Infinity (Adam) was very responsive. Clean up of debris was done each day which was very appreciated. Jessie ran the job well, was very helpful and patient answering our questions and changing things that were not quite to our satisfaction. When I told them that they had left stains in the driveway, there was no arguing, they just sent over a guy to power wash it clean. I found them to be one of the easiest contractors that I have ever worked with. They completed the work with integrity and genuinely wanted me to be happy with the work. The work took longer that I expected, but was done and to my satisfaction. They also include a lifetime workmanship warranty!

When I called to request an estimate for fascia repair, the employee who answered said they were just too busy to provide an estimate and suggested I look elsewhere. So that is exactly what I did and the company I called will be coming out next week.

Nick, the sales representative did an excellent job of analyzing our needs and writing a clear estimate of the total cost with details for each of the various services. We were contacted prior to the start dates for each service by Emily or Tammy very warmly to let us know what was going to happen and when. The work was competed according to our agreed upon schedule, and all the workers were all very polite, helpful, careful, and cleaned up after themselves each day. The end result is a beautiful roof and new cutters. We are very pleased with everything. I would definitely use Infinity again.

Spoke with Tammy by phone and advised that I wanted to send her an email with the drawings of the House & Garage Roofing for quotation. It would be 32 squares of Davinci Bellforte Slate. Tammy said no-one can look at anything for next 9 weeks because they are busy from the home show. I said I did not need it right away but 9 weeks is too long - the reply I got was that it is just 9 weeks and if you need faster then go somewhere else to buy.

I heard their name on the radio and thought they would be highly reputable. It took them a while to get back to me but they finally came out and did it a day before we had a massive snowfall. They seem to be really nice.

The work finishes very unsatisfactory. For example, the shutters positioning not balanced ( they are installed too far from the window edge) so the overall window look not very pleasing. Also, the gutters final cuts look terrible. Person who replaced the soffits on the front porch made it look " wavy " so he needed to redo it after we complain. In addition, they damaged the stamping concrete on the front porch and broke branches on hydrangea bush by being careless and sloppy. They talk about professionalism, but in reality they are far from representing descent company. The estimated work completion was one week and in reality it took them over one month. They seemed very unorganized. They were coming and leaving randomly.

Great experience from beginning to end. Comprehensive check list for us and their crew. Excellent communication throughout the project duration.

Infinity Exteriors was great to work with. We got our large custom bay window designed and detailed to my needs & specifications and we planned out all the remaining double hung and side slider windows confidently with their professional experience. During the install, when one small issue beyond their control came up, it was addressed and fixed with no problem...beyond my expectation. After all was completed, the beautiful finish carpentry on our bay was inspected and detailed perfectly. I have never seen a worksite left in such a neat & orderly fashion. Everything was cleaned and there was nothing that needed picking up. (In the past, with other companies, I've spent weeks picking up cigarette butts and nails). Customer service is over the top with their aim to have you as a happy customer. I am actually looking for another project that I can work with them on as I know it will be a positive experience. I would highly recommend this firm if you want your jobs done right!

The crew assigned to my project was extremely professional, polite, conscientous and driven. These guys were at the site to work after sunrise and didn't leave sometimes until after sunset. They did their best to keep the work area clean and given the size and complexity of my project it was not a small task. I have a very large house with multiple dormers and high peaks situated on a hill. My house is only 9 years old but the shingles failed. I was awarded a cash settlement and voucher for replacement shingles so I wanted to be sure that I hired the right company to get the job done correctly. I had heard their ads on the radio and read the Angie's List reviews. Because i wasn't sure if we'd uncover damage under the faulty shingles, these guys assured me that if anything needed to be repaired, they could find a reputable sub to fix damage quickly so the overall project would be minimally affected. They kept their promise and luckily there were minimal issues and problems were fixed immediately at a very fair price. Thanks to Adam and the foreman on the job, Brian, I am very very VERY happy with my new roof going into this winter! I have hired them to do additional work on a chimney shroud next spring.

Infinity Roofing was excellent. They did a great job of tearing off the existing roof and keeping the debris contained and cleaning up each day. And, they kept me informed as they worked and if any issues came up they made sure to keep me in the loop and explained how they were handling matters. Also, Jessie, the crew foreman was excellent and made sure each day that I was satisfied with what they were doing. He went out of his way to make sure that everything was done to my satisfaction. He took pictures of the areas on top of the roof that I could not see from the ground and showed me what was going on up above. The roof looks great. I highly recommend this company.

