The service was great. Was experiencing leaking around chimney, so I had a high level of urgency and they did the work quickly and understood my need. High level of knowledge and the work looked great.

After Elite Exteriors did the roofing project they also recommended doing the soffit and fascia on the house. The soffit was a wood panel and always needed to be painted. By having them wrap the fascia and soffit I won't have to paint ever again.

Elite exteriors was prompt in getting an estimate and to get started on the job. Transactions with staff were professional and so was the crew who performed the actual labor. I was very comfortable with them at my home. My house looks great now and I have a thirty year warranty! Elite Exteriors LLC responded to our initial request for an estimate promptly and courteously. The Elite representative was extremely helpful in assessing our needs for the exterior remodel, including forecasting potential problem areas due to the age, size, and condition of our 1938 home. The rep was also very forthright in sharing that a rubber roof on a three-season room would not need replacement at this time. We appreciated the reps honesty and cost-saving thoughtfulness. The cost estimate was very fair and competitive relative to other estimates we received. Feeling a little overwhelmed at the selection of the optimal color pick for the exterior, given a sizeable amount of fieldstone present, the rep helped us narrow our choices and upon our request shared his preference. We trusted his extensive experience with Elite and after viewing properties with that color choice (also remodeled by Elite), we excitedly went with his suggestion which turned out to be the perfect choice for our home. Work started in a timely manner with the replacement of thirty five windows taking two plus work days, in which we found the two installers to be very efficient and courteous. Clean-up was well done and their instructions regarding how to clean and work with the windows was much appreciated. There was additional necessary carpentry needed for some windows. This included replacing narrow jalousie windows with large casement and picture windows and other miscellaneous work (installation of an exterior door and a porch railing, as well as areas with rotted wood.) This work was done in an extremely professional and craftsman-like manner. Roofing and flashing issues were attended to by an Elite roofer after consultation with us. Any and all issues that arose were brought to our attention and addressed in a very timely and effective way. Work continued without these developments delaying the larger task of siding our one story 3400 square foot home. We were very pleased that the majority of these additional repairs or upgrades were done under the terms of the initial contract. The consequence of Elite Exteriors attention to detail, quality and expert craftsmanship has led to a new exterior that is pristine and flawless! Their task was large in that our home is broken into various segments, including various angled roof lines, gables and dormers. In addition, there are exterior fieldstone and brick walls, as well as inset porches. Much cutting and attention to detail was required. Although the job took longer than predicted, the crew arrived and left each day in a timely way, picking up materials and leaving the property in a tidy fashion. The crew was informative, thoughtful, conscientious, and very friendly. We were comfortable leaving our home in the care of a house sitter for a trip out of state while only 1 1/2 weeks into the project, due to the trust and confidence we had with the crew. The quality of their work was equal to the high standards of the Elite carpentry crew. The head crewman was incredibly attentive to the protocols and details necessary to properly meet the HardiPlank specifications, and reinforced why Elite Exteriors LLC is the only Elite Preferred Hardie Remodeler in the state of Wisconsin. The work performed by Elite Exteriors was excellent and the price was very competitive. All the work was completed in a timely manner with no unexpected delays or charges.

Dave was awesome. He came to house and we discussed what needed to be done. Very informative. The work was done on time and everyone was very professional. I was worried about nails and debris being left behind but the Elite workers made sure every last nail and piece of shingle was gone from my yard. Very satisfied with the new roof and gutters.

While Dave was already at the house working on my roof I asked him to take a look at some rotting siding in the back of my house. He instantly found a problem with the flashing on the deck. The next week he had his son and a couple guys on the crew stop over, put all new flashing around the deck and replaced all the bad siding. They also walked around the house and replaced a number of other pieces. By the time they were done it looked like new. They did a great job matching the new and old pieces together and repainted the entire area. By looking at it you wouldn?t know there was ever a problem.

