I called Elite Exteriors to replace a pool deck with composite lumber (expensive) so I was a bit anxious to contract with an unknown company. I read the reviews and they were stellar, so I got an estimate and ultimately went with them. The project managers and builders were professional, friendly, and very customer oriented. I ask a lot of questions but never felt patronized or sensed any annoyance about it. The builders were neat, on time every day, often called in advance to tell me their arrival time, and best of all built a beautiful, solid deck. I recommend them to anyone with a deck project and I wouldn’t hesitate to have them provide any of the other services they offer based upon my experience with their company. The work they did was very good, they arrived on time, and there was no mess left behind.

There was a gap in communication early on that ended up costing us some good weather time. After getting the specs and quotes worked out, the work went quickly. We got what we wanted and to our specs. NOTE: As we have now finished the job, this review overrides any earlier review with a lower grade that may be on record. Angie’s List is apparently very poor in their response to requests to revise or replace reviews.

The estimate from Elite Exteriors was substantially better than from 2 other contractors. Their estimator also promised an early start to the job, as cold weather was fast approaching, and the company delivered, as promised. From all current appearances, the crew did a terrific job. They were prompt, courteous and did a professional job in all respects. Their same could be said for their estimator, as well.

Service was great, they worked in a timely manner and got a big job done in a short amount of time. Looks great, very pleased with the results.

We contacted Elite Exteriors to discuss potentially residing our house. Ryan from Elite Exteriors worked with us to provide a detailed quote and a solid timeline on how long the job would take and when they could start. Ryan was also available to answer all of our questions about every detail that came to mind along the way. The crew showed up when they said they would and worked every day until they finished. It took about 6 days start to finish and then another day to install the front door we ordered. We had a small punch list of items that needed attention and Ryan sent his dad who took care of everything on our list. We would definitely recommend Elite Exteriors to our friend, families and anyone who asks about them.

They did a good job. When they diesnegage my electricyi it caused other probelm they did not let me know I don't think they handle that part well.

The company representative didn't show up for the first appointment - I called him and he said he had a calendar issue. He did come then (very late). Unfortunately this proved to be a pattern. We ended up using Elite Exteriors due to their low price, apparent better warranty, and a friend's recommendation. The installation was delayed a number of times (some due to weather). When they finally showed up, they completed the job quickly and did a fairly good job cleaning up (I did find a number of nails but that is typical). There were a number of issues though - there were a lot of exposed nail heads, some gutter damage, trim damage, and drywall damage in the house (where they replaced skylights). It took a long time with multiple visits to get this all resolved (some issues I took care of myself) and they seemed hesitant to resolve some of them. I didn't pay them until all the issues were resolved which was a good move since I've tried contacting them multiple times after i paid with a question and get no response. Use them only if you have to have the lowest price and are willing to deal with some issues. Just don't pay until they've resolved everything!!

Everything went very smoothly. Our old roof was 30 years old and needed replacement. Zack came out for to give a quote which we had in an email the next day. The crew ended up being able to make it out that next week due to another client having to reschedule and were done in less than two days. The crews were very polite and the end result looks great.

Re-sided entire house, replacing aluminum siding, soffits, and cedar trim with Hardie siding all over. Replace chimney chase cap and all gutters and downspouts. The completed job is durable and beautiful, and we are very happy with it. The crew headed up by Jose and Mary was fantastic, offering great attention to detail and quality. A major change was handled promptly and professionally. Very good communication with owner and office from beginning to end, and after.

This winter our house lost some shingles during a bad wind storm. The resulting hole in the roof created a leak. This caused damage in one of the bedrooms on the second floor. When we contacted roofing companies they pointed out the power lines. They ran very close to the house and had to be moved before any work could be done. Meanwhile the roof continued to leak while causing more damage. We hired Elite Exteriors LLC based on a recommendation through Angie's List, their years in business and price. They immediately sent a man over to temporarily fix the leak with flex seal. I contacted We Energies to move the power lines so the roofers could work. After the power lines were relocated Elite Exteriors came back. They tore off the old roof and replaced with new shingles. They removed and replaced the existing sky light as promised. Our contact man Zach Davis, was very responsive, he returned all of my calls keeping us informed of the job progress. Even though it was winter they did a great job. They cleaned up all debris before leaving. We are very happy with the roof and it looks great.

Went very well, came out very quickly and did a great job. They wouldn't give a hard quote in advance, just some hourly labor rates etc so there was a certain amount of trust involved, but the work was done in an efficient manner and the final price was very reasonable. Wouldn't hesitate to use again for similar projects.

Great. No mess for me to clean up. Fantastic looking from the curb AND up close. Workers were approachable and friendly and helpful to deal with. So, so glad we went with Elite. We are rather house-proud as we thought we would never own a home so it is one of our pride and joys and now we are even prouder!

Is perfect an overstatement? I don’t think so! We are so pleased. I thought our house would look good. I was wrong. It turned out great.

They showed up fast and polite to give us a quote. They fit us in fast for the job. They even split the bill into a couple payments for us. They came back on a Saturday to finish some last minute things they ran out of time for on Friday. Very happy with the roof so far. Only complaint was some gum was toss on the sidewalk in the mess and got on my shoe, but that's minor and not enough to mark a star for. Thank you

Great. Came up with creative solution to solve problem.

Family owned business. Scott, Dave, and Zach were all very friendly. Work seems very good and their gutter guys were also very professional and friendly. There was some unexpected delays on the job but I always expect that so it was no big deal to me. There was an error made that resulted in me getting a better deal and they stood behind their quote and completed the work. I felt that this group of guys had integrity and were going to do the right thing no matter what. I highly recommend them.

His biggest problem is lack of communication. His second biggest problem is manipulating customers. I chose him because he said he could do the work right away. None of his people spoke English. They didn’t tell me when they ran out of shingles. I was under pressure from the insurance company to get the job done. My daughter went out to take pictures of the roof, for the insurance company, which is how we discovered that they had run out of shingles. They did not ask me about the trim on my garage, it came off and left it on the trash pile. I would have wanted them to put it back up. He makes you sign a very explicit contract, which he violated multiple time. I was talking to the office lady about every other day. Eventually, he came out to my house, in the dark, and told me he would put the shingles on himself. He also told me that he would install the trim on my garage. He never installed the trim. He refused to give me any receipts for the work unless I told him I was satisfied with the work. All his ads say that he will give $500 off complete roofing, siding, or window jobs. There is very fine print below that offer that I can't make out. I assume it is some sort of way of him getting out of honoring the coupon. He did not honor he coupon. His price was double that of other estimates. His delays caused my insurance company to cancel me, so I had to start over.

An amazingly easy experience!! Putting on a roof is never any fun but this team was quick and very professional. I couldn't believe how fast and efficient they were. We received an estimate that was the most competitive and had the roof on in one week!! Zack was our contact and he is very professional and guided us through the repair plans to the color choice. Highly recommended.

Easy contractor to work with. Clearly explained the condition of my roof and options for repair/replacement. This English teacher was able to select this contractor above all others because of their explanation, professional approach, price and communication. Crew was punctual, tidy and hard working with only short breaks.

Great experience. Did the work quickly after I hired. Transparent, fair, pricing. Price charged was significantly better than a competing quote.

All the work went well and looks great. The roofing team manager and gutter team manager were very responsive with coordinating their work with us, each other, the weather and other ongoing activities.
