My husband and I were very nervous about looking for a roofing/gutter replacement provider; everyone hears the horror stories. We quoted 3 establishments and chose Infinity. Infinity was not the lowest price, however, they were the most thorough. They are the only roofing company who told us they wanted to view and assess our attic - even though we told the other companies we had to remove mold due to poor ventilation before we moved in. Sharing that information did not prompt the others to do an evaluation in our attic. Victor - our representative - was very thorough and knowledgeable. He spent over 2 hours with us reviewing our roof/attic/gutters and discussing his recommendations as well as options. We felt very encouraged by the level of detail he provided. The dumpster arrived and the driver was very careful in positioning it where we requested as well as ensuring it didn't damage our asphalt driveway. Once the project began, the crew was extremely hard working, courteous, and professional. We were very pleased with their persistence as they waited out the sporadic rain showers and resumed working. They also did a very good job of cleaning up the debris and making sure the sidewalks were swept. Prior to the walk-through, my husband found a few items which needed to be shored up a bit; nothing major. Chad, the Project Manager, was outstanding in personally making sure everything was rectified. Chad was a pleasure for my husband to work with: very responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. We are grateful he was the PM for our roof/gutters. Infinity did a fabulous job on our roof and gutters. It is very apparent that customer service and satisfaction are critical to their business. We would highly recommend Infinity without any reservations; outstanding customer service.

Project started on time. Shingles were delivered in a truck that was too large to get under trees over drive so they needed to placed on ground and manually carried up on ladders. Supplier stated that Infinity should have informed them of the site and they would have delivered with an appropriate sized truck. If I would not have been home to stop them from driving up drive, I don't know how much damage to trees and lawn would have occurred. My biggest criticism was the lack of supervision on site. Before we signed on, I was told that there would be full time supervision. The project manager showed up a few times during the day but did not stick around to supervise the workers. Each time I went outside I asked who was in charge, never got the same name. Individuals came and left, no consistent supervisor that reviewed the work approach and quality. On our roof, siding needed to be cut to install new flashing. They had no process to cut the siding. Not even a line was not struck, a jig was not used and the result was butchered siding, that they would have just filled with excessive calk. The project manger did not do or say anything about the quality, they would have collected their money and left if I did not object forcefully and withheld payment. The crews did not protect the gutters and damaged three sections severely when carrying up the shingles. Cleanup was generally good, some minor damage to shrubs but within reason. The good news was that they did respond with corrective repairs. Their siding crew replaced the heavily butchered siding and their gutter crew replaced the damaged gutters , so in the end we were satisfied and paid the bill in full. The process was more stressful than it should have been. If I did it again I would require a commitment in writing on a full time supervisor, the same one from start to finish.

Great job. Nice looking roof. A few original minor issues were promptly addressed.

They havent done any work yet, Mid July start date. So far so good.

After getting competitive quotes from local companies for our siding/gutter/fascia project we chose Infinity Exteriors. Tom Gaeth (Sales) was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful as he walked around our house making recommendations and answering questions specific to our project. Nick followed up with a message shortly afterwards introducing himself as the Project Manager and confirming that materials were ordered. We look forward to getting new siding on our house! We’d definitely recommend Infinity Exteriors to our family and friends!

June 7, 2019 To Whom It May Concern, I want to thank sales representative, Jason Strekow, and everyone involved in my roofing, windows, attic venting and attic air-sealing project! I was impressed with the dedication of every person involved, and every aspect of their work! I got 3 quotes for the roofing, including Infinity’s. The other two companies quoted my project without sending anyone to physically look at my home. When Jason came, he wan’t just looking at my roof, but instead, every improvement that Infinity could provide to my home. He calculated what would be needed for proper venting and of my attic and included that, as well. I chose Infinity because of their package of services and the value they offered. Though it was $3k more than I anticipated spending, the value was well worth the added cost. The roofing crew was excellent! They took down my old, non-functioning, chimney and roofed over the opening. They also roofed my shed at no additional charge. My attic is now appropriately vented and sealed, which will save energy all year-round. They also corrected an issue with my bathroom vent. The installation of glass block windows in my basement was completed within 2.5 hours and was done to my complete satisfaction. The air-sealing and insulation work in my attic was done with great efficiency and expertise. Everything that Jason promised to take care of, was seemingly executed properly. I can honestly say that this is the best home improvement project that I have ever paid for. As a do-it-yourself person, former engineer in the construction business and former business owner; I know more than most about the construction and contracting process and typical shortcomings and pitfalls. I am sincerely impressed with the way that Infinity does business and highly recommend them to anyone considering a home improvement project! Sincerely, Jon M

