From start to finish every aspect of the job went great. My sales rep Jake Krygier was great. He was helpful in make a decision between the different options of shingles that Infinity offered. Jake was not a sales person who made the deal and walked away he made calls the day of service to make sure that I was pleased with the service. I was not at home when the crew showed up but Jake was to make sure that things started off properly. I came home at 2 pm and the crew had the tear off done and had begun flashing and tar paper. I then took my two dogs out for a long walk. The crew was cleaning up by 6 pm. I was impressed!! The 6 man crew then did a walk around for nails and debris. I found 1 nail in a crack in the sidewalk. That was it. This was a huge concern because of the two dogs. The install crew did an awesome job on everything start to finish. 1 day later the dumpster was picked up there was a little mess under the dumpster. I called Jake and he came over later that day to clean up the mess. I have been in the process on building a new house and have contacted Jake about windows and roof on the new house. Infinity offers a better product at almost the same cost the the builder has for their line item. If the builder allows I will use Infinity for this project also. I would recommend Infinity and Jake Krygier to anyone I know.

OMG I had an AWESOME experience with Aaron and Infinity--their attention to detail and customer service has been unparalleled! The workers were all respectful, kind, and fastidious in cleaning up all debris/nails etc, In fact, their excellent work and prompt response has just helped me sell my house--their warranty transfers to the new owners!

I looked at reviews through BBB, Google and Angie's list on a couple different window providers. I then decided to go with Infinity first and I am SO glad I did. Everyone has been SUPER friendly and courteous and helpful. The salesman Mike F. was on time, NO pressure, explained the windows and the process throughly, did all the preliminary measurements and the entire process only took an hour. Mike understood fully that I was on a limited budget and the price came in around what I expected. Then Mike from installation came through to double check all of Mike F's measurements before the actual order went in. Once the windows came in, Leona set up my install appointment. Chuck the installer was a little early for the appointment which was great. All by himself, he removed 7 windows and installed the new in about two hours. He insulated everything throughly, wrapped new vinyl around the windows and cleaned up. THE BEST THING - EVERYTHING WAS DONE FROM OUTSIDE! Chuck only had to come in briefly at the beginning to make sure all the storms and screens were released and then at the end to remove the stickers and show me how to operate the windows. I'm IN LOVE with my new awing window in the kitchen, the view is FANTASTIC. I also like that I can have my front window open, by pulling down the top. So I get airflow without worrying if my Sheltie is going to go through the screen. I received follow-up with Jessica the next day. Everyone has been wonderful and special kudos to my installer Chuck! The guy really busted his tail!! I look forward to calling them for my next exterior project!

I had heard the promotional spots on WISN Radio 1130AM and wanted to give Infinity Exteriors a try. The appointment setup was easy, and the receptionist answered all my questions. Darren Farmer was the roofing specialist sent to quote our project. After his thorough inspection of our roof, he determined there was no need to replace it! We had already braced ourselves for a substantial cost of replacement or repair, and the honesty of Darren and Infinity Exteriors blew us away! They could have easily told us the roof needed to be replaced, and we would have believed them. To be honest, one other contractor we had quote our roof, said it may cost up to $3,000!!! With a family of 6, there is not a lot of extra money floating around... Couldn't be more pleased with the service and professionalism from Darren and the Team at Infinity Exteriors.

We were very pleased with Infinity from the first meeting with Darrin to the final walk through. We needed the project completed quickly due to a recent construction project and they complied. Workmen were punctual and polite. Foreman answered all my questions and explained everything to me. Aside from the beautiful new roof, you would have never known they were there, they cleaned up everything. Company was a pleasure to work with.

We had our flat roof replaced by Infinity Exteriors and they did an excellent job. The project itself was a big deal and they handled it without any issues. Everyday the crew would cleanup the site and make sure their materials were not littered on the property. I could not see everything they were doing on the roof, but I could tell they sure knew what they were doing. I would recommend Infinity to anyone that is considering a project. From the first meeting with Adam to the last day of the project, I was totally impressed with Infinity.

Infinity Exteriors did an excellent job with my roofing project. Great customer service, from the time I called to make an appointment for an estimate through project completion. The project manager, that gave me the estimate, was on time, personable, and really knew his stuff. The day the roofers started they were on time, professional, and kept everything clean and neat along the way. The project was completed on time and within budget. Highly recommend!

Excellent. Took a bit longer than they said originally but we didn't mind. They protected the roof every night and cleaned up the mess also. It was a big job. The workers were respectful. The new roof looks great. We are planning on using this company again in the future and would recommend them easily.

I'm writing this review because they are no longer responding to my concerns. They have been good about previous issues, but I guess that is no longer the case here. They say their work is "maticulous" but this job was everything but. How about "TERRIBLE". I just had a siding and roof inspection and the inspector claimed careless work where there are several areas of large impact spots where it appears they were careless and dropped hammers etc on the new shingles they just installed and didn't bother to replace the damaged shingles. Also, the inspection found cracked and bent shingles where they should have used a piece of metal vs. bending shingles that would break and cause leaks down the road. Also noted, there is an open issue where they need to have a painter come out again and properly fix issues where the touch up paint didn't match the old color in several areas they marked up the siding. Unfortunately, not ONE thing in this process went smoothly. Just to mention a few for this review... there were issues with scheduling, cracks in my driveway from the shingle delivery, communication, cleanup, damage to my gutters, siding, deck, trim, tree, edging, having them come out five times to fix shoddy work, and now still finding out where they cut corners and tried to hide things. Now I'm supposed to trust them when I have leaks in my master bathroom and they tell me it wasn't the area they forgot to caulk. This roofing project has been a complete nightmare! Ironically, you can see the project proudly shown on Youtube. They have their truck and trailer driving up my driveway AFTER I told them not to put any more weight on the cement after it was damaged by ABC Supply (the shingle distributor they used). Take my advice, take pictures of everything because you will need them for proof when they damage something and take off of work and watch everything from the shingle drop off to the final nail they put in your roof, or the nail you accidentally step on in your yard because they didn't pick them all up. We had a meeting last year after the project to discuss the known issues at that time and Infinity stepped up and agreed to a $1k credit to make up for the 30 plus issues i documented throughout the process. Unfortunately, there are still issues that need to be addressed and I'm concerned about where this will go next. If necessary, a BBB complaint is the next step.

