not as good as expected, they discounted the final bill. Cleanup was great. We found only a few nails in the gutters, and they did a good job of protecting landscaping. Price was not the lowest, but the sales rep seemed to be much more thorough than others that came out to estimate. He even got up on the roof and took pictures of chimney and other roof problems that they would correct.

The analysis of the problem was thorough and the estimate was concise and well documented. I was not given a ?sales job?, which I greatly appreciated. Everyone arrived when they said they would, did their work efficiently and cleaned up afterward. All employees were pleasant and easy to work with. I could tell a difference in my second story bedroom the first night. The only thing I felt could be improved is no one got back to me for several weeks with the results of the first energy audit. The office called to set up an appointment for the work to be done, and they were not aware of the fact that no one had contacted me with the results of the audit and what actually had to be done. Also, I was not informed ahead of time that I had to leave the premises when they were foaming the basement. However, although there were these communication glitches, the communication I received from Infinity was superior to that from other companies with which I?ve worked. I am very satisfied.

Did not use them to replace out roof.

Contractor was on my roof for 30 minutes max. Took a couple picture on his phone and allegedly caulked the chimney flashing. No written report - poor value for the money I spent.

it all went fine. they cleaned up at the end of each day. There were no surprises when finished, and the price didn't change. There was a follow up a day later.

Infinity roofing has a dedicated and friendly staff who have helped throughout the process. Their estimate was detailed and well explained by their sales rep. Installation lasted a week and the crew professional and courteous. Follow-up by the owner was very good and took care of our concerns. Infinity uses top quality material and have lifetime warranty workmanship which is a great peace of mind.

Looked over my roof and fixed a roof leak and suggested a future course of action on some other potential issues. Adam was polite and professional.

I'm the one calling to find out when they will be here. Last time I spoke to them was October. They said late October, first week of November. So, I still waiting.

Overall pleased with the quality of work and attention to doing the job right. They accommodated some minor scheduling constraints of ours which was helpful. Cost was decent, competitive with 2 other quotes we obtained. Went with them because of quality of other reviews, experience and quality of recommended fixes for our roofing situation. Felt they were straight with us and gave us good advise for not only roofing, but also siding for down the road, and also longer term when we should be thinking about roof replacement. Would recommend.

The project went well, they cleaned up everything, were very responsive and respective to myself and my tenants.

I called the company and told them what hard work they did. We got in under the wire just before the cold weather. I had an inspection by the estimator and he said everything was perfect and beautiful. They even referred me to a carpenter and electrician. The two outer walls were entirely rebuilt and the new electrical fixture put in. I found that a number of people including my neighbors condo went with this company as well. They are a very good quality company. They follow through to make sure customer is protected. They didn't expect final payment until I told them to come and get the check. They didn't pressure me into anything. They waited to make sure screened porch was properly rebuilt. I have recommended them to my friends and would use them again. They are a very big growing company. They take care of you as though you were a family member.
