Great, Roof only took 2 days, crew was polite, professional, responsive to my questions. It was 20 degrees when they did it. Gutter guy was great . had to work by himself 2 days, one was a saturday and it was 15. It looks very nice

Our experience with Infinity was simply amazing. Everything was handled very professionally from the estimating process through installation. We couldn't believe how quickly the installation was finished, especially since we had a large design window installed on the second floor in winter. Fantastic. The on-site crew in particular was great - very respectful of us and our property. The on-site manager, Chad, communicated well with us about the progress and status. He gladly went above and beyond whenever we had extra requests. We have already recommended Infinity to a neighbor.

Work done was satisfactory. Infinity used a sub contractor so could probably find the same group of guys to do the work for less money. Workers let a fair amount of garbage blow into the neighbors yard and the park behind the house. Did have some concern the way water was running down the side of the house and someone came out quickly to address the issue. Not fully addressed but better than it was. Part of the issue was the fact that the gutters were not cleaned out and had significant amounts of shingles, nails, and cigarette butts in them. The gutters were cleaned out when the water issue was addressed. Overall, paid extra for the warranty, can only hope that it's honored if necessary. Company seems responsive when issues are brought to their attention; however, that was before they were paid.

The job was done very well as planned. The project manager Dan was on site early in the morning and late of the afternoon. He answered all the questions we had. The crew worked very hard and stayed till the night to get the job done on time.

The roof replacement job went very well. The estimation person Danny was very professional and took time to exam the roof/attic area and explain the products and work process to us. The project manager Dan was very knowledgeable and onsite most of time, and answered and took care of any questions along the way. The crew were very hard workers, working well into the evening to make sure everything was done right. They did a great job cleaning up the job site too! The office person were also very nice and responded phone/email quickly. All in all, very good experience, I would definitely recommend Infinity Exterior for your roofing needs.

I had used Infinity about six years ago to do the roof on the rest of the house. I was totally impressed with the work they did so I called them first and last. It's everything you want - they show up on time, do the work, clean up after themselves and bill you exactly what was estimated. I worked with Danny. He's a gem. We worked through texts mainly. Very responsive. Very honest. I got a text from the job foreman Scott the day before we were going to begin. Again, great guy, great way to stay on top of the job. I'd also say that a pool roof is a little more complicated than most. Requires some special attention to heat, condensation and the area where the pool roof connects to the remainder of the house. I should also say that the whole gig - from the time I first talked to Danny to the day I got my invoice was barely two weeks.

We had a great experience meeting with Sam for a quote on windows and doors. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. He did an excellent job of educating us about the product, presenting our options, and answering our questions. We particularly appreciated his straight-forward, no-pressure approach. The process was comfortable and we felt confident in our decision to sign the contract.

Infinity did a great job on my windows. Everything went down exactly as promised. Cleaned up afterward, and installed the windows with little if any interruption to the tenants in the building. Mike Fabian was great to work with, no pressure and he was able to get me a better product for less money than the 2 other window providers I had quote the job. Would definitely use them again.

Sam gave me options to consider to help save me money overall. He came through with the products I desired. Can't wait to get my new windows and doors installed.

After a hail storm in May, we noticed that many of our neighbors were having their roofs replaced. We received some postcards from a “home improvement” company working in the area with an offer to take care of working with our insurance company to replace our roof. I have a hard time trusting a company that I have never heard of to perform any work on my home. I asked my wife to look into having Infinity Roofing replace our roof. Ben, an estimator with extensive insurance experience, worked closely with us to walk us through the insurance claim process. Ben went out of his way to help document the hail damage and worked with the insurance adjuster to ensure that all areas of damage were addressed in the claim. After the claim was processed, Ben met with us to select materials for a roof and gutter replacement. He developed a project proposal that met our budget expectations and had a better warranty than we expected. Once the contract was signed, the team at Infinity contacted us with an e-mail explaining the next steps. Within a week the team at infinity had a crew available to work on the project. Our project manager, Scott, contacted us to schedule the work and kept us informed about schedule adjustments due to weather. The work was completed within a day. The roof looks spectacular. New gutters were installed early the following week. The level of craftsmanship and attention to detail is apparent when you compare our roof to the roofs completed by the “home improvement” company. I am extremely pleased with the process and the results. I would recommend Infinity to anyone considering roof replacement.

Overall we were very pleased with this company. Our salesman was very personable and we never felt pressured. The crew was professional and kept our yard clean. When we did run into a problem due to lack of communication, the company stepped up 100% to fix it in a timely manner at no additional cost. We are planning on using Infinity for our window and siding project coming up next. Our roof is beautiful and it's nice to find a company that sticks to it's word!

They sent someone to give an estimate soon after I called. He was friendly and understood that cleanup was very important because of horses around the barn. The crew arrived early and the job was completed in one day. They easily worked around gates and answered any questions along the way. I asked for another sweep of the area with the big magnet and that took care of most of the escaped nails. All in all, good experience.

The job went very, very well. The team of Mack, Nick, and Daniel were pleasant, professional, and hardworking. They also seemed very attuned to our needs and desires as homeowners. They were “quiet”, courteous, and cleaned the work area each day. (They worked for two days.) We asked for a small favor - pulling out a “dead” wasps nest from our bathroom exhaust vent, since they were on the roof - and they did so readily and without complaint. When we had questions or concerns, they addressed them immediately. We would HIGHLY recommend Infinity. We have also used them to replace a skylight, and the finished skylight was beautiful. The installers were also very nice then as well...

Mike did a great job dealing with our insurance company on our behalf. We will use then again when we can replace our soffits and fascia.
