Ed spent extra time with me on the phone after he'd given his estimate and been paid for it; explaining what was wrong with the siding, and the different alternatives for repairing it. At first the seller didn't believe the report, but Ed's view was confirmed by the seller's expert, too.

Brandon is the owner, sales person that did all of our quotes. Very professional, laid back, responsive to questions. We often heard back from Brandon or someone at the office within 24 hours. We hired them for many different jobs. One job ran over in projected time, but other jobs ran on schedule or early, with good quality work. Anything accidently missed or that we asked for touch up on was done right away, professional, and in a manner of serving the customer well. Brandon is very reasonable and easy to work with when small issues arise. When small issues did come up, the fact they happened didn't keep us away, their response to correct them helped keep us coming back! Work crews were polite, worked well and hard, and cleaned up well. Respectful to neighbors. And we get compliments on HomeSealed's work. They will not be the cheapest, nor the most expensive quote you get. We found them middle range on most jobs. But we found them to be a great blend of high quality, fair price. Good contractors are hard to come by sometimes. If they continue to execute their business this well, they never will need to price their service the cheapest. Being one of the best at a fair price will give them continued success with all the customers they need.

When I e-mailed Homeseal for clarification on the sidelight, I didn't get a response. Several weeks later, I received response from the owner, but I had already selected a supplier who gave me a clear explanation and offered a better quality product.

Everything went great from first contact with Homesealed to cmpletion of work. Brandon is exceptionaly knowledgeable in the trade and the products. Very low pressure cnsultative sales approach. Very competitive costs. High quality workmanship. Ken and his crew arrived on exact date originally quoted and finished in 1.5 weeks just as projected. The crew was professional and curtious. They worked hard everyday and sought our input as they were doing work where our personal preferences might be important. We are extremely happy withe the entire experience and the end product. Our house now has very good curb appeal and you would think it was a recent new construction. This is the biggest home renovation project my wife and I have done in 30 years. We did a ton of research on contractors and products. We had Homesealed install Okna 800 series windows and Revere Trilogy siding. Could not be happier. Hghly recommend HomeSealed and the products we chose to anyone.

They did a great job. They ordered the wrong windows for two of them and it took them a few weeks to get the right windows in but when they did, their salesman came on and installed them for us and just let me keep the ones the wrong ones so if it will break, we can just put them back in. I went with them because of the quality of their window. We did some research on the internet and we discovered that a lot of the window installers contract with window manufacturers so we had to find a company that used the window that we were comfortable putting in our home and Home Sealed definitely had that. It was a little bit more expensive but then we were getting better quality. We're really happy with these windows.

The installation team called ahead to see if they could start 1/2 hour earlier then planned (a plus for us.) They took are to minimize extraneous dust in the house while they blew in the insulation. The project completed earlier then expected. The crew was very courteous and did a good job cleaning up as well.

When I called the owner came out and was very informative about the process and product. Very detailed information. On the day of install came on time, cleaned up. Very professional, fast, windows look great.

Brandon gave me a few quotes at different price points and it was super easy to select what fit my budget. We could choose any trim color as we'll. our old windows were probably 50+ years old, so my wife was super worried about lead paint with our infant. I was home during the install and they taped up the windows really we'll before install and exterior install was way preferred (whatever contractor you use, as if it's interior or exterior install). I got three bids for this project and though home sealed wasn't the cheapest, I thought it was the best value since I got trim work and better windows. I am very happy with the windows and the install. I also had home sealed install French doors (different review) and I have photos of that work- they are awesome. I definitely recommend getting one of your ibis from homesealed. I've gotten 3 bids from them and used them for two. Homesealed also got our windows financed with 0% for one year, which helped. Definitely a reliable company that can take care of any concerns. As you might note, they installed windows in early January, so they are crazy too... but in a good way.

Excellent service from the owner, the customer service team as well as the installers. All went as planned, on schedule and windows look wonderful.

