We have used their sister company Watry Homes when we resided our house about 7 years ago. This is the reason we picked them for the siding work due to their attention to detail and willingness to make the job 100% right. We are working with them to fix an issue relating to our siding job but the owner Scott Watry has been supportive and I am confident it will be resolved. Their pricing is very competitive and they have an A+ rating with the better business bureau

They were here April of 2016. It cost $18105.00. The quality of work was good. There was a lot of they didn't show up and didn't do what they were suppose to do. He changed prices for me on a couple of different things so that I wasn't real happy about that, so, other than that it was okay.

Scott arrived at our house on time. He talked down to me as if being a woman and a young homeowner I had no idea what I was doing. He emailed us a quote and it is was obvious he wasn't listening. We currently have cedar board and batton. I asked for Hardie siding with a 6 inch lap and to trim out the windows. I got the emailed quote to me and the quote was to remove the old siding and do Hardie siding but in board and batton. The exact thing I told Scott I hated. He also didn't include trimming out the windows. He clearly didn't listen so if you choose them make sure he understands what you want. Also, they're the only ones asking for money down which makes me leary that they don't have the money up front for materials. I've gotten multiple quotes and no one asked me for money and all told me that if I was asked to give money to turn around and run.

We purchased a new home in July knowing that we needed to undertake a major project and had some additional fix-it projects that Scott and the team also assisted with. As the project got underway, we found that there was a good amount of extra work required to ensure that everything was not just completed, but more importantly done well. Fortunately, Scott was a partner on everything start to finish. We have a tudor style home with a mix of imitation stucco and stone. Because we have woodpeckers, James Hardie siding was an obvious choice. We did a similar style replacement of siding and worked with the team to design the final trim decor with very pleasing results. We also replaced all of our windows on the second floor, replaced a bay window on the first floor and renovated a sunroom to remove five old patio doors and replaced them with one larger patio door and then closed the second side and installed windows and siding. We selected Beechwood casement windows with the exterior dividers throughout the house, they also were the window choice for our bay window. The large patio door was a Marvin six-foot french style door. Everything turned out really well. We have had several neighbors stop to complement the entire project and the improvement the exterior upgrades have brought to the house. These were the official projects, I should provide some additional detail about the surprises we learned about our home and the partnership that helped us to get the job done right. First, when the siding was pulled off, there were several spots where the wood underneath was rotted so we had to have that replaced. We also found that the builder had skimped on insulation in several spots, so Scott and the team added it where necessary in addition to their standard wrapping that takes place before the siding is installed. We also found that two of the windows were more rotted than expected so there was more work to rebuild the framing as well as some drywall repair. We decided that since we were making the big investment in the siding that we would just all the soffit and fascia replaced. The gutters were only a few years old so the team pulled them off and then reinstalled our current gutters. We had a few places where gutters were missing or where the flow of water wasn’t ideal, so we worked with the team to install some additional gutters and the results have been a huge improvement. Finally, we have a sunroom on the back of the house and found that the wood was in bad shape when they pulled off the siding (much of the issue was the result of poor water flow as noted above). Scott and Dave met with us and we all decided that we needed to do the right work to fix the source of the problem. Once again the results to manage water flow on the exterior and the associated carpentry and drywall work on the interior turned out well. These are always big projects and unfortunately sometimes you just don’t know what you will find as you progress. We can truly say that the team at Elite Exteriors were partners start to finish. We have wonderful results and would certainly plan to do business with them again as we look to future home projects.

I am very impressed with Elite Exteriors. Dave showed up on time for the estimate. He jumped up on the roof taking measurements and reviewed options. It was not a sales pitch, it was a honest review of project scope and options. The bid came in below orher companies and was consistent with our discussion. Linda and Scott helped me with color choices, kept me informed of the anticipated start date. On day one the crew arrived on time. They made sure the proposed dumperst location was appropriate and my neighbors knew about the work. They even talked with my neighbors to ensure they were not inconvenienced. The project last a day and a half, not bad for 2 story home and 2 stall detached garage. The roof looks amazing. The crew cleaned everything. Scott made sure I was 100% happy and Linda made sure I had the warranty info right away. Great work and great service from start to finish.

