Installation went great and crew was polite and professional.

We were fortunate to win 7 free windows from HomeSealed in a raffle at the Milwaukee NARI Home Show back in February. From beginning to end, all of the contacts we had - from the Office, to the Sales Rep, to the Project Manager & Installer - were all extremely professional and treated us like we were paying out-of-pocket to have our entire house done. The level of communication and correspondence were almost surprising compared to other contractors we've worked with. Following our raffle win, we were contacted within 3 days by the office and scheduled our first appointment with the sales rep. He came out exactly on time and walked us through the product we won as well as upgrade options (we added better insulation) and costs (disposal of windows containing lead) and was in/out within an hour. Following that meeting, office worked with us to schedule final measurement w/ Project Manager, who was also very prompt, polite and answered any questions we had. Explained exactly what would happen next & timing of steps very clearly. Had windows ordered, and within 6 weeks, was able to schedule installation date. Installation took 2 days total - 1 for pocket window replacement, 1 for trim & sealing exterior. New windows look great, upstairs is much quieter and we are looking forward to seeing how much energy we are able to save this summer! Would highly recommend to anyone considering a window project!

Didn't get the usual pushy salesman with an offer "only good right now." Installation was very well, and done in 1 day, not the scheduled 2. We're very happy with the quality of the product, and even passed on lower bids for lesser products. One thing that stood out was when I was researching the product, I found the company's owner on several windows forums helping other customers outside his work area.

Great! The contractors that put in our windows were very friendly, be they cleaned up after themselves and were in and out within a day.

This was the best experience I have ever had with a contractor. I was kept informed throughout the whole process and clearly understood what to expect and when it would happen. The work was completed ahead of schedule and the installers did an excellent job with no surprises. I would not hesitate to use Home Sealed again. Great job.

As first time homeowners the process was seamless and positive. We picked out our windows, matched the exterior frames to our house, the pricing was fair and the installation team was AWESOME!! The work was completed despite poor weather and the areas where installation took place were cleaner than when they started the work! We would definitely use HomeSealed again and recommend them to friends and family who need the services they provide.

The whole thing went as well as can be expected. The employees at their showroom, as well as the crew they sent to install the windows, were very polite, curteous, knowledgeable, and professional. They said it would take a day or two to complete the job. A crew of 2 men completed the work in 5 hours. Although it was the end of January, there was absolutely no heat loss in our home during the installation. The installers were very neat and cleaned up in and outside of the house. Job well done. The price was competitive, and the windows are rated very well everywhere I looked.

I wouldn't take the time to review HomeSealed if the service wasn't really what I had heard, and that was wonderful! It started with a low-pressure sales pitch, (basically, no pressure) and after reading tons of positive reviews on them as well as deeply researching their products and warranties, I felt comfortable with what I was getting to go ahead with it. Our installation required some specific things for it, including ensuring that our old and brittle shakes on the third floor were correctly both protected and worked into the windows. The installation looks perfect from anywhere, and the windows look nicer than the originals do. We're already trying to figure out how we can get some more done in the future!

We had HomeSealed update the windows on the house we built in 1996. We had installed wooden windows on the initial build, and they had rotted from the bottom up, which went undetected. After consulting with many options, after meeting with Brandon we decided on their vinyl replacement windows. So glad we did....they've been a pleasure to deal with ever since we had them installed. Installation was great, communication open and any required follow up was handled with a quick response.

The work that was done was excellent. They showed up on time, took care to protect the area and made sure the area was spotless after the work was completed. Kevin, our installer, made sure everything was as level as could be considering he was working on an eighty year old home. He put in extra caulking and spray foam where it was necessary. He did EXTREMELY professional work. I have used HomeSealed several times to do home improvement work and they impress me more each time with the quality of their work and their customer service which is outstanding through out the company. Brandon will be my call for any upcoming home improvement projects in the future.

Team that put windows in were great. Very professional and clean up every thing when completed. Only issue we had was, one window was missing from our order. It will now be 3-4 weeks before it will be installed. Also, a few screens when installed got ripped but were replaced right away. Windows look good.

Brandon and the rest of the crew were fantastic throughout the process. Yes, it hurt spending this kind of money on the project but I really think I got the most value for the money. We have been really happy with the windows and door and if I had it to do over again I would make the same choice. Because of the size of the project I spent an excruciating amount of time evaluating window brands and dealers. Brandon came out several times and was very helpful and not pushy at all, unlike some. I really don't think many windows out there can hold a candle to Okna. They're not well known but are far superior to most competitors at a lower cost. Check out the window forum on Gardenweb - there's lots of helpful information on there. As a sidenote I also used their in-house financing arrangement through GreenSky for a small amount of the payment. 0% interest for 12 months for those who qualify. I admit I was skeptical of it but it's been paid off for 2 months now and it was really hassle-free on on-the-level.

