Description of Work: The shower head was leaking badly. They completely replaced the faucet including the post inside the wall. However, initially it still leaked. When I called back, they came out right away and replaced a part that hadn't been replaced with the rest of the work (as they clearly should have done) - but did it right away at no cost.