From the start I experienced nothing but the best from Elite Exteriors. We had a leaky roof and Elite Exteriors saved our house. They came out the same day I called and took a look at our problem. They gave us a few different options depending on our budget and long term plans with our home. Honest opinions about our problem and our options, with no pressure or gimmicks, and a very competitive estimate. After we decided to use them for our repairs they quickly set up an appointment that work best for our family. On the day of service the crew arrived promptly at 7am to begin the demo of the old roof. Very kind and professional crew. They completed the entire job by 2pm, and didn't leave a single scrap of debris anywhere around the house. Overall excellent company that I would recommend for anyone I know!

Scott was very responsive and kept in contact about the job throughout. He offered flexible payment options to match the timing of me getting an annual bonus. We had to work around the weather, and I also had another contractor doing work on the inside. Scott's team was able to work around that contractor with no problem. It took 2 days, mainly because the contractors trailer kept them from delivering the shingles directly to the roof. The gutter guys came a few days after that and got the new ones in within a half day. Scott was on site the first day, and Dave was there the second and when the gutter guys came. The pipe leading from the sump pump out to the swale got broken during the tear off...Dave fixed it. Very happy with the results.

It went great. They were very professional and did an excellent job. The weather didn't cooperate like it could have but rest assured there is a calming quality about Dave Watry that makes you feel like everything is going to be all right when your freaking out...lol. The job got completed and it looks really good.

We are very pleased with our new windows and the attention to detail paid by your team. This may have been the most hassle-free installation we have ever had, from the initial meeting with Scott through the install. There was no high pressure sales pitch, and the installers did a wonderful job on the finishing work inside and outside of the house. They cleaned up well. They did everything great the first time!

It went very well. We were pleasantly surprised that they would actually remove/install siding in winter. The crew showed up in early January and worked straight through until the job was done. Roberto, the crew leader, was wonderful. He and his crew were friendly, conscientious and did outstanding work. They picked up after themselves every day and communication was excellent. Scott Watry was very helpful throughout the entire project. He helped us choose the right color, explained in detail how the process would go, and addressed all questions/concerns a timely manner. He stayed in contact with us throughout to ensure everything was going well.

The rain gutter system on our house was leaking and usually could not handle heavy rain storms causing water to run over the edges of the gutters. We contacted Elite Exteriors who first assessed the old gutter system and determined it was inadequate to handle the unique lines and size of the roof on our 90 year old bungalow. Instead of merely replacing the system we had with a new one, they increased the gutter and downspout sizes. The rain gutter system they installed not only looks great, but also performs fantastic.

We have a 90 year old bungalow that was last sided in 1971 over the original wood lap siding. The siding was in very bad shape so we contacted Elite Exteriors for a bid. We were very impressed with the care they took during the bidding process and we selected them right away. They explained all of our options from material to color. We chose HardiePlank as the material and we could not be happier with the results. Elite Exteriors took great care to respect the age of the home by suggesting a 4” siding exposure and doing a fantastic job of framing out the houses many arched windows. The craftsmanship, attention to detail and professionalism of the crew was top notch. Our house is now a standout on our block and we get lots of compliments from passers by. We will definitely work with Elite Exteriors again.

We contacted Elite Exteriors regarding ice damming issues on our roof. We only owned the house for 6 months at the time, but the neighbors informed us that the ice issues were not only severe with 4” icicles to hang from the roof, but had been occurring for well over 20 years. Elite Exteriors did a thorough assessment of the roof and attic and determined the cause was due to deteriorated and inadequate attic insulation. The work was scheduled and executed quickly. Their work has eliminated our ice damming issues and the entire house is much warmer.

While we loved the original wood storm windows on our 90 year old house, they were in really bad shape and performed poorly. We contacted Elite Exteriors about replacing the storm windows. They measured, ordered and installed over 40 storm windows on our house. Almost half of the windows had to be custom made. Additionally, Elite exteriors installed three aluminum storm. While we thought the project was quite complex, Elite Exteriors made it look easy and we could not be happier with the final result. Our house is warmer and less drafty from the inside and significantly more visually appealing from the outside. Everyone who worked on the project was professional, punctual and a craftsman.

