Upon calling the realty office to make an appointment to view 3 properties, an agent, Greg Wehking was assigned by the office secretary. I was coming from 350 miles and would only be in the area 48 hours. He returned my call but could not meet my hours to meet so I had to readjust and meet his. We viewed the properties and I said I would get back to him. I emailed a message to him a week later asking for him to check on one of the properties and see if it was still available. He finally got back to me after 4 days and said there was an offer on the table. He asked if we wanted to put one down. We did but asked to have some creative arrangements and financing. He laughed and us and said he never heard of it and wouldn't do it. We explained it had been done before right in his neighborhood, Brookfield. The whole transaction was this way. He contradicted everything we said, constantly put our opinions down, yelled at us and seemed to represent the buyer more than us. Very unprofessional.
