Everything was Great! I was very impressed with Elite Exteriors from the beginning of the estimate process. Scott replied to questions and concerns quickly and professionally. The work was completed very quickly and turned out exactly as I wanted. Elite did a great job of explaining all of the options that were available to us while we were selecting products and colors. Their pricing was very fair compared to the other estimates that we received for the job. The estimate was broken down so that I could see exactly where the cost was coming from (I had other estimates provided that were one big price with no explanation of costs - which is not helpful.) All of the workers who worked on the project (both the siding installers, as well as the masons for the stone work) were very professional and made sure to go over all of the details of the project before the work was started so that everything would turn out perfectly. I definitely recommend Elite Exteriors for siding projects! I was impressed enough with their siding work that I have them doing another exterior project soon.

Since time was of the essence (we only had a week after the inspection to get the repairs done), we were so grateful to David, Scott and his team at Elite Exteriors for getting us on their schedule ASAP, getting the work completed quickly, and forwarding the necessary paperwork to us and our realtor so we could move forward with home closing as scheduled. When you combine the stress of selling a home with a poor experience with another contractor in the past, and add in the additional pressure of a time commitment in order to keep everything moving forward, we were anxious to have the work done by a reputable and responsive company. Elite Exteriors was the perfect solution to our time sensitive (and critical) problem. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else who needs work done on their home.

Clean quick and easy. They were able to handle my request on 1 weeks notice to handle an inspection contingency when other contractors were backed up for a month.

I retained Elite Exteriors LLC of New Berlin to re-roof my main home, re-roof my detached garage, rip-off the old wood siding on the garage and replace it with Hardie-Board siding, install new gutters, replace a door, and then most importantly, stabilize and reinforce the sagging, collapsing garage roof. For my home built in 1951, there were a lot of unknowns when they accepted the job, but what fun we had. Elite’s team of roofers, gutter guys, carpenters, and Hardie-Board siding experts excelled. They overcame a number of old-home “gotcha’s”, applying a thorough understanding of their craft, their products, flexibility, and a determination to get to the best possible outcome for me – the customer. My wife and I couldn’t have been more pleased. When they were done, it was like – “WOW!” Elite Exteriors is reliable, professional, cost competitive (that’s how they got the job in the first place), and a pleasure to work with at all levels of the organization. Roof looks great. Took a day and a half. Clean up was acceptable. They checked in afterwards to make sure we we were satisfied. The price was lower than all of the other quotes for the exact same product and a better warranty.. We would hire again.

Scott answered all my questions, after hours, and was able to come perform the inspection/estimate within 24 hours. He was able to identify the existing product, notify me of prevailing issues, and provide a reasonable estimate to fix the issue. Moreover, he went the extra mile to provide me with written documentation that I needed, literally as soon as was humanly possible for him. His knowledge of the products, how to handle the repairs, and fielding my questions and concerns throughout the process made it a pleasure to work with him. Probably most important, he was able to identify a recalled product installed on the home, and I had the information I needed as soon as I needed it. Pending completion of our transaction, I fully intend on using him to remedy the issue we found.

Scott, Dave, and their team did an excellent job repairing a leak in my roof. Scott returned my calls same day. Everyone was friendly and informative. They were clear and upfront about what needed to be done and stuck to the range they gave me when the project started. The team arrived on time and finished when the said they would. Elite Exteriors is the best insulator I have ever worked with. I am remodeling a very old home. The walls have no insulation in it. Elite Exteriors blew over 30 bags of insulation into my wall cavities (prior to installing new siding). They drilled 3 holes in between each stud and stuffed it full of insulation. WOW..can I tell the difference... They also blew fiberglass insulation into my attic and fixed my venting issue. I was having frost in my attic. After Elite Exteriors was done I have perfect venting and no more frost. The head guys (Dave and Scott) knew exactly how to vent it properly. I was really getting nervous about possible mold. Not anymore. I'm thrilled..

Elite exterior did amazing job start to finish. Completely cleaned up and took care of everything.

The job went very smooth. On the cedar deck Elite Exteriors stained all the deck boards in their shop prior to installing them. It was great.. Actually fantastic that they could do the staining work and the carpentry work. That way I didn't have to deal with 2 contractors. On our main house we did a maintenance free AZEK deck and railing. The material was more expensive, but it is maintenance free. Elite Exteriors did a great job installing both decks. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and the amount we paid was exactly what they quoted the job at. It was just easy..