The crew was very professional and organized. The roof and attic inspection was very helpful for me with an explanation I could understand. Clean up was good and the price was right. I even had my skylight in my kitchen replaced . Please ask for veterans discounts.

Both roofing, complete tear off and siding were done in one day and the crews had arrived promptly early in the morning and were finished by the time I got home from work. The salesman, Aaron Bagurdes, was extremely friendly and informative. The roofers were courteous and efficient, not leaving any sign in my yard that any work had been done. Aaron Bagurdes contacted me the next day to confirm that everything had been done up to my standards. I told him all the work had been done and now I have the best looking house in the neighborhood. I would highly recommend them. They were wonderful to work with, and their work was just superb.

The overall process of getting a new roof quoted with Aaron Bagurdes was very pleasant. He was very down to earth with me about what needed to be done, went over some upgrades we could do with me but wasn't pushy on upselling anything. He gave me a good, better, best type of pricing options. This quote wasn't just a drive by, he took his time during the whole inspection process, measured out the entire roof and we even went up into the attic to make sure there were going to be no nasty surprises. He's very knowledgeable and good at what he does. I may still get a couple other quotes from different companies but my first impression leans me towards hiring this company.

We were confident when the guy came to give us an estimate. Boy were we wrong. They came one day and replaced the shingles that were missing. They were here all of maybe a half hour. Our original quote was for 3 hours. I am glad my husband was home or we would not have known they did not finish their job. They never resealed a thing. He called and the gentleman he spoke with said the job was done and sent us an invoice for 3 hrs of work. My husband called back and they still denied there was more work to do. After a threat to write terrible reviews on every social media site we can think of they finally sent out guys to finish the work. My husband then called and talked to the owner. Only then did we get an apology. Do not them do work without being there!

This is a follow-up to a roofing job we had done in 2011 that answers the question, "Does Infinity stand behind the guarantee they issue for work done?" I called Infinity, they looked up my record, and happily agreed to have a repair team come out to take a look the next day. The team arrived 10 minutes before the scheduled time. I showed them the problem area. They went up on the roof and resealed the entire flashing - there were two small cracks. They also advised me that the tuck pointing on the chimney needed work and would have the office schedule an appointment for an estimate for the repairs. So the answer to the question is yes - wholeheartedly, cheerfully, professionally and quickly with the same friendliness and quality as the original installation. Oh, and by the way, there was no charge for the services.

Job went well and they did a good job of cleaning up afterword.

They were very professional. They provided the same type of information (they had pictures and all the professional information on the shingle companies), but their price was significantly higher. I wouldn't have any problem with the work, but the price was significantly higher. They came with good recommendations and testimonials but the insurance company always goes with the lower price. The price is why we didn't end up choosing them.

It took 2 days to remove the old roof and skylight and install new items. They also cleaned the area better than I expected. I would use Aaron for an estimator. Orlando as a crew foreman. Everybody was very nice from Michael Sparks to Emily in the office. I was treated like I was there only customer.

Well overall. It rained as they were taking off the old shingles, and there was some water that got into the walk in attic above our garage. He brought in lots of rags, high powered fans, moved everything, etc. and cleaned it up. I'm not sure why they weren't expecting the rain, but they did fix the issue to our satisfaction.

All were prompt, knowledgable and curtious. Site was cleaned very well at end of job. Broken part of lightening rod was brought to our attention and replaced. Great job!

This was our third roof estimate and we had 2 more scheduled afterwards, but cancelled because we knew that Infinity was the company we wanted to use. We are scheduled to have work completed in the Spring. I feel like most companies would have pressured us to get a new roof put on with the colder temps approaching just so they could get the money, but with Infinity there was no pressure and even suggested it was better to wait for the warmer weather. I was extremely impressed with the whole assessment and contract processes. All questions were answered completely, and everything was thoroughly explained to us with options.

Not good! Not sure any more when the work started or ended because it was a very bad experience. I have used Infinity before and was very pleased with them however this time it was a terrible experience. I think that since they did the first job they have started to contract work out to other roofers. I assumed that the crew that finally showed up was from Infinity but learned differently. I would have appreciated if I was told this. I am not going to elaborate on my experiences from start to finish but it was the worst experience I have ever had and did end up costing me much more then the price of the roof. Being on a fixed income this was a hardship. I must say that the new roof is done and it does not leak and thankfully I have no other roofs to be replaced. If you decide to contract with Infinity for your roof, make sure you know who is going to do the work!

Fairly well. Major roof work was completed fairly quickly. The gutter replacement was several weeks late. An e-mail question to Sam Ward on 6/20 read, "Eight weeks out plus one week to completion means the work will be finished by the end of August, right? He answered, "Correct". The work was complete on October 7. I would hire again only if timeline didn't matter.

Nothing stood out to me. I would use them in the future.