Jon, came out immediately. He checked all of the windows and a door for me and put my mind to rest with his expertise. Although I do not need to replace the windows at this time, this is definitely the company I would choose when the time comes.

HomeSealed was amazing! I called the office, and Sara was extremely helpful and friendly. She didn't even mention anything about that one supplier having gone out of business, she just took all the information, and told me it would take 4-6 weeks to receive a replacement. She called after about 4 weeks and set up a delivery time. Dana, the installer, came at exactly the time indicated and replaced the glass to perfection. I asked him if I had been mistaken about the original supplier going out of business, and he said it was true, but that Brandon always stands by his word, which is one of the reasons he so likes working for his company. That's integrity! If I ever need more work done - they will be my first call!

The project from estimate to completion could not have gone any better. The estimator (also the owner) listened very closely to what we wanted out of this project and provided a very detailed estimate that fit ours needs. Although we made several changes to our original estimate, the owner and his office staff were very willing to work with us to make those changes with absolutely no problems in order to accommodate us and make sure we got exactly what we wanted and were completely satisfied with the results. At no time did we ever feel any pressure from anyone we worked with and they were all very polite and professional. The installation of all the windows went extremely well. The installer went above and beyond to do the job right. He even took the time to replace some unseen rotted wood around a few of our windows at no additional cost to us. He is truly a master of his craft and we could not be happier with the results. We would highly recommend HomeSealed Exteriors LLC. for any type of home improvments.

This is my 3rd experience with Brandon and his team. Same excellent, timely, professional service. The old windows leaked air and had poor locks. The new windows are much more efficient and block out noise. Quiet rooms. What a difference. The lack of insullation in the older windows was really amazing to see as they were taken out. The picture window in the living room replaced a window in the middle with two sliders. With the new picture window it's as if I am looking at a picture when I stand in the living room and look out. The three other windows are great as well. Again quiet rooms and well insulated. Great job, great company, great people.

We had 20 year old terrible quality "builder box" wood windows that were pretty much falling apart. We were looking for a maintenance free ultra efficient window that was maintenance free. After many estimates, the Okna windows that are carried at Homesealed proved to be the best choice. Our first impression was with the owner, Brandon. I had seen his thoughtful replies in online forums regarding windows. It gave me a good impression of him because I could see him helping people with advice despite sometimes not being able to handle their needs directly at times. It made me feel comfortable. Then we had him come out and give us an estimate. He was professional and took the time to explain everything to us and answered many questions. I knew right away that if we liked the product, we were going to go with them. When we saw the window sample, the wood look interior of the vinyl was fantastic. It matched our existing trim perfectly, and looked just like real wood. He also showed us the numbers ratings from independent agencies, showing the windows were at the top of the quality and efficiency scale in multiple measures. We were sold, despite the significant cost. But he was still lower by $4000, than the next favorite estimate. So, installation day came along and two installers showed up. Our thought was, how in the world are two people going to install all of this in three days?? Well, these two very professional folks did just that! The Windows were installed perfectly. The job is perfect. The Windows make our 20 year old house look new again. The product is super sturdy and easy to use. The process through installation was so hassle free. We had multiple questions throughout, and Brandon himself answered everything promptly. Despite being the owner, he never once passed our questions down to another employee. He answered everything right away. I know Brandon is a family man, and frankly cannot understand how he does that along with taking such great care of his customers. We wouldn't hesitate to hire Brandon and homesealed again should the need arise. I just know that we will be taken care of if any problems develop with the install.