Out of several companies I contacted, Scott was the only one that was willing to do a replacement on a cedar shake roof. He was responsive in coming out and giving an estimate and once I gave the green light to proceed he got the work done quickly. This was no small feat since this is an outdoor project in the middle of winter. Quality was good as well and to date no leaks seen. I would hire this company again.

I wish there was an A+ rating. I would surely rate them that, but since A is the highest, that is what I rate them. I called and they were out the next day and the repairs to my siding was done! Very professional and responsive to my concerns and questions. Would use them again in a second!

The guys were exceptionally courteous and communicated with me along the way. Work was high quality and as discussed. I was even invited to observe when the problem was identified and after it was fixed. My input on the color of the flashing was welcome. It is never fun to need a repair, but I look forward to working the Elite on other projects in the future.

It went well no service was done yet just an estimate of cost.

Elite Exteriors replaced 22 windows in my home. The project went very smoothly. I liked the fact that Elite Exteriors gave it to me straight about the windows. They did not push one over the other. They do vinyl and fiberglass windows. They do wood interior and vinyl interior. They do it all. So their salesperson (Dave) just presented the goods and bads about each type of window and let me decide what was best for our home. We ended up choosing a Fiberglass frame window with a real wood interior. They were more expensive than vinyl, but also better quality. The install was done in 2 days. The staining took another 2 days. Elite did a bunch of other work for us as well. It was nice to schedule everything with the same company. It made scheduling a lot easier for us.

They had all the work completed in one week. It looks like a new house.

I was very happy with Elite Exteriors. I read a lot about HardiPlank siding and how picky the installation was. If it isn't installed correctly it could and more than likely will fail (from what I heard and read). The installers for Elite Exteriors were VERY knowledgeable. You could tell from the first day to the last day the installers knew exactly what they were doing. The owner of Elite Exteriors checked on the job 3 times during the 2 week installation which I was very happy about. When he walked around I walked with him. He looked over the work with his foreman and you could just tell that the foreman knew just as much as the owner (which is nice to observe, because the foreman is the one on site all day every day). The outbuilding is not even visible from the house so I just put vinyl siding on it. That was very easy. Elite did a great job on that building also. They had no problem doing HardiPlank and vinyl. Elite was very easy to work with.. I would recommend them. No extra charges. Invoice was exactly what the quote was. Happy customer!!

I purchased a new house in New Berlin and it needed quite a bit of work. I contacted 5 roofing contractors and only 3 actually got back to me and showed up for their appointment. The 3 roofing companies were all very professional and all had good insights. I ended up hiring Elite Exteriors for a few different reasons. Elite Exteriors had a comparable price, seemed the most experienced (Dave was great to work with), and were also able to do multiple projects for me (I am doing more than just my roof). Elite Exteriors came out to my home. They removed the old shingles and installed new shingles in 1 day. They had a GREAT extended warranty on their shingles per their manufacturer. They were polite and cleaned up after themselves. They were just fantastic from start to finish. They made the job seem easy. I highly recommend Elite Exteriors LLC for all your exterior needs. I look forward to working with them on windows and siding and insulation which is being done shortly.

I emailed Elite asking if they did vinyl siding as all their reviews only mention Hardie Board. The response said yes, so we arranged for Scott to come out and look at our project. The problem was that he wasn't listening to what we wanted. He was trying to sell us Hardie Board, even when we said we knew the product and had seen it and DID NOT WANT IT. He didn't have a lot to show us in the vinyl category even though that is specifically what we said we wanted. When he did send us a perfunctory and detail-free quote for vinyl (2 lines), the rest of the very long email was an extensive list of homes Elite had covered in Hardie Board that he encouraged us to go look at. Since they also claim to do attic insulation, we asked about that and were dismayed to discover that Scott wanted to blow insulation over the old, mouse-infested insulation rather than removing it first. So if you want Hardie Board, this company could do the job for you. It has a lot of experience but whether it is being installed correctly, as it has to be with this heavy manufactured cement siding (made for the West coast, which is why we were not keen to have it on our house in the freeze-and-thaw cycling Midwest), you'd have to discover somehow for yourself, as with all contractors. But the fact that we said upfront that we wanted vinyl siding, and then when we met Scott, reiterated that we wanted vinyl siding, he continued to try to sell us Hardie made us uninterested in having his company do any job for us. Because if your contractor doesn't listen to you at the very beginning, it is unlikely he is going to do so for the length of the job.

The entire process of removing our old patio door and installing the new one went very smooth. They arrived on time and the quality of work is second to none. The new patio door makes the house look so much better. I would highly recommend this company to any looking for a new patio door.