They were courteous, respectful and did a great, and complete job. They always introduced who was going to be in our house, kept us up to date as to progress or concerns, respected our space and wishes, and finished project as promised, and cleaned up perfect after the job. We have been in the process of getting estimates to remove and replace the vinyl siding on my home. I contacted four businesses, one came out and did the hard sell. Another believe it or not gave me and estimate by just looking at a satellite photo of my house. The third spent less than 15 minutes walking around my home taking a few measurements and in less then 30 minutes gave me the estimate. Jason Strekow of Infinity Exteriors. LLC. spent over an hour taking measurements and photographs of every view of my house. He then LISTENED, to what our ideas were and offered a number of valuable suggestions, some of which we included in the project. Jason did not give an estimate on the first visit but took the information he gathered back to the office and took the time to do a detailed estimate as well as producing a computer 360 rendering of our home in the color scheme we had selected. While Infinity was not the lowest bidder they were the most professional and well organized. Nick Morn was exceptional through all of our dealings with Infinity, we used them for our rental property but after seeing their great work we also used them at our home. It has been great dealing with Nick at Infinity over the course of two years and we don’t hesitate to use them in the future.

He explained all about attic ventilation and how to keep the vents open. He went up on the roof and found a loose nail. He nailed it in and sealed it.

Jason from Infinity Exteriors was not only on time, but even a little early. He was extremely thorough with his inspection inside and out. He also explained everything in great detail regarding the work that needs to be performed as well as the cost of the work. He was not only nice and courteous to my girlfriend Rose and I, but he was also very friendly with our two dogs. We signed the papers and we have the repairs scheduled for a future date.

Just ordered widows and Mark was very helpful and easy to work with and now waiting for installation of four new window and will provide more feedback when the project is completed.

3-19-19 Well, late fall arrived and it was time for my annual replacement of some window weather stripping. When I opened one of the casement windows it fell apart, completely rotted. It really was time for new windows. My friend and his relative chose Infinity Exteriors for their new windows and roof. Both were very pleased so we checked out Infinity’s showroom after doing some research. Their prices were very competitive and the quality of their Richlin vinyl windows was excellent. We chose to replace our windows in stages. The first story would be year one. We elected to replace the entire window units rather than just the sashes. It was January and two Infinity installers cut out and replaced fourteen windows (one at a time) in one day. The temperature in the house never went below 64 degrees. The installers did an excellent job and were very professional. The window woodwork was also replaced and the stain was a good match to our existing woodwork. Right after the install, Wisconsin was hit with a bunch of snow the the polar vortex. Minus 23 degrees air temperature is as bad as it gets and the new windows passed with flying colors! The proof of a good company is how it responds to an issue after the job is completed. It was raining and one of the windows leaked a bit. We called Infinity and they said we’ll be out today. The service manager arrived two hours later and said the chalk gapped a little and we’ll take care of it and they did. He said we continue to come back until the customer is completely happy - can’t beat that!...Peter K.

I hired Infinity to do venting and insulation for my roof. Somehow the roofers did not understand the scope of the job - after showing up 3 hours late, they did half of the work. Ultimately they had to come back 2 more times over the next few weeks, at which point the work was still not done right. A year later, part of the vent they installed broke, and they again dropped the ball on making a repair. While the company didn't get it right the first time, they did make every effort to follow up and get any issues corrected.

Sizing to happen Jan 3 but the gentleman the send to discuss my plans was very professional. He made much of what needed plain to my understanding. He was attentive to my question and ensured that I understood. Such a professional and gentleman.

Hate to leave a negative review, but I wasted a couple hours of my time on this company. They came on time and measured the house for a roof replacement, left saying I'd have an estimate the next day. After a few weeks and several phone calls from me to the company, no estimate. I can only assume they don't want the job, that's fine, just tell me that upfront so I know. Don't waste your time on them.

Infinity Exteriors recently replaced the windows on our home. The experience was exceptional. The sales process, measuring, installation, and follow-up during and after the project were professional and well done. The windows look great on our house. We would recommend working with Michael Fabian and Infinity Exteriors if you are shopping for new windows for your home.
