I had asked them to give me a call, because I have a lot of questions. I have also emailed John back and forth and I asked him to call me because I wanted to go over some things; but he has not called me back regarding that. I wanted to get my installation done before the winter comes. This is been at least 2+ weeks. He was a nice guy though, I just would like for them to have a quicker response.

It was great. It was a family owned business and it was local, so that is why we decided to use them. It took them one day and I believe 2 worker came out to install them. There was no issues with scheduling and they were right on time. I purchased the windows through this company too. They were the same price as another company, but HOME SEALED EXTERIORS had a better quality

They installed a window for me a couple years ago. They did a good job. At least 2 workers came out. I recall that they were timely, came in on budget and they met the scheduling time frame I requested.

It was wonderful. They replaced 8 windows for us in 2009. Two worker came out and they did this all in one day. The owner came out and talked to me. He also stopped in during the day to see how his workers were doing. He then stopped in after the work was done to see if the work was done property. They even cleaned up so well that you couldn't even tell they were here. He also called about a week later to follow up as well.

It turned out great. They did a replacement and installation of 13 windows. We liked that this company had the best prices. They had good quality products. His method of sales was what we were looking. They did both of the jobs in one day and didn't take longer than expected. They also had good clean up. They were also very responsive with our email conversations too.

This patio door was customized. We had gotten 4 estimates and they all seemed reputable, but Home Sealed Exteriors had the best price. They were also very honest. There was an expected delay due to an ice storm. They kept us updated with the possibility of there being a delay to this. Brandon, the owner, was the one who kept us updated. There were 2 installers and it took them about 4 hours. We made an appointment with them, they came out for an estimate and then completed the work for us. The door was high quality too.

We had them put in a man made floor on our deck. Just one worker did that and it took him a day to do. They did the job sufficiently. Scheduling I believe was fine and they did show up on time.

They did a very good job. Brandon came out with his quoting was very professional. He gave me good information. They stayed true to their estimate too. They showed up on time. They installed 2 doors and 4 windows. They had a few guys here and it only took them one day. I will be using future as well.

We are very happy that we chose HomeSealed Exteriors! We looked at multiple companies on Angie's List, and had two "A" rated companies come out for an estimate. John from HomeSealed was very knowledgeable and had a very low pressure approach. We discussed my Patio Door Project, went over different options and then John gave me his best price (all in less than an hour). Really, that was it. The other company was also very good, but their sales approach was very different. They took 2 hours to go over the same project, gave us a quote-but if we signed in the next 3 days, they would give us a special price. When I told them that I didn't operate that way, we received a call from the owner the next day with an even better price. End result, the door was going to cost about $4000 with each company, but Homesealed didn't make me jump through hoops for that price. We really appreciated their approach and that was a big reason we chose to work with them. The Patio Door Installation was done in one day, we had one small issue with the trim color but they fixed it right away. The installation crew was very experienced and did a great job. We also had an Energy Audit on our house and John showed me were all of the air was leaking in. We had spray foam insulation applied in the walls & ceiling of the Family Room. This was an addition off the back of our house and the coldest room in the house-not anymore! We also had insulation applied to the attic and kitchen overhang. Finally, John showed me how I could do some of the basic insulation myself-again, we really appreciated that they were trying to help us. After the 3 insulation projects were complete, John came back for a final inspection. I just really like this company-they were low pressure, knowledgeable, did a great job and had a great product. They also kept us informed with the project from the beginning to the end.

They used a subcontractor who was very good. There was some miscommunication with the sub, which Brandon took care of immediately. we've had the doors 6 months now and we love them. Brandon was about 10-15% below the other bidder and we almost went with the other company- but they couldn't drop the price enough. Super glad we went with homesealed. great work, really great service and responsiveness, and the lowest bid amongst the three ( all three were highly rated Angies list providers). We did have a couple of snags during the install that got me really worried, but Brandon came out in person and took care of it right away. I actually take that as a really good thing- anyone can get a good review when everything goes as planned, but Brandon showed that he operates with integrity and will make sure to keep the customer happy.

I needed some windows replaced and it was very interesting that I actually hooked into them because they were mentioned in several other provider reviews and they all said that they were the one we should look into. I actually saw them at a place in Milwaukee and ended up having them come out and do the work. They were excellent. They took care of the windows and were very professional. They were great. I felt very comfortable with them. I ended up going with them to do the actual recommended audit improvements and was very pleased. They subcontracted someone to do a lot of it but John for HomeSealed was right on top of it. He was out there checking everything and making sure it was done properly. I was extremely happy with those guys and everything that they did. The $6,200 total cost included four windows and all the work on sealing the home. They spent two full days here working and I had a lot of holes. They also handled all the paperwork for getting the credit files for the audit. I did not have to do anything. There was also a charge for the audit but because I went with them before, that cost was applied towards the service which was very nice. I was so impressed with them. When I can save up enough money to get the rest of the windows done, I am going to call them again. And on top of everything, they were very patient with my young grandchildren who were running around and having to look at things. These guys were just family men and you can tell that they really enjoy their job.

Great from start to finish

We had a mix up about what windows to replace, but it worked out in the end. The windows installed are beautiful. The installers were very professional and knew what they were doing. We are very pleased with the whole experience. Brandon helped us with color matching and it turned out better than we expected. I've recommended this company to other family members and plan on using them to replace even more of our rotting Pella windows this fall. Great company. No middle man, and no high pressure sales.

Homesealed evaluated a gutter leak issue that we were having. They came to the conclusion that we needed to add an additional downspout leading to our garage roof to help with the overall flow of water. The work was completed, and Brandon made sure to follow-up and fix any issues we may have had. So far, this solution seems to have worked.

