Frisch Drywall

'Mike was excellent! He did a very thorough and professional job, from patching, taping, sanding and painting. All the great reviews he gets are true. Where other contractors we had come in walked through the house, looked around, and then sent an estimate, Mike got up on a ladder during his inspection and found that the drywall hadn't been secured properly when the house was constructed. Which was probably why we had to call him in to begin with. When we hired him, he properly secured the drywall to the studs before he did his patching, which was also excellent. He also found an area on his own that he felt needed to be re-done, cut out the drywall and replaced the whole section, at no additional cost! He just wanted all the drywall to be perfect. Afterwards, we re-painted to the original wall color and it is impossible now to tell where he did his work. We were very pleased with Mike, who, btw, is also a very likable guy, and had him come back to do some work on our garage service door, which again, resulted in a perfect job. Needless to say, we would hire Mike again without hesitation.

l purchased the 'Big Deal' for $160, for drywall/plaster repair. There was a hole in my family room ceiling after a leak in the roof was repaired. Mike responded very quickly, we set a date and time. He arrived on time and patched the hole so it was not even noticeable. Once he painted the area it was perfect. I liked him and his work so much I hired him to redo the living room ceiling, which had some cracks and water staining and paint the walls. Once again he did a wonderful job. He is friendly, works quickly and neatly. I highly recommend him.

It was fine. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. This was the first time we used them. He was very friendly. He did the job quick and took care not to make a mess. So he had everything protected and explained in detail what he was doing and how we should wait. So everything went pretty smooth. There are no issues since he did the repair.

It was great. They were very professional.

We used Frisch Drywall in the past and were very satisfied which is why we contracted with him again. The work met our expectations.

Mike and I talked on the phone several times. My husband & I both have medical problems which makes for a crazy schedule. He was very understanding and worked with me to get a time that worked. He was on time, both times and very professional. He is great at discussing everything first, listening and making sure you both understand what will be done. His work looks great. I felt completely comfortable with him in my home. When you're a woman alone in the house, some contractors can make you feel uneasy. Not at all the case with Mike Frisch. He is a very nice guy who does great work and has reasonable prices. He does his own work so you might have to wait a little but, I would hire him again. As a matter of fact, I'm going to.

I purchased The Big Deal from Angie's List for 3 hours of drywall repair for $160. We had an ice dam a few years ago which caused leaking from the ceiling of our powder room and took advantage of The Big Deal to finally get the minor damage repaired. I was given the information for contacting Frisch Drywall, but Mike Frisch actually contacted me the next day and we set up an appointment. He arrived 15 minutes early on the scheduled day. My biggest concern was the possibility of mold so Mike cut out a small section of the ceiling to check, and thankfully there was none. He then repaired the drywall and blended the seams with multiple coats of plaster. Since the repair would need time to dry before adding the drywall texture, he then gave me the option of returning (at a small additional cost) or I could complete the texturing myself. We opted for the latter and Mike took the time to write out a grocery list of the products he recommends, where to get them, and rough cost. He also wrote out a little step-by-step to follow for application of the texture. The whole repair took less than 3 hours including drying time between coats. Mike did a great job and was great to chat with during drying time. Wouldn't hesitate to use him again. Thanks Mike!

He fit me into their schedule. We have nock down drywall and he did a good job patching the holes. I would recommend them.

They did a good job. I didn't have any issues so it went well and as expected.

Mike is awesome. He came and did an initial assessment. Then he walked me through what he was going to do and why. Then he oroceeded to do the work, cleaning up as he went. He even did a bit extra by reapplying a texture to my wall so that the patch blended in. I'm looking at other work I would like Mike to do.

Mike started the day he said he would and finished when he said he would. This is very important to me as I need to get rental units back on the market as soon as I can. When I called for a price, he checked out the job right away and got back to me within 24 hours. Would definitely use again. Does great work.

I wouldn't use Frisch Drywall again. He was nice and courteous, but wasn't willing to commendatory my wants.

Mike arrived when he said he would. He got right to work to repaired a ceiling in my garage. He did what I asked him to do and more. He made our very old garage ceiling look better than I thought it could look. I would definately use him again.

Not only did he do a fantastic job on the kitchen cealing hole, he also handled 2 more dry wall issues that i had. Highly recomeneded!

This big deal took awhile to schedule. Apparently there was alot of interest. I was asked to email photos of project. This was a great idea, because he didn't have to make a separate trip to look at job and he brought everything that he needed to complete repairs. When we agreed on a date, he was punctual. He did a beautiful job, you would never know that the cracks were there. He started to clean up behind himself, but my husband finished as we were more interested in him completing job. I would absolutely hire him again, and we discussed that before he left as I have a few more cracks in this old house.
