Description of Work: Redid our bathroom. Very pleased with the work. Earlier Mike completely redid our outdated kitchen. Did a great job. Worked hard to give us the kitchen we wanted. He went out of his way for us.

 + -1 moreThey were professional and provided good service. They made sure that we had a solid floor foundation for the tub prior to installation and installation was well-done. They coordinated well with other contractors that we had hired directly. Following completion, we realized that the window and window trim angled away from the tub rather than toward the tub for drainage, resulting in water pooling on windowsill. EC&G and Quick Set Panels were courteous and promptly took care of the problem without charge. After the block window was re-set, EC&G installed a new window trim. I highly recommend this company. After two years we are still happy with our new bathtub/shower enclosure.
Description of Work: Removed an existing tub and installed an acrylic soaking tub and drywall, white custom skirt for soaking tub, and an acrylic wall system. They coordinated with a window contractor (Quick Set Panels Corporation) during the block window replacement. EC&G installed the inside window trim and sealed and caulked all. (Note: we had already performed demolition of tiles and walls to studs within bathroom.)

 + -1 moreTHEY CLEANED UP COMPLETELY AND PLACED TARPS THROUGH THE AREAS OF THE HOUSE WHERE THEY WERE WALKING AND REMOVING ALL THE DEBRIS. WE WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN AND THEY STAYED RIGHT IN THE ESTIMATE WHICH WAS CHEAPER THAN 2 OTHERS (WELL KNOWN CONTRACTORS) AND USED BETTER MATERIALS.
Description of Work: ACRYLIC TUB LINERS AND SHOWER STALLS. INSTALLED TUB SURROUND WITH A MOLDED TUB. THEY TOOK OUT ENTIRE WALL OF TILE BECAUSE OF LEAKING AROUND TUB AREA. REPLACED WITH GREEN BOARD. ALSO PUT IN SANDSTONE SINK LAVATORY.

 + -1 moreA COMPETITOR INSTALLED A PEARL WHIRLPOOL TUB, AND IT WAS NOISY. THEY REFUSED TO HELP ME, SO I CALLED PEARL AND WAS REFERRED TO ETCH COAT & GLAZE. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, PROMPT, AND DID COME TO MY HOME AND REPLACED THE UNIT AT NO CHANGE. OVERALL, I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICE.