Brandon came to our house to get the exact measurements for our windows. His cost estimate was very reasonable for the job involved.

Homesealed came in a pretty healthy amount less than other bids (we got 3 estimates), so we decided to go with them. They contracted the work out, but i was very happy with the quality of work and Brandon came out in person to look at it. The installer was about 15 minutes early each day (3 day job) and did a really good job installing, patching and creating beautiful framewok. There was a bit of a snag because the door came in with the wrong door primary, but Brandon was super responsive and got back to me in less than an hour. I was really worried at first, but Brandon talked to me on the phone, emailed and even stopped by to make sure everything was all right. As it ended up we actually prefer the way it came in but Brandon offered to get it for us the original way if we wanted. I am super impressed with the customer service at Homesealed, they really stand behind their work. I have already asked for an estimate on some other work because i am so pleased with the craftsmanship, service, and price. I recommend Homesealed more than any other contractor that i have used so far.

As usual, everything went great. This is the third job we've had Homesealed do in our house. They have replaced most of our windows and installed exterior doors. This time they replaced the casement windows in our living room with sliding wood windows and replaced a skylight window -- in the winter. They had to shovel off the roof to get the job done. The Estimator showed up on time, answered all my questions, and turned around a quote in a few days. The windows were installed quickly (it was cold out!), the installers were neat and courteous and cleaned up very well after the job. They were not able to get the skylight installed on the first day and because it snowed the next day, he offered to come and install the skylight on Sunday to get the job done. We were very happy with the job and will continue to use Homesealed for our remodeling needs in the future.

This is the second job that Homesealed has done for me and they were both windows. Brandon responded quickly to my request for an estimate and without any high pressure salesmanship. I purchased 6 high end windows that were triple pane and argon filled. The time frame from ordering to installing was only about 3 weeks. They arrived to install them on time and were finished in about a half day. His crew was courteous and the job site was left spotless when they were done and the quality of the work was top notch. The left me a folder with all the information about the windows, including specs and warranty information. From Brandon, his installation crews, and his office personnel, they are all very professional and a pleasure doing business with. I'm planning to replace my roof next spring and they will be the first company I call for an estimate. I highly recommend Homesealed for home improvement projects.

Overall experience was fine. We just chose to go with a different company for our project.

The whole process went very smoothly from beginning to end. I had scheduled an appointment for the estimate and got a call to confirm and appointment and to ask if it could be a bit earlier. Brandon Erdmann showed up right on time and went over the choices we have regarding doors and made suggestions as to how the door from the garage to the patio should be installed. He promised to send a proposal and we got that via e-mail within days. We signed the contract and scheduled the door installation. Since our doors came in early, we were able to get then installed early too. The installer, Dan, arrived timely and completed the entire install with a day and a half. He was very clean and neat about his work. He didn't like how the old flashing was installed on our original door (it was just straight and lots of chalk was added to even it out against the stone frame). Dan decided a better look would be to hand scribe the flashing to the uneven stone frame giving it a much nicer finished look. The doors look great! A couple of weeks later we did have an issue with one door sticking to the frame. A quick call to the ever cheerful and pleasant Sara Plew resulted in having Brandon come back to do a quick adjustment to make the door right. We love the doors and the all of the staff at Home Sealed couldn't be nicer. Sara kept us well informed as to billing and when the doors were coming. Brandon was prompt with the estimate and recheck visit. And Dan's craftsmanship in installation and attention to detail was superb! What a great bunch of people.

Not only their quote was very competitive, their approach to selling was very low pressure and very professional. Altogether, we are very happy with the service received.

ALl aspects of the work were friendly professional and reliable. Installers took great care to preserve landscaping. The results were more than expected in terms of quality and appearance.

Brandon was very prompt and professional during the estimate process, and was sure to consider our budget/timeline/needs. He presented us with the best estimate we had, and the warranty HomeSealed has is like no other. The work was performed in a timely manner, the office staff was courteous, and the jobsite was left clean as though no one had even been there! They were incredible and I would definitely use them again. We have had our windows for a year now and they were wonderful during the winter - huge difference!

I would highly recommend them. They do a really great job. If there is something I need that they did, I would definitely use them again. I just looked them up online since I had trouble finding someone who would just replace one window. I must have gone to about eight or nine places where one wouldn't even come and give me an estimate for one window, and there are very few places that will do that, and HomeSealed Exteriors will do. They even told me right upfront that they would charge me more for one window because they got to send the guy out special and it would be a little more than I would pay if I had a bunch of windows replaced. I think that is fine because I just needed one window. I liked that they did so much, and the next year, I got the rest of them done.

The estimate was done in a timely manner. Brandon gave great suggestions, but did not do a hard sell on anything. He understood that due to the homeowners association we lived in, that we needed wood windows for the interior, and worked with it. Lee and his assistant arrived on time, and got to work immediately. I thought for certain that I was going to have dust all over, and I did not. They were incredibly clean and tidy. Our house posed challenges, as it's an old house, and not totally square, but they were up to the challenge, and did a great job on the installs. One thing that I did appreciate, was that on the second day, Lee's partner was ill. Brandon, (HomeSealed's owner) came over and worked with Lee to finish the install in a timely manner. We lucked out on the weather (50 degree days in January are rare in Wisconsin) but even so, the house was not uncomfortable to stay in during the installs. We have had the windows almost 2 months now, and my husband and I are in agreement-we should have done this a long time ago. Love the windows, and how easy they are to clean, love the fact that the house is no longer cold and drafty, and I really love the fact that the house is so much quieter with the new windows installed. I would definitely use HomeSealed again, and have recommended them to my friends as well.