I am a very busy person. I am primary live in caretaker for my 91 year old dad, work full time and manage an apartment building. I wanted a company that I could trust, that I knew wouldn't make more work for me; Elite Exteriors delivered just that. These guys rock! The first job they did or my dad, was a roof and gutters on a large ranch style house. It was not a steep roof but a lot of angles and odd corners. I was amazed at how fast they worked and the workmen were very polite. They were very careful about the sides of the house and the siding. Anything that could get damaged was covered and neatly put back if moved. They were kind and considerate when my 91 year dad came out to look at the work, I thought that was incredibly nice, shows respect. I even enjoyed the roofer who sang as he worked ? we are all America Idols one way or another. If I had questions, and I had lots, they politely answered all of them. Dave the gentleman who came out to look at the property, and give the quote was very pleasant and understanding. I was new at contracting work so Dave did a great job of giving me best practice advice which I really appreciated. Their quote was a little less than the other two companies I had looked at. With all honesty, it was my impression of the people that sold me. I suggested them to my coworker ? who she hired to do her roof, and my one of my best friends, who hired them for their roof. I was right, they did a great job. In fact, they did such a good job, I had them do the roof at my house a week later. Hassel free, clean, neat, great quality roof, polite and very understanding of their client?s needs.

The timeline began as it was supposed to, with the delivery of product and a dumpster. The siding crew worked tirelessly, efficiently, and so very hard -- arriving early and staying late, despite the soaring summer heat. They were neat and clean, doing their best to provide a safe perimeter around the house, as we have two dogs. Though some of the men spoke little English, there was always someone on site who could translate as they worked, and someone who was an expert on the installation of the material. If we had a concern along the way -- and believe me, my husband is a meticulous inspector -- we were able to communicate it with the company and reach a solution in a reasonable timeframe. The complication of our rotten chimney exterior was a big setback, but Scott Watry was able to put a carpentry crew on it while the siding teardown and installation progressed on other areas of our exposed basement colonial. We believe he was honest about expenses along the way. The whole project lasted three weeks, and it was a HUGE project. There was attention to finishing details, like putting up our new exterior lighting and vent covers. Even the garage windows, which did not come in at the proper depth, were trimmed out professionally by a carpenter to make them look nice inside and out. There was consideration for the landscaping around our home; though the plants were casualties of the project (they'll grow back next spring), all the shrubs were in tact. The transformation of our house was incredible! We had neighbors commenting on the job as it started, completed, and now, months later, they're still talking about it and complimenting us! It really does look like a completely new home. We would recommend Elite Exteriors to anyone considering James Hardie siding for their home. This was a once-in-a-lifetime investment, and we are confident we chose the right contractor for the job.

I hired Elite Exteriors for a kind of odd job. I have 6 tall columns on my front porch & I found out from my pest control guy that when he went in the attic, he saw that the tops of the columns were completely open. There are cut outs on the bottoms of the columns outside on the porch so bugs (wasps) and possibly critters (mice) could enter the attic by flying up or climbing up the insides of the columns. (There are MANY paper wasp nests in the peaks on the inside of the attic - 6 possible entrances could have been these openings) This completely creeped me out so I found Elite Exteriors & am so happy I did! They were able to send 2 guys out within 1 week, and I was able to tell Scott via email exactly what I was looking for - I wanted a screen strong enough mice couldn't chew through but with small enough holes wasps couldn't fly through. He quoted me a rate & the guys went to Menards to buy all the items needed so they could get to work right when they got to my house. They were very professional & did a great job - even took a before and after photo on his cell phone to show me the work. I would definitely recommend this company!

We hired Elite Exteriors to do some repair work on our duplex in Wauwatosa. Old shingle siding was falling off in chunks, and we were really hoping to skate by one more winter with the current siding. They repaired it as best they could, given the circumstances. Since we were not quite happy with the initial repair, Scott was very understanding and went the extra mile for us. He beat our best quote for siding the entire place, and did EXCELLENT work in replacing our entire siding. The work turned out stunningly--I was literally amazed at the difference it made in the exterior appearance of our place. Thank you to Scott for working with us and really doing a great job.