My wife and I received several different quotes to have our roof replaced. After meeting with Infinity, we felt like we were getting the most for our money. We were able to handle the old roof and the poor insulation in our attic and basement all at once. We were also impressed by the confidence and knowledge they had about their product, as well as the way they stand behind their work. We felt like by going with them we would not have to worry about our roof again as long as we own this house. Our project has been finished for about a month and we couldn?t be more pleased with the quality of work that was done on our house. The crew was meticulous and very responsive to every question and concern I had. Our roof was not routine and posed a few difficult challenges. In each case, the crew gave us several options for the best ways to proceed and they were very flexible about showing us how each choice would turn out. We did have a few details overlooked on the sales side of the project, the main issue being the skylight wasn?t ordered and this ended up causing a delay after we had already waited out the weather for a considerable time. We did have a little trouble getting clarity on this issue from our salesperson and felt kind of in limbo for about a week, which is the reason I indicated a B for responsiveness. The most telling thing about a company is not that a mistake happens but it is how they respond to their customers. Again, we can?t say enough about the crew we had. When they found out about the issue, they did everything possible to ensure our house was water tight and went to extra effort to make sure the skylight was installed perfectly when it did arrive. At the office, MJ one of the owners, personally called us to apologize and went out of her way to make sure we were kept informed about the progress of the delay, rearranged her staffing to make sure we had the same crew once the skylight came in and made sure we were personally satisfied with their efforts. We will have other projects in the future and I look forward to calling infinity.

I thought the people that provided the service were extremely professional. They cleaned up each night. they put the roof on extremely well. They checked that we had no problems with animal holes, as we are near a wetland. We hit rainy weather and they tried to work between the times of rain, whenever they could safely. The office personnel were also very professional and followed up to make sure everything went as expected. I would definitely recommend this company for any work regarding roofing and gutters. A great find!

They did a wonderful job. Two people worked on the job and it took about three hours. They were very fast and efficient. We've been very happy with them. They were very neat. They did a very good job matching the roof shingles where they took the old ones off.

Communication regrading the project was commendable. Upon contract submission, an email was received from the salesman thanking us. We then received one from the office detailing the pending timeline, expected future communications, and exactly what to expect with the project to wholly prepare us for the work to be done. We then received a phone call, as anticipated, with our project start date and another email with the details again. The crew showed up on the scheduled date at the noted time. Everything was done in a few days. Two issues needed to be fixed; numerous shingles were found not to be laying flat on the roof and existing aluminum trim was extremely dented in the area where the crew worked on the house. I received a call from the office informing me my invoice was mailed and was asked about any issues. I was told not to pay until fully satisfied and that someone would be in touch about the issues. I got a call in a day or two and someone came Saturday, fixing everything.

We have worked with this firm before on various outside projects and have always found them to be superb. We did compare 3 Angie's List suppliers and negotiated with them as our final choice. They have grown a lot and as a result we had a glitch in the type of decorative grid used in the windows, but they made good with a discount. The service folks were fantastic and treated our home as their own. They were clean, tidy, and made sure we knew how to use our windows. We needed a quick call-back on an issue and they were there promptly. They went above and beyond the call of duty in offering some additional services not covered in the contract but made the project so much better. The owner, Josh Sparks, has developed a fantastic company and the people love to work for him. We will continue to work with Infinity on exterior projects.

Roofing job was great, had some issues with the gutters but were resolved quickly. The trim work now that is a completely different story, been almost a year since the job was done but the poor workmanship has still to be resolved.

I talked with Mike to schedule the install. The owner needs to be present so I took some vacation days from work. We were having lots of rain and the first date got called off because of the weather. It was still rainy when these guys came out but they replaced my skylight within hours and this was during slight rain. Aaron and John did the work. It has rained tonight and no leaks. Thanks, guys. They said I was good for the next twenty years. None of my friends, and many of them are fairly skilled, knew anyone to do this job. I found this company purely through Angie's List reviews. So this service works. Thank you Mike, Aaron, and John. You made my life easier. Get these guys to take care of your skylight replacement needs.

The job was small but I really appreciated the contractor Brendt. Brendt explained everything in detail and was very friendly and professional.

Infinity Exteriors were a reputable company. I didn't get referrals or anything but you can just tell that they just do a lot of roofs and they're good. It went well, they did it in a timely fashion once they were able to get out there. It took them awhile but once they got there, they were in and out a couple of days.

We couldn't be happier with the service we received from Infinity. We talked to their reps at the Home Improvement Show and the House and Garden Show. The staff was helpful and informative and not pushy which we appreciated. Sometimes you go to those shows and vendors just don't know when to quit. Infinity followed up with a quote as promised and scheduled the work after we picked out the shingles we wanted. Infinity was in contact with us before, during and after the job so we always knew what was happening. The crew leader was great, the crew worked very hard and got our big roof done in just two days. The workers protected our flower beds, bushes, windows and deck. They cleaned up all debris before they left. We were impressed with the safety measures used. We would definitely use Infinity if we have need for any services they offer.

