Work was done when planned and job looked well done upon my inspection after arriving home. Besides one nail found on the sidewalk from the job, the cleanup was also thorough and I am happy with how it looks and is functioning thus far.

We first contacted Homesealed. After concern about potential damage to our house from faulty siding and windows installed when we built the home. Ed was our project manager and was there from beginning to end. He addressed all of our concerns promptly and kept us well informed of the status of our project. He was a pleasure to work. The professionalism of this company was beyond any work I have sent in a long time. Once the project started it took about 10 days to complete putting in 28 windows, replace our siding and th entryway front door. The materials and dumpster arrived just as they said it would and they were out the next day to start the project. Our house is a 2 story home approximately 2400 sq ft so it was a relatively large project. In one day they had all the siding down. Tom and Mark worked nonstop to install all the windows in 3 days. They did an excellent job. I couldn't be happier with the workmanship and the quality of the windows. Jeff was onsite supervisor for the doors and siding. At times I would guess there were 10 workers on site. They told us when they would arrive and were always punctual. They worked 10 hour days including all day Saturday and Sunday. All the workers were pleasant and very professional. My house looks beautiful; way beyond expectations. The soffit and fascia looks beautiful. They replaced the damaged areas. My house looks better than brand new. I saw Jeff walking around with a checklist making sure everything was done, down to replacing the doorbells and painting all the little nail holes. I could not be more pleased. When they were done, they cleaned up and you would never even know they were here. I would definitely use them again. I give them a 10 on all things. We hired HomeSealed to replace the windows of the second half of the house, after they installed the first half (see my review dated December 27th, 2014. Pros: HomeSealed did their usual good job of having a clear and understandable quote. They also did the expected great job of removing the old windows and doors and installing the new windows and doors. They arrived as scheduled on March 25th. The installation team also does a lot of "little/extra things" that add up to great quality and customer service. They also never try to sugar-coat a situation or tell you that something that is not good is "industry standard" like some other contractors. They are completely honest and will always do the right thing. Cons: Although they said that the patio door was ordered correctly, it arrived backwards (opening on the wrong side). After our last installation, with multiple windows being incorrect, we were less than happy, especially knowing that our house would again be in "quasi-construction mode" for another several weeks. The blessing was that we were not told that the "standard" patio door has a 2-1/4" high rail that runs where you would walk through the door. No one in any sane universe puts a 2-1/4" high rail through an egress point! Our existing door had no rail, and no doorway I have ever gone through has such a rail. Thankfully, they had to replace the door, and so we paid extra to get an ADA door with a flush jamb. I could spend pages explaining in detail all of the problems that the rail caused in the weeks that we had to live with it while we were waiting for the replacement. HomeSealed needs to make homeowners aware of differences like this (our original patio door had a flush jamb, which was not a special order). Other issues: Our front entrance has a very large door/sidelights/window combination unit. When it was ordered, HomeSealed may have missed, or not realized how the original unit was constructed versus how the new window is/would be constructed. The new combination unit was constructed differently, which means that our blinds could not be mounted the same way. It took some fancy construction work on my part to create the necessary features so we could mount our blinds. Also, the installation team seemed very tired by the end of that day and just put a huge bead of caulk to fill in the gap between the arched wood molding and the wall. The caulk also completely covered the edge of the arched molding. Since we have textured walls, and the arch is clearly visible from our open loft, it really looked awful. I had to dig out all of the caulk, sand and re-stain the molding edge, and then plaster the gap to match the rest of the wall. While there were problems, and I am sure that if I had called, HomeSealed would have gladly taken care of the things that I did myself (I felt it was just easier and faster to do them myself and get the results I wanted), HomeSealed treated us professionally, and did the right thing without any type of argument or hassle.

