I?m honestly blown away by the craftsmanship I experienced. As a trained professional, I would expect better attention to detail, but it was clear that wasn?t a priority here. While some issues were eventually addressed, new problems kept popping up after every visit. After three separate trips to my home following the initial installation, I?ve lost all faith that this company can get it right. Despite the owner?s efforts to work with me, the repeated poor workmanship and aggravation just aren?t worth it anymore. Unfortunately, it seems like I got the ?B squad? of installers and painters. Given the number of positive reviews this company has, I was truly shocked by my experience. At this point, I?ll be cutting my losses and using a different company in the future. I got almost all of the windows and front door replaced in my home. Door was good but every window/frame that was installed has issues.

Absolutely wonderful experience! We have used HomeSealed in the past to install 23 windows in our house, install new siding on our garage and a new garage roof. We just had 2 doors installed on 3/22/23 and couldn't be happier. Quality all the away around in door selection and installation. Communication was outstanding. We will always use HomeSealed for all of our home improvement needs. Thanks HomeSealed!

They did exactly what they said they would. On time & efficient.

HomeSealed did a pretty good job, but left issues... the project was scheduled to install the sliding door over two days. They completed it in just under one day but left a hole in the floor from hvac and damaged drywall. After I complained, the salesman came to help me fix the floor. (Nice of him but lazy of the company to leave the issue). I also inquired about the drywall. They sent someone to do one coat. The worker even apologized saying **he was only supposed to do one coat** and he felt bad it would not be paint ready. So my wall does;t have any drywall holes but I am left finishing the job before I paint. I am very disappointed with what was the most expensive of 3 quotes I received for this job.

They did a great job. Still finding roof nails in the front and side yard years later.... so clean up was not great. The roof looks great and the work is quality. Good finance options.

I've worked with Homesealed on 2 occasions now. They've installed 9 of my 12 windows in my home. They've always been really professional, and communicate very well. They give you step by step Instructions throughout the processes so your not left wondering what's next. Not sales-y AT ALL. Which was a totally different experience with the 2 other window companies I worked with. This last time there was a hick-up with the schedule, not on their end but due to weather, but they got on it and made it happen anyway! Very happy with them, will definitely finish up the rest of my windows and get my exterior doors thru them!

Excellent work

HomeSealed is great. I used them to install a new patio door last year, and now that it is cold I can definitely feel the difference. They communicate very well regarding installation dates and times. The installation itself went very well, the installer was very friendly. HomeSealed followed up several times after to make sure everything was still good. I would recommend them.

I had new windows, siding and trim installed last fall. The house looks great. They did an exceptional job. They were very efficient and fast. The site was completely cleaned up when done.

From the initial consultation through the install of our new windows and door, the service we received was excellent. We could not be happier with the windows and doors. The communication throughout the entire process was great! The office staff was friendly and informative. Mark, our sales rep, really went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. The installer who came to our home was fantastic. He kept us informed of the process, did a wonderful job installing our new products and was friendly and kind. We are truly thrilled with HomeSealed and look forward to working with them again on future projects!

Had HomeSealed replace Windows and Patio door in our 21-year-old home several years ago. We recently sold due to downsizing and those windows and patio door was a HUGE selling point to the new buyers. You can bet we're going to use HomeSealed again when we need windows or patio doors. Be sure to ask for Brandon....straight-shooter, tells it like it is, and lets the product and satisfied customers bear witness. Best choice I ever made as a homeowner.

June 2017 we contracted with Homesealed to install two windows and a set of french doors downstairs. In August 2017 Homesealed scheduled the install. During the initial install, the contractor installed one of the windows reversed, the magnet on the screen was peeling off the track, and it was discovered Homesealed ordered the wrong door so we needed to reorder the correct door. The reversed window was taken out and installed properly and the magnetic strip was replaced. October 2017 Homesealed scheduled the install of the correct door, finish the trim and paint. The contractor came and installed the correct door but while painting the outside trim, he painted our screens. He installed the correct door but the hardware has been installed incorrectly (knobs and strike plates), he didn't paint the inside trim. He said someone would be back out to finish the job. No one came or called. We contacted Homesealed to come finish the job, they sent Eric out to look at what needed to be done and we were asked to complete the job with the stipulation that the above would be corrected. We agreed. We were told someone would be contacting us that week to schedule the completion. No one called. We contacted Homesealed in December and January. Nikki sent another contractor out to look at the door and make notes on what needed to be done, he took pictures. We were told they would be scheduling the repairs/replacements...no one called. We contacted Homesealed in February. Nikki sent ABC Distributing to look at the door for "warranty work"....ABC Distributing said our doors weren't defective, it was the install. He said to give him 7-10 days to talk to Nikki about next steps and they would be in contact with getting things fixed. No one called. We contacted in March. Nikki apologized. We contacted in April. Nikki sent Provia distributor to come look at the doors. Provia distributor said it was installed issue and recommended we totally replace the screens with storms and he said he would look up our hardware and Nikki would be calling that week. Well, that was over a week ago, and still no call from Homesealed. We are done calling and asking for Homesealed to finish our job and fix the mistakes by their installer, we are now filing complaints and asking for outside entities to help us and make Homesealed accountable for the mishandling of our job.

Home Sealed Exteriors came in middle to high of the road in regards to price for 20 windows. Our only issues were that they left screws and metal outside of our house and didn't caulk the windows after putting up the trim on the inside. We had to call to request that they caulk the windows. The technician that came was rude and sloppy with the caulk. We ended up having to touch up the caulk and smooth it out. We love their windows otherwise.

My siding has not been installed yet but the service so far has been great. The siding is now installed, we love it.