IT WAS AMAZING !! Don't waste your time searching like we did ... you'll be hard pressed to find a better solution. First off, Scott from Elite Exteriors was extremely helpful and very responsive throughout the entire process- beginning to end. Everything that he said they would do he made sure got done. We had an existing home that had poorly installed off-brand siding that was beginning to fail. I reached out to several siding companies and Elite Exteriors was the first to get back to me. The other companies responded days to weeks later. I worked directly with Scott. He helped us develop a plan for what we needed done and provided us with several different options and price points that fit our budget. His insight was invaluable, as several critical home improvements that we wanted to do in the future could be done for much less money if we simply had them done part way through our siding project. These were mainly installing windows in areas of the basement that we wouldn't be finishing off until later. Having the windows installed after the old siding was torn off made a lot of sense and would save us from the headaches of having our Hardi Plank siding cut through and altered after the fact. The tear off stage went quickly. The workers were all courteous and diligent all while performing a very labor intensive job. Each day the work site was cleaned up. Their hours of working on site were during normal working hours so I my wife and I barely noticed they were there except at the beginning and end of the work day when we returned home. The thoroughness of the entire install process was truly remarkable. It began with the care that Elite took in wrapping the home with wrap especially designed for our siding. Each day more areas of our home were being covered with the both beautiful color combination that Scott helped us select. There were so many options to consider, but our ultimate decision couldn't have turned out better. As the trim work progressed, we were immediately happy with our decision to bite the bullet and have the Hardi trim, soffit and fascia installed too. Everything fits together and matches perfectly. Even with calking was color matched to both our siding and trim! Our home literally looks like a brand new parade home. While my wife and I used to admire other people's homes on our nightly walks, we now both agree that our home is by far our favorite home to look upon. .

Elite Exteriors tuck-pointed a chimney for me during the roofing job. They did a great job. They also installed a new flue and masonry cap. It was quick and easy. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. Great job.

Wow!! How easy.. 4 hours and they were done. No mess, no noise, just new gutters in a few hours. Elite Exteriors installed new aluminum seamless 5" gutters and 4" downspouts for my new home. It was the last step of a big renovation project. They did a great job. I couldn't be happier..

Elite Exteriors blew 20" of fiberglass insulation into my attic. They did sound proofing. They foamed all the penetrations. They built a foam box around my scuttle hole into the attic. They added venting to my soffits and installed baffles. Then before installing new siding they blew insulation into all my wall cavities. I couldn't believe how much insulation they were able to get into my walls. They were clean, polite, and efficient. Great job.

They started in a timely fashion, finished within the expected time frame then completed our punch list. Throughout the process the crew and owner were polite and professional. Since they are a Hardie board distributor I felt confident they knew their product well.

We knew we wanted Hardieboard, after researching various siding products. We evaluated several contractors, and after several discussions with each, we chose Elite Exteriors based on recommendations here, the Hardie website and general research, as well as the way that Scott Watry at Elite wanted to go about the work. He seemed the most thorough, detail-oriented and quality-driven. And he was all of these. Elite Exteriors is the only Hardie Certified "Elite Preferred" installer (the highest level installer certification Hardie provides) in the state. They are not the lowest cost, but I think they are the best choice if you are having Hardiboard installed. The devil is in the detail with any exterior siding project -- any shortcuts taken in installation show up years later, so it just makes sense to hire someone who would follow the Hardie installation guidelines to the letter. We believed that Elite would provide attention to detail and quality that would produce superior results for years to come. We were not disappointed. The work went along steadily, and there was a crew on site every day possible until the work was complete. There was never a question about when they were coming back, or what they were doing next. When we asked about how or why something was done a given way, the answer always referred back to following Hardie specs, underscoring their adherence to correct process. I cannot point to an instance where we felt the work was less than the best available. Nick, the foreman, was very responsive and concerned that we were happy with the work, the crew, the condition of the site; he had our best interests at heart. Scott was on site a couple of days a week and following the job carefully. Any time I contacted him with questions or requests, they were taken care of promptly. The house looks really awesome, and inside it's quieter and far less drafty. We are really happy with their work, and would use them without hesitation for future exterior jobs. Very highly recommended.

We contracted Elite Exteriors to install 2 new skylights in our living room. They were not just replacing existing skylights. They installed completely new skylights. They did all the rough framing, finish carpentry, and roofing work involved. What a huge difference in that room. The added light is fabulous. I love it!! Elite Exteriors did a great job. I couldn't be happier.
