Great. Infinity has helped us with several project the last couple years. Siding, windows, screens. They have been excellent to work with, Mike Fabian was especially helpful with a very difficult insurance claim. The work is quality. We recommend them.

My experience with Infinity Exteriors was quick and painless. I was able to schedule an appointment for a quote quickly. Ben Gutkoski did a fantasic job assessing the needs of our damaged roof as well as completing the repair a couple days later. Thankfully I do not need a new roof but I if I did would not hesistant to use Infinity.

Infinity has done work that included replacing a garage roof and repairing and replacing gutters. All of the work, including determining the work that needed to be done, the estimates and taking the job to completion was done professionally and correctly. Very happy with Infinity

This is my second time using Infinity. They installed a new roof on my first house and improved the Attic ventilation in my house that I just purchased. I was satisfied with the work both times. Jake Krygier was my sales person. After dealing with him the first time I knew it was a no brainer to use infinity again. Jake is very knowledgeable and honest and I wouldn’t hesitate to refer Infinity Exteriors to anybody.

We have been working with Jake K. at infinity on our 50 year architectural asphalt shingle purchase. Jake is transparent, knowledgeable, and responses. Jake is a large part of the reason we intend to use Infinity as our installer. Infinity’s reputation and history in the roofing market will be the other reason.

We called Infinity for an estimate to repair a leak in our roof. Ben was very thorough and professional. He examined our attic and then our roof to determine the location of the leak. I will definitely call infinity again when it’s time for a new roof in a few years.

This is the company you need. Don't waste your time with any others. I did; about 8 months of frustration and irritation (unanswered phone calls, emails, etc. and quotes that never went any further than a quote). It's a long story that I will not bore you with. Call Infinity Exteriors. Jake is your guy. He will make it worth every penny you spend.

Two weeks ago we stopped by the Infinity Exteriors showroom without an appointment. We were promptly served by Nick. He gave us a very detailed tour of the showroom, asked us many questions we had not considered and set up an appointment to evaluate and provide an estimate for siding our home. He and Vic explained many of the details we needed to consider and provided an estimate while still on our premises.! This is not what we have seen from the competition. Their attention to detail about the project as well as the processes they have in place to ensure quality workmanship, won them the project. We look forward to this project next spring.

Overall experience with Infinity was great. Adam came over and gave his honest opinion and did not pressure me into signing a contract. He also was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. Project went very smoothly with the only real issue is the garage window broke in the process. Adam provided an inexpensive solution to simply replace the glass ($30), which I plan on installing soon. Nick, the project manager, stopped in every so often to ensure that everything was on schedule, addressing my concerns. Everyone was very professional throughout the process, and I would recommend them.

The experience went very well overall. No issues at all. Very good clean up after the work was performed. I would recommend Infinity.

Sales agent Aaron Bagourdes took great care and time to explain skylight options and actually came up with a creative solution to a dilemna we were facing about the number and kind of skylights we needed. The two installers were fantastic. They asked where I wanted the skylights, and then gently suggested that I might want to consider centering them with the windows on the first floor. They cut a small hole in the roof so I could actually see what my view would be and helped me avoid a permanent mistake. They installed two skylights and cleaned up completely in one day—with no fuss or problem. We will certainly use Infinity again.

I am starting a brick/siding/soffit/fascia project. Have been working with Tom G. and he has been very helpful on what they will doing, interested in what I want, and the quality and back up that Infinity has on their workmanship. So far the customer service has been excellent. Infinity is very competitive. I did not know they did mason work which helped me out so I would not have to find 2 different contractors for my project. Recently two neighbors in my neighborhood had used them, and I saw the quality of workmanship that they provided, so I decided to give them a call to see what they have to offer. I had my project done and the outcome was beautiful! Ian, Roy, and Caleb were very professional, knowledgeable, and polite! They cleaned up every evening, I received phone calls and visits from Infinity to see how my project is coming along. Infinity stands by and takes pride in their work, I would highly recommend them to do any type of work that you have on your home! I have attached a before and after picture to see the amazing difference and work that was done on my home!

Hello there. My project has just been completed and I am complete ecstatic with the results. We had a full scope of work being done so we were prepared for something to go wrong, however it was opposite of that. We had some small concerns (cleanup of one crew, but it was addressed and immediately addressed to our satisfaction). If there was a concern or question I reached out to Sam, Nick or Scott and they replied right away. We are always getting compliments on the color (mountain sage) and how wonderful the house looks. Sam I can't say thanks enough for selling Infinity Exteriors by using your knowledge and expertise. Th experience with Infinity roofing was exceptional. I had them install additional roof vents on my house. While they were doing this they discovered that I had hail damage. Darren Farmer and Ben Gutkowski both went above and beyond to make sure they were at my house during the insurance inspection. The experience I had with infinity was excellent from start to finish.