I was already working with Elite Exteriors on replacing the shingles on my roof. They had done such a great job I asked them to bid out replacing the large bay window in my living room. Dave walked me through the process and all the things that had to be done. Comparing his understanding to the others it seems clear that he was much more knowledgeable than the others. As with the other work they did for me they came and did the install exactly when they said they would and they did a beautiful job. The prior window was sagging and just looked bad. The new one makes my entire living room look like new. They redid all the interior woodwork around the window and even fixed some bad pieces around my front door (Without charging me extra). About five years ago I had talked with Elite Exteriors about my aging roof and they suggested I could wait a few years before needing a replacement. This year I asked them to come back out and take a look. They suggested it was time to replace them. Even though I was working with Elite Exteriors I had the roof bid out by a couple other companies. Between the different companies we defiantly would be getting more for our dollar with Elite Exteriors. Both Owner Dave and his son Scott were extremely knowledgeable. They came in ripped off the old roof and shingled it on the same day. It was a great experience. I was so impressed I had them both replace my bay window and fix some siding issues on the house.

Our interactions went really well, Dave was really helpful and didn't try to push us into making any decisions we didn't want. That counts for a lot in my book!

Hired this crew back after they performed some other work for us. I had high expectations after their first work for us and they didn't disappoint. We received quotes from two other contractors and theirs was significantly lower. They provided us with samples of the decking and helped us design a safe yet functional deck that the whole family enjoys.

After our first contractor started but never finished the job, Dave and his crew came in and finished our roof. They took the time to explain the process in a way we could truly understand. They fixed the mistakes that the first crew made and finished up the job promptly and professionally. You can tell by their integrity that this is a family owned business who prides themselves on providing high quality workmanship. They have a great product and do not cut corners. They replaced all the windows in our house before they sided it. The made sure the were installed correctly and tape and sealed. Very clean and got the job done fast and correctly.

As my wife and I were building our new house, we met Dave and his team. They were originally hired to roof the house. They did such a great job we included them in the bidding of our Windows and siding. We had around 20 windows to install and they came in with a bid we couldn't refuse. The team was on site as soon as the windows arrive. They did a fantastic job with the windows. Each one operates perfectly. His crew was great to work with and I expect to use them again.

My wife and I spent a ton of time trying to figure out what color and type of side to put on our home. We got a lot of different opinions from different contractors. Dave did a great job of walking us through the process and giving us the pros and cons on each. Dave's team was already roofing the house so it seems like a great fit. The crew did a great job with the house. It looks exactly the way we wanted and we saved a ton of many compare to other quotes we received.

They did a great job. When making calls to get bids for the job they were one of the first to respond and meet me out at the house. They came in with the lowest bid and a wide variety of options. They were very knowledgeable and help us through the decision process. When it came time to do the work they showed up on time and completed the work in record pace. They did an amazing job cleaning up after themselves. I would recommend using them and will diffidently work with them again.

I called and left a message and about 5-10 mins later a man called back saying he was sorry he missed my call and what could he help with. I told him a friend suggested I call about my mothers roof either getting replaced or repaired. He said he could make it out either later that afternoon or the next morning to take a look. I told him the next day would work how ever I would not be there just my mother would be and if he had any questions to please call me. The next day he went and met with my mother. I will say I was nervous as sometimes a sales guy will try to talk a women into whatever he can. That was not the case here. He was up front and honest and even called me after to fill me and and answer any questions I had. After looking at the price to repair or replace we decided after talking to him that we would just repair. He was honest and said we could replace the roof but said if it was him he would just repair it why waste money when you do not have to which went along way. In today's world it is nice to get a honest business man who will not try to pull one over on you. He set up the work for two days later and had it done that day. A few days later it rained and she had no issues which made her happy and me as well because I did not have to hear about it anymore. So thank you to them for that. I replaced my roof last year but would use this company again if I had to. Now she is thinking of getting her rain gutters replaced and so the process starts again. But at least we know who to call now.