OVERALL --- F --- Nick Morn of Infinity gave a good sales pitch when he came out for the estimate. During the estimate process it was explained to Mr. Morn that a major concern of the roofing job was adequate attic ventilation and this was a greater concern than new shingles and the damaged valleys. Mr. Morn stated a ridge vent with air chutes was the correct and best way to accomplish the needed ventilation. After the ventilation portion of the project was completed, the job foreman inspected the attic with me because there was no discernible improvement with the ventilation. Despite the absence of any improvement in ventilation, the foreman tried to say the ridge vent and interior chutes were installed properly. Later, I did my own smoke test and could not detect any air movement with the new ridge vent and chutes. On 7/15/14, I made an appointment with Mr. Morn for 7/16/14 at 3:00 pm so he could inspect, test and explain the work performed in person and hopefully provide an explanation of why the ventilation was not working or so we could work out a possible solution. Instead Mr. Morn called on 7/16/14 and stated he was ?hoping to avoid that? meeting, asked me to ?have faith? in the ventilation system then offered instead to send ?documentation? of proper attic ventilation from resources he had at his office. He also suggested a smoke test and I said that was performed with negative results. In response to Mr. Morn, I said that I was not interested in ?faith? and ?documentation? but that I was interested in results. Infinity failed to provide results on what was emphasized to be the most important part of the project: attic ventilation. Finally, Mr. Morn said he would discuss this situation with his manager and get back to me that morning, 7/16/14. QUALITY --- F --- I was at work the day the ventilation system was installed. It is mostly concealed, and there is no reasonable way to confirm the work was done in accordance with any standards. For example, do the chutes actually communicate with the ridge vent and is there any actual ventilation occurring? The attic was extremely hot and stuffy before Infinity?s work and remains the same after Infinity?s work. PROFESSIONLISM and RESPONSIVENESS --- F --- Infinity gets an F for ?hoping to avoid? face-to-face contact when a customer has concerns about work they have performed. From the 7/16/14 phone conversation, Mr. Morn gave the impression the job was performed as contracted, any other follow-up by him was an unnecessary burden, and seemed resentful when our appointment ?popped up? on his schedule. Mr. Morn said he would get back to me the morning of 7/16/14. He failed to do so, and he failed to show up for the 3:00 pm appointment which to the best of my knowledge was still scheduled. He did not have the courtesy to call me but instead emailed me that he thought he had canceled the appointment. PUNCTUALITY and PRICE --- D --- Infinity slapped on shingles, a flat roof, and installed the associated materials. As Mr. Morn himself said, they did as specified in the contract. They showed up when they said they would and finished when they said they would. No more and no less. Bids were received from other contractors who would have slapped on the same shingles for much less. Again, Mr. Morn said he would contact me the morning of 7/16/14. He did not, nor did he show up for his the 3:00 pm appointment that he failed to cancel

I had ice damming issues this past winter that caused water to come into the lower level rooms of my house. The gutter on my shed dormer is flush with the house and has no overhang. After working with Shane and having him out a couple times, we determined that we thought the water was coming in from the ice building up in the upper gutter, going under the improperly removed old apron and down my siding into the house. They created a a custom fascia and fixed the apron to help with the flow of water and the ice damming (I am also have insulation work done by another company to help prevent the damming in the first place). Infinity did a great job and cleaned everything up very well. The price was right at the upper end of what I wanted to spend, but having a company that has been around for a while, has great reviews, and stands behind their work do it, I didn't mind since this problem has been recurring with no solution that has worked. The ultimate test will be this winter and seeing if the damming stops and no water enters the house.

I think their price was pretty fair and they are pretty attentive to your needs. I think they are just good as they need to be.

I spoke to Tami, in the office and she was very accommodating for scheduling the appointment with an estimator. The estimator came out and really went over in great detail the differences in choices. I had a couple of other estimates, but Infinity's presentation was by far the most informative. After I signed the contract, I was contacted by the office via email letting me know that someone would be calling to set up a final measure. One of the window techs then contacted me and came over to do a final measure. He was very nice. 5 weeks or so later I was contacted by Kelly in the office to discuss installation dates. We decided on a date, when the date came it was raining so I was pushed to the following day. Communication was fantastic! The installation went well and the windows look and preform just as the estimator explained they would. This is the second large project Infinity has done for me and I would highly recommend them to anyone who asks!

We had a free home estimate visit performed to replace the windows in our home. Despite 3 requests and almost a months time, we have not received our estimate. Moving on to a more responsive contractor.