Can’t thank Tom Gaeth enough for all his help coordinating the projects. He was very responsive and always so helpful answering all of our questions. We cannot say enough how impressed we are with Infinity Exteriors! We were hoping for the best, and we sure got it! All beginning with Adam- he was at our home- many times - always willing to help and encouraged us with our choices. And changes, yes we made many as this is a big deal to change the exterior of your home, but Adam was patient and awesome! The crew (lead by Ean-hope I am spelling correctly!) was incredible as well! We can’t say enough about Infinity Exteriors. We initially reached out to them about replacing our old wooden casement windows which had started to fall apart, but after looking at their products on line, we also decided that we should have our cedar siding replaced. This process started in November and over the next month, we met with your sales representatives 3 times, going over window and siding options, time frames and costs. We had also met with 4 other, well known companies in the area, but at the end of the day, Infinity was our choice. Their products were exactly what we were looking for, both in quality, design and cost. It was our two salesmen that sealed the deal. Jake and Sam were very professional and honest with us throughout the entire process. Not once did they talk poorly about their competition. They were confident in their products and that spoke volumes to us. They were extremely respectful of our time and responsive to our questions and concerns through out the entire process. We got exactly what we expected to get, with zero surprises. Once the weather was good enough to begin, the entire process of replacing 26 windows took less than 2 days and the siders started right after that. Their crews were very professional and did a wonderful job. This 25-year old home has never looked better. We’ve had so many compliments from our neighbors. We simply couldn’t be happier with our decision and will recommend them to anyone and everyone we can. Great job Infinity! Thank you for making our house look brand new again.

I obtained five quotes. Infinity Exteriors was not the lowest, nor were they the highest bids. My decision came down to deciding between two bids that were competitive and who gave me confidence that they would do good work. The tipping point was the thoroughness that Danny Stemper took during his inspection, and the amount of detail he put in the quote. The work was performed to our satisfaction and the house looks great.

Hired this company back in 2008 to strip roof and put on a new roof. I was pleased with their service and quality of work. Well, things have gone south at the company in 10 years. When I needed the east side of my house stripped and resided I called them to provide an estimate. They were in the middle of three estimates I received but I decided to use them based on my prior experience. On 4/11/18 a truck (not an Infinity Exteriors' vehicle) showed up with equipment and driver rang bell and said he was here to start my siding job. Truck was not marked in any way as Infinity Exteriors LLC. I knew something was up but decided to let him proceed as it was Inifinity Exterior's reputation at stake to hire a subcontractor to do the work. Jesse setup equipment and started removal. 4/12/18 removal continued and installation started. 4/13/18 Partial rain day. 4/14 - 15/18 Snow, no workers or work done 4/16/18 installation continued and workers left. When I inspected, I saw installation of siding was complete but caulking was terrible and unfinished. Electrical boxes were installed crooked and Tyvek was left hanging out the bottom of the siding. Scrap and cut pieces were laying all over. I wasnt sure if they were done or coming back. 4/17/18 received a call from Infinity asking how the job went and if I was satisfied with the work done. I expressed my displeasure with items stated aboave and asked that the sales person or company rep stop out and see if they would accept this type of work on their house. I also asked if they had used this subcontractor before and she stated that they had. She said someone from the office would call me. Later that day Nick called and set up a time to stop out. 4/18/18 Nick came out at 9am and I asked him to please go look at the job and let me know what he thought. We discussed the Tyvek hanging out, crooked electrical boxes, caulking and paint missing at ridge boards and the mess. He assured me that the contractor would be back to finish up. 4/19/18 Jesse showed up in his car, rang bell and stated that he was here to fix some items. He trimmed the Tyvek and said he touched up some nails that weren't painted. Asked me if I wanted the extra paint for future use. I said yes, the cans was ice cold so probably had been left in his truck or car to freeze so I'm sure it is not any good. He said he would be back next day with help to finish the other items. He never showed up again. 4/20/18 an Infinity truck with a trailer backed up into the driveway and the driver proceeded to clean up the large scrap and leftover siding that was on a pallet in my driveway. He never rang the bell. 4/27/18 received a call from Infinity and she stated that a crew would be out the next day to complete the job and take care of my concerns. 4/28/18 no one showed up. As of writing this on 5/9/18 I have not head from anyone at infinity. Please see pictures of the issues that concerned me. 5/10/18- After posting this review on 05/09/18, Infinity immediately contacted me and has worked to resolve the outstanding issues in a timely manner and the work was done to the quality expected in the first place. Some issues that I am still displeased with such as crooked window drip cap and poor bottom starter row have been discussed but no solution has been offered other than agreeing that it could have been done differently. Also on 5/25/18 I turned on our air conditioner only to discover we had no AC all weekend! HVAC tech out on 5/29/18 to check unit and discovered that a siding nail was installed right through the refrigerant line completely bleeding out all refrigerant. Also when that happens air enters the system and contaminates the line dryer and oil so the dessicant dryer has to be removed and replaced, the punctured line cut and replaced then vacuum pump entire set and refill with refrigerant. Can you say $$$ 5/30/18 I contacted Infinity regarding the AC issue and am currently working with Tommy towards a resolution. 5/31/18 Infinity has agreed to reimburse me for any costs with the HVAC.