Homesealed did a fantastic job on the project and we couldn't be happier with our choice. From the initial estimate, through the work and onto final completion, the whole team was very professional and receptive to any questions that we had. Based on a recommendation from our friends, we chose to use Homesealed and they first replaced all of the old wood windows in our new home with OKNA vinyl windows, somewhere around 43 or so of them, so it was a big job. The windows look amazing and Brandon, the owner, helped us consolidate some windows so that we ended up with some larger more beautiful views of our back yard. They also replaced our old decaying cedar siding with some great new LP smartside siding. They did fantastic work on the siding and the crew was very professional and did a good job of following up to make sure the job was perfect. The last piece of work that they did was to install a new front door for us. Our house looks completely different now and we are really glad that we chose to use Homesealed. We would gladly use them for any future work that we might have done.

The crew at Homesealed were very professional. They estimated 2 days to finish our project but were finished beautifully in one day. They cleaned up around the work space before they left. We were cautious with the price being on the higher end of our estimates but the quality of their work couldn't be beat. Our house had little to no insulation before the project and we were dealing with extremely high energy bills, as soon as the insulation and air sealing was completed our bills dropped by half. We will definitely keep Homesealed in mind for future projects.

They are very professional, they get back to me, they email and call me about the progress of the work. They are incredible, they vacuum clean, they are punctual and very courteous. Overall they are excellent and I would use them again if needed.

We were very pleased. They matched our 1929 windows well. The installation was excellent and the windows look great.

Used company before so tired again. Was very unhappy with service/install. Crew were rude and not very good. Windows were full of defects on not up to par.

The crew was very professional and very skilled in their various specialties. The crew supervisor was responsive to our questions and enhanced their efforts quickly based on our detailed review of their ongoing efforts. They maintained a very clean work site, put in full days and were very polite.

After a minor scheduling hiccup everything went smooth. The initial visit was very informational and helpful. There was no pressure to do business even though they had to drive >1hr to my house for the meeting. Very low pressure, but professional meeting. The windows took longer than expected to manufacture so the intial installation date was pushed a few weeks. No big deal in our situation. The installation was very smooth and professional. They sent an extra man to help ensure the installation took place in one day. Great company/people to work with.

This was a very large job that involved multiple stages of work over the course of a week. The company was competitive with their bid, did a good job communicating via email and phone calls and we were constantly in the loop regarding scheduling. We were very nervous doing such a large job and all the cost involved but HomeSealed surpassed all of our expectations. It can also be difficult to work in so many tenants units and they did a great job working with the tenants, protecting items in the unit, clean up, etc....

We were happy with all of our experiences with Homesealed. Very caring and understanding staff. Workers were punctual and worked efficiently.

My new windows are scheduled to be installed this month (Feb 23 2015). To date, the people I have worked with @ HomeSealed Exteriors during the quoting and scheduling process have been very professional and timely. Their attention to detail thus far has allowed me to feel better about my new window purchase. I will definitely be doing future business with HomeSealed Exteriors. You won't be disappointed if you reach out to them! I will update my comments after the install.

HomeSealed offered quality products and good advice. They were extremely easy to work with. When the manufacturer made a minor mistake on our patio door, the folks at HomeSealed went out of their way to make sure that we were satisfied with the resolution. The installation was quick and the crew cleaned up after itself. Also, the total price of the project, which comprised 30 windows, was very fair and there were no overruns or surprises. I highly recommend HomeSealed.

The salesman (Ed) and the office staff (Niki and Christine) were responsive and friendly. All my questions and concerns were answered. The installers arrived on time and got right to work. They were very efficient and organized. One man was inside and the rest outside so snow was not tracked into the house. Since it was winter, I was concerned about the house being open and cold but they worked it so only 1 window was open at a time. When they were done I wouldn't have even known they were there except for the footprints in the snow. There was no debris inside or out. The man inside even took the stickers off the windows, washed the windows and vacuumed under each window. Awesome job!

Alfredo arrived on time for our appointment. Was very detailed, explained everything and answered any questions we had. Their price was very comparable to all other quotes we received. One of the only reasons for choosing someone else was the time-frame for having our windows installed.

