+ 1 moreWe will be adding a laundry room, mudroom, and a family room, as well as expanding the kitchen. We are in the process of the remodel now. The owner gave us an estimate and went over designs with us. He's just excellent, the prices are excellent. We are so pleased so far. I would highly recommend him.

+ -1 moreThe service was wonderful, they're a top notch company. It took longer because of the weather and we were having issues with the electrician. But Four Seasons did wonderful work. I would hire them again.

+ -1 moreThe service technician arrived on time, however he did not come to the front door. He went into the back yard and knocked on the patio door. He was very quiet and not very responsive to my questions. He did not provide an estimate while he was on-site, he sent it three days later via email. I also had him look at an area that leaks during the winter months. He told me he would have to talk to his supervisor and he would get back to me. I recieved an email approximately 1 week later, the estimate was not specific and the cost for the repair was quoted as a starting price, because they were unsure why the leak occurs.
Description of Work: We have a Four Season room and several glass panels need replacing due to broken seals. I contacted the company and made an appointment to have a service technician come out to look and the glass panels and provide an estimate on replacement.

+ -1 moreExcellent work, friendly, courteous personnel. Prompt responses. Many compliments on work.
Description of Work: Built a sun room. Removed existing concrete to dig footings; poured footings, surrounded slab area with 3" foam board, poured fine compressed gravel, laid vapor barrier, 3" foam board & poured concrete. Constructed walls, sliding door, roof adjoining house roof. Even through the company was a man short this did not impact out progress. The project expediter filled in for the rest of the work. Calls were always returned promptly. Work was anticipated for late fall '06, but weather (early blizzard in December) delayed project until spring. If you have to wait longer than expected, remember that once your project is started you will feel like you are the only customer.