1. Asked sales mgr, Ed, if they can do the windows before thanksgiving, since our schedule is extremely hectic. This was several weeks before thanksgiving. He said, "I think I can squeeze you in." I asked a couple of times. 2. Two weeks later, the measure guy finally came out. Then again a few days later, cause he said he had to check measure again. 3. The windows and crew didn't come til December. 4. One worker laid down filthy drop cloths. Something we had written in contract for clean drop cloths. I said to him "We need clean drop cloths." 2 X. He was arguing about it. Eventually he finally rolled them up and left. This one employee said, "we can't do the job. It is too hard." And we rolled them up and left. According to crew manager later, he said he turned the crew against us.They left the job! 5. Hours later..no crew..I talked to Ed, sales mgr.,. He kept saying to me, "Let them do their job. Leave them alone!". 6. Ed came over, he said that to us again! He also said, "You can't get your way all the time!" We were shocked at it all! 7. Then time later, Ed asked us if we wanted to "buy the windows and hire someone else to install them". 8. The crew also complained about walking across the wet grass to get in to house. I said you may have to get boards as other contractors do. 9. They finally agreed to do the contractual job and came 4 (four) days later. We had to house "closed up" with sheets to protect from dust and dirt. The job took almost 3 (three) days so we lived like this for a week. 10. The crew manager did apologize for his brothers behavior a couple of times. 11. The crew manager scratched our fiberglass whirlpool tub and window bench paint with end metal vacuum at cleanup time. He should have used a vacuum brush or asked for one. 12. The window grills were off center by several inches. They cut the glass and switched them and caulked them. 13. The color wood vinyl was a walnut, not a dark oak we asked for. We don't remember seeing any color samples. 14. Even with vinyl, we still had to paint and stain trim inside and outside. 15. No caulk was done outside on top of some windows. 16. We had water streaming in to our bedroom windows. 17. They came and caulked a window again, but we are concerned about all the water inside the framed window. They refused to dry out and replace aluminum frame. 18. Ed did fix our pocket door and reframe one set of windows outside for "free", but the pocket door still sticks our about an inch. He said "all pocket doors do that" . Not our other pocket doors. 19. Then they put a big advertise sign in our front yard without any permission. 20. They also took our small ladder (I'm sure by mistake?). When we called we told them we'll pick it up at his office. New Years Eve morning 8:00 am., sleeping, the crew manager comes to give me our ladder with no phone call. 21. They broke our front door circular drapery rod by constantly slamming it. 22. Brandon, the owner, never called to apologize or get input from US about the job. 23. I got very ill after all this, because I asked Ed if they could split the huge job a week apart, He said they want to do it all at once. We were going up and down the stairs to check upper and lower windows for almost 3 days.

Exceptional experience for our 1st mist or home enhancement from the estimate and installation or windows siding, facia, soffits gutters all done professionally.

We started looking for quotes from various window providers to get a sense of what we needed to save for our project. We had old single pane windows with missing glaze and storm windows that did not sit quite right. The sooner we could replace the better. After emailing with several companies and having them come to my house to measure all of our windows it started to blend together. We didn't know if we wanted to go with vinyl, wood, or fiberglass or when we could afford to go ahead with the project. Our heads were definitely spinning! Customer Service: HomeSealed Exteriors really stood out from the rest. Their customer service is what first caught my attention and outshone their competition. Before each scheduled appointment we received an email and phone call to check in. I definitely felt like we were valued customers and also that I could speak with anyone at the company about questions or concerns. This is the first thing that caught my attention. If I am going to hand over thousands of dollars to someone, it's important that I feel comfortable with whom I am dealing. Products: Brett Saddler came out and discussed the scope of our project. He recommended tempered glass on our windows that were less than 18" from the ground as a safety precaution for our dog and little one. He also explained their product line and left us with lots of information to peruse. We learned about the high quality 800 HiMark by Okna vinyl windows they carry which stood out from the other vinyls we had seen. Brett even stayed late at the showroom so my husband and I could both see the windows up close and ask about upgrades we were interested in. Financing: Although we were sold on the windows and Brett was the person we wanted to work with it seemed like we needed to wait another few months before we could pull the trigger. I received a follow up phone call a few months later with a special deal and encouraging me to take a look at the financing options they offered. We opted for the GreenSky Financing which allows us to have no payments for 6 months and no interest if the balance is paid off within that window of time. This option worked perfectly for us and allowed us to get new windows before winter!! Installation: I was so nervous about installation thinking about my house with gaping holes in it in the first week of November. Niki and Doug did an outstanding job. I was astonished how quickly the old came out and the new went in. The windows were covered with plastic to prevent debris from blowing into our house. The whole project took less than a day and a half. No complaints whatsoever! Obstacles: With any project there are unforeseeable circumstances but it is the measure of the company on how they handle them. Unfortunately the trim kit for the front door did not fit (most likely a mislabeling problem from the vendor). We are waiting for the correct size trim kit to arrive and be installed. That being said, HomeSealed was very attentive to the delay and has kept me informed of the situation. We were not charged for that portion of the work. Overall, I would highly recommend HomeSealed Exteriors. High quality, great attention to detail, and great customer service.

Reasonably priced. Came 1 month early. Took them half a day to do job. Good work.
