I used them in December 2010 as well. I continue to think that they are a well run company and I completely trust them. They provide a good product at a very reasonable price. Mr. Bryan is wonderful. Their price is excellent. I would absolutely use them again in the future. They are a really great company. A lot of the times small companies could send out the shady people but HomeSealed Exteriors, LLC always send professional looking and professionally attired people. I have never felt uncomfortable having them in my house which made me hire them in the first place. I felt very comfortable with them. So, if you hire them then you will not have shady people in your house. You will have very nice, professional and family people in your house.

Everything was eventually done to our satisfaction. The work though, was delayed by three weeks, as the intial window that was manufactured did not meet on contractual specs.

They were very straightforward and there was no pressure. I felt very good about dealing with them. If I do decide to do the job I will probably go with them. The estimate was free.

They were very professional and very low pressure in sales. They educated us on the windows.

The windows are wonderful and top quality. The installation went very well. The install of windows is extremely important. We know that if it isn't done right, it does not matter that you paid for top of the line windows. We could tell Matt & Lee were experts! They are true perfectionists. Clean-up was super, also. Dan did a wonderful job putting the oak trim up. The stain and the type of trim was perfectly matched to our existing woodwork. Everything went very well and we are very happy that we had Homesealed do the work for us! Thank you.

I explained that I was just looking for an estimate to those I spoke with at the company that we weren't looking to buy at the time but wanted to budget for six months to a year down the road. Everyone I spoke with was extremely respectful. Brandon came out and worked around our son's nap schedule and did his presentation despite my one-year-old daughter continually trying to open and close and touch his sample window. Brandon emailed his estimate about 48 hours after leaving our home. They followed up with us twice to make sure we didn't have any questions regarding the estimate and they have left it at that. We are planning on going with Homesealed for our windows when we move forward based on my parents' experience and our own. They offer a wonderful product and really work with a normal family.

This is a great company. We initially found them off of the internet, and they gave to give us a quote and were so nice. They've always given us the best price (I always shop around for quotes). We've had them do gutters for us and a patio door. I'll definitely call them when we need windows done next.

Once again I was very pleased with Home Sealed Exteriors. Brandon and Christina run their business with the utmost professionalism. They arrived in company logo t-shirts, are always cleaning up after themselves and worked around our schedules. They do really excellent work and Brandon is a really great woodworker who is not satisfied unless it is perfect. They make you feel like family and you know that they will do the same quality work they would for their family.

It was excellent. Unlike another contractor we used before Homesealed, Brandon's team left no trace that they had performed work in our home other than the lasting craftsmanship. They left no dirt or dust when they were finished. We felt comfortable allowing his team into our home, unlike our past experiences with another window company.

I was very impressed with the level of professionalism on the initial quote appointment and on the days the crew was at our home. Having the windows put in during Spring had me worried that they might leave tracks on the carpeting upstairs where the windows were installed, but I was pleasantly surprised to see the work area completely cleaned up with no mess left behind. The new windows have been in for several months and now that it is starting to get cold again we can really notice the difference. Aside from the level of professionalism and the products, their prices were extremely competitive. I did my research well in advance before scheduling the appointment and I really feel like we got a great deal for both the windows and the deck.

Our expereince with Homesealed was wonderful. The bid process was great. The company owner, Brandon and his foreman, Jason, came out and did the measurements and weren't shady salesmen like other companies were. We had 5 companies submit bids and several simply wrote a number on a piece of paper, and were like "We could do the job for this much." HomeSealed wore logo'd t-shorts and were very professional. Aftter they left, I received the bid via e-mail and the office manager Kristina e-mailed a few days later to see if I had any questions, (which I did.) Their bid was completely broken down, so I could select which windows I wasnted to do (I couldn't afford to do every window I wanted, so it was nice to be able to remove some windows to adjust the price.) I had lower bids, but I felt comfortable allowing Brandon and his crew into my home. With the other companies, I would be dealing with subcontractors. Brandon, Jason and their crew were prompt, courteous and were constantly cleaning. I think my house was cleaner after the left than before! One young guy's sole responsibility was to clean up and he was constantly working hard! I don't think I saw a single member of the crew not in perpetual motion. The entire expereince was wonderful and I am having them back in a few weeks to install another window. Several of the window screens became damaged during transit/installation, but Brandon brought them to my attention and someone is coming in a few days to replace the screens. The crew was very adaptive to my needs. I have a young child who naps, and they were able to get the windows in his room and surrounding rooms completed before naptime and worked on the back of the house while my child was sleeping. My son actually took a 3 hour nap on the days that the crew was working! He didn't notice the hammering and sawing! Brandon and his crew are busy and they value the time of their busy customers. I think it's a good sign that this company has other work scheduled a few weeks ahead of time, I know that they must get a lot of referrals because their work is so excellent!