Top Notch Company! I will only use them going forward. They have amazing customer service and have the knowledge and expertise to back up their work. I would highly recommend! Ed Kerch was phenomenal along the entire process. He helped me select the perfect windows for my house. My windows are absolutely beautiful and my house is now so quiet and warm. Brandon showed up on time. Showed us some options. None of the science experiment nonsense that some of the pushier companies try on you (Weathertight etc.). He quotes prices that were way out of my price range. I thought $1600 for an entry door was just too much. He did offer to do something a little less expense, but even that seemed out of my price range. I thin it was in the $1200 range. When I went to Window World there came in at around $1000. I'll still keep them in mind if I do decided to move forward with a project like this some time in the future.

This was a free service which came with our roofing contract with Infinity LLC. They were very informative and happy to answer all our questions. Highly recommend.

Brandon came and gave us our initial introduction and quote. He is extremely professional and has a low-key sales approach. HomeSealed was the slightly more competitive, and he explained why he quoted the options that he did, and helped us make informed decisions versus some options quoted by others. The HomeSealed installation team arrived on time for the installation appointment, and they did an excellent job of the installation. One exceptional aspect is that we have extensive flower gardens that surround the entire perimeter of the house, making it extremely challenging for them to do their work. The crew did an outstanding job of taking care to not trample the flowers, for which we were very appreciative. The reason that I gave a score of "B" (I wish there was a "B+") for the overall score, is that 4 of the 13 windows were either ordered incorrectly, or made incorrectly by Marvin, and two more windows had damaged seals, either before or during installation. The wrong windows caused our house to be in a state of semi-completion for several weeks until the new windows arrived. (Would have been an absolute "A" without the problems) The upside to the problems was that we got to experience the spectacular, unwaivering commitment to customer service that HomeSealed delivers. At every moment, there was an absolute commitment to making the situation right. They kept us informed of the progress of the reordered windows and/or seals, scheduled the reinstallation on a weekend (windows) or evening (seals) so that we did not have to take additional time off of work, and did everything within their power to make us happy (without us pushing in the slightest). Without even asking, Brandon upgraded the screens for all of the windows (free of charge), even though we had only ordered the upgraded screens for some of them. Because of their professionalism and superior customer service, we are having them quote the windows for the other half of the house.

It went well, everything was well coordinate. Every one from the office to the field people where friendly and hard working. I love my new windows. Thank you HomeSealed I have and will definitely recommend them.

They are very nice but we are still in the process of deciding. The gentleman was real nice but we haven't had any work done or anything yet. I think he called twice last week and I finally got around to calling him back to let him know that we are still checking our funds. The cost of the quote was roughly $8200. I think he left messages both times so I didn't really get to talk to him. Everything was great and we have no complaints or anything with them. They were willing to work with us and they were very patient. It would have been better if my husband would have been around because he would have understood a little more what they were talking about. I don't know if their price was reasonable, high or low.

In July we contracted with HomeSealed to replace all our windows, siding and trim. They did a fantastic job then. See my separate review on Angie's List and on HomeSealed's Facebook page about that project. Two weeks after the new windows, siding and trim were installed we had a hail storm that lasted 30 minutes with nickel to quarter-sized hail. The siding and windows made it through with no damage whatsoever. But our roof that was 8 years old did not fair so well and some of the new aluminum trim on window sills, gutters and facia were damaged.There was no question we wanted HomeSealed to come back to repair the trim and replace the roof. As you might imagine, having just spent a good amount of our savings for all new windows, siding and trim, we were concerned the repairs would be detectable. Just like the first project, they provided a fair quotation, were professionals from start to finish and and delivered on every promise made. There no evidence at all that trim was replaced. Looks as good as the original quality work. If you're skeptical about having work done on your house because you're used to the stereotype contractor in the building trades, give Home Sealed a call. You will not be disappointed. You will be impressed by the stark contrast in customer care, professionalism, craftsmanship and most of all, integrity.

They arrived on time and with the amount of personnel that was required. The only thing that I didn't like is that they showed up without ladders and had to use my ladder. Other than that the job was done quick, clean and they were very helpful. I would use them again.