Everything from quote to finish went great. They were very professional and thorough with their work. Brandon came out and gave me a free estimate. He was quick, professional, and friendly. Answered all my questions. Didn't pressure me at all. He suggested an alternate window type for my picture window that would cost less. I was considering changing them to two double hungs, and he suggested a slide-by would work just as well in the space but cost less. He was available by phone and email for all the other questions I had after this. They also have a store where you can look at the windows and the different options if you'd like. After signing the contract, the office staff kept me in the loop on my order and its shipment via phone calls and emails. I was also sent a list of things to do before the install to make sure the install went smoothly. Trim bushes, clear snow, move window treatments, and move knick-knacks and pictures, etc. The day of the install, the two installers - Doug and Paula - came on schedule. Paula covered all the windows on the inside with a heavy plastic. Doug took the old windows out and put the new ones in. The cold winter air never made it inside during this process. The next day, they did the patio door and finished off some of the framing on the outside. The patio door was too big for the plastic, so the cold air did come in. But I did expect that. Just remember to move your plants farther inside if you do this in the winter! After the windows were installed, they removed the stickers and cleaned off the windows inside and out. They look fantastic! The whole process was great. They cleaned up everything. There was no mess for me to clean up. Nothing that I needed to do to the windows after they left. They even took all my old storm windows and screens. Doug and Paula were professional, hard-working, friendly, and helpful. Everyone at HomeSealed was this way from start to finish. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to replace their windows.

We called them for 2 other services and it wasn’t something they could help us with but their service once again was awesome. They were not able to do it but they gave me a reference of somebody else and I just thought that that was an exceptional customer service. They’re extremely thorough and they gave us lots of information.

Consulted on minor redesign/appearance of front of house and installed new vinyl siding and trim. Every step of dealing with them was professional and expert. When we replace more windows, we will definitely go with them.

As usual, it went like clockwork. The skylight was replaced in December, in the snow. The installers showed up on time, were very professional and cleaned up every last bit of mess (which wasn't much). We have used Homesealed two other times in the past to replace windows and doors, and every time we've received prompt professional service, which is why we continue to turn to them for the services they provide.

It went very well it took a little over one day for 2 workers to remove and install the windows and replace trim and caulk the trim.

Everything was done as discussed, much to our satisfaction. The installers were precise and they cleaned up after themselves immaculately. We have had them to our home for two separate jobs. First, the door installation then, the windows. We would have them back if we need any other repairs.

They did excellent work. Their service was good. They installed 11 new high efficiency windows. They also replaced a front fixture window and two double hung windows on each side. Two workers came out and it took them a day and a half to complete the work. The companies customer service is top notch. The owner, Brandon was outstanding, but so is his office staff. The installers were very professional and did a very nice job. They also followed up; there were some minor issues and they followed up to rectify those. They were very timely.

Neither one of us was home, so I really don’t know the material that was used, but it hasn’t leaked since it was repaired, so I am satisfied.

They did an excellent job for us about 5 years ago. They put a back closed porch for us. It worked out well. If I ever have an issue, they come right back. They also installed a new roof for us too; and the new roof was on top of the porch that they installed. They have great customer service. They also clean up very well after themselves.

It turned out spectacular. Last January they came out and replaced 19 windows. They had only 2 workers install them. I think it took them about 3 full days. They owner was a very honest and a forthcoming person. He knew what he was talking about and was able to advise us with the windows. We purchased the windows through them/their providers. This was the first time we have used them and we would use them again.

It turned out very good. They put in windows for me. There were 14 windows and 2 installers came out. They had really high end customer service. Brandon, the owner, was really educational and really straight forward. They were also very quick to address warranty and warranty service issues. They have been here a couple of times to fix some repairs over the year.

I contacted them back, because I wanted the patio door to match the windows. They did a good job for me. They have very good quality. From a timing perspective they did a very good job. Nothing went wrong with the job. They were responsive to my needs. They were very easy to deal with. Brandon, the owner, is someone who just wants to make sure that they do a good job and that you as a customer are happy.
