We bought a house that had a DIY "New Roof". Elite has helped us fix many of the errors with the roof. They always diagnose the problem and fix it for a very fair price. This particular time they fixed our ridge vent which was not installed properly.

Elite contract crew almost completed roof of house and separate garage in one 11 hour hot, hot August day but ran 5 ft short of ridge vent material to complete job on detached garage. Were told second crew would complete roof and short piece of new gutter and cap work in one to two days.

Crew worked hard threw extreme heat, tore off and replaced new roof and replaced rain gutters, even repaired the chimney The crew was very polite and explained everything they were doing , they were finished in two days Clean up was spot on-job done as stated on contract- great service

I would recommend Elite Exteriors to family and friends, and now that the new roof is on, when I get the funds I plan to have them install new siding. We invited a few roofing contractors to come to the house and bid the job for a complete new roof. Scott, the owner at Elite Exteriors, responded personally and immediately to our inquiry. By "immediately," I mean that day (by phone). The next day he was onsite at our home. Scott went over all the details with us (Master Elite Contractor for GAF products), available Warranties, estimates for Start and End Dates (the Full Monty). When he was at the house he estimated all the dimensions, but the next day he ordered, at his expense, an EagleView Report of the house. EagleView is a company that provides aerial photographs of property which can include peaks, valleys, square footage, etc. An EagleView Report is used a lot and saves roofers from having to crawl up on the roof with a tape measure, etc. and it is very accurate. Like a very close-up Google Earth but specialized for roofers and contractors. I'll skip over all the details, but not only was Elite's bid lower than the others, but Scott was more thorough in his descriptions of products and methods, and we believed was installing superior products. He ordered the EagleView Report on June 25 and we had a full quote three day later. On Wednesday June 29, Scott called to say he had a crew become available for the next week and they could start July 5, the Tuesday after the 4th of July. We all agreed. So, before I finish up, I need to address the roofing crew of 5-6 men. These guys were just plain fantastic, arriving at about 6:45 a.m. and worked until 7:45 p.m. the first day. They were so good that the first day we decided to provide them all pizza, soda, water, etc. for lunch. At the end of that Tuesday I tipped each of the five roofers $20 cash out of my pocket because they had worked so hard and steady. They were a pleasure to have working on our home. The second day they arrived about 7:15 a.m. and started right in. I asked the lead guy if they would like ribs for lunch, but he opted for turkey sandwiches on Italian bread. My wife and I went to the store and got all the stuff, and pickles, and tomatoes, chips, drinks and the 6 of them had a great lunch. They plowed through the day until about 7:30 p.m., at which time they had completely replaced our 3,000 square foot roof, including 5 Ridges (86'), 8 Hips (85'), 9 Valleys (98'), 13 Rakes (192'), drip edge... on and on. Again, each got $20 for their superior performance, except I tipped the lead guy a $50. A completed job on a very complicated roof done in two days! We were smiling to say the least. I am 65-years old and we bought the GAF 50-year warranty, so I am not planning on putting on another roof in my lifetime, but if I had to, I'd have Elite back to do it.

Elite exterior did an excellent job on our roof installation from beginning to end. The roof was up in just three days including the garage roof and new gutters. Great communication with everyone at Elite exterior, too.

While we loved the original wood storm windows on our 90 year old house, they were in really bad shape and performed poorly. We contacted Elite Exteriors about replacing the storm windows. They measured, ordered and installed over 40 storm windows on our house. Almost half of the windows had to be custom made. Additionally, Elite exteriors installed three aluminum storm. While we thought the project was quite complex, Elite Exteriors made it look easy and we could not be happier with the final result

We have a 90 year old bungalow that was last sided in 1971 over the original wood lap siding. The siding was in very bad shape so we contacted Elite Exteriors for a bid. We were very impressed with the care they took during the bidding process and we selected them right away. They explained all of our options from material to color. We chose HardiePlank as the material and we could not be happier with the results. Elite Exteriors took great care to respect the age of the home by suggesting a 4” siding exposure and doing a fantastic job of framing out the houses many arched windows. The craftsmanship, attention to detail and professionalism of the crew was top notch. Our house is now a standout on our block and we get lots of compliments from passers by. We will definitely work with Elite Exteriors again.

The rain gutter system on our house was leaking and usually could not handle heavy rain storms causing water to run over the edges of the gutters. We contacted Elite Exteriors who first assessed the old gutter system and determined it was inadequate to handle the unique lines and size of the roof on our 90 year old bungalow. Instead of merely replacing the system we had with a new one, the increased the gutter and downspout sizes. The rain gutter system they installed not only looks and performs fantastic.

Workers were courteous and professional. Cleanup was good. My concerns were addressed in a professional and timely manner.

Scott contacted me right away to set up the appointment and was very nice. He met with Dennis and did a great job on the estimates. Very professional and a wonderful warranty. The only thing that kept me from hiring them was the price was too high for our budget. Out of the 5 roofing contractors that were sent to use thru HomeAdvisor, Scott and Elite Roofing, were the only one that contacted us.

It was a pleasure working with Dave. He answered all my many questions! The work was done in a timely manner and they did a great job! I would recommend them to my friends and family!

We had a major siding project that included removing the entire exterior of the house, repair to the underlying structure and re-siding with Hardie products, We also replaced three windows with Marvin Infinity and installed insulaion where needed prior to wrapping the house. They did excellent work, the house is much quieter and tighter. We are really happy with the work.

These guys are truly excellent. Elite Exteriors is the only Hardie Certified "Elite Preferred" installer (the highest level installer certification Hardie provides) in the state. They are not the lowest cost, but I think they are the best choice if you are having Hardiboard installed. Scott was easy to work with, very helpful and responsive and clearly concerned that we were happy with the job. They brought attention to detail and quality; the work is topnotch. The house looks really awesome, and inside it's quieter and far less drafty. We are very happy with their work, and would use them without hesitation for future exterior jobs.

Our home looks AWESOME!!! Elite Exteriors stripped off all the old cedar siding from our 2 story home, repaired some underlying rotten wood, wrapped the house and had our entire home (siding, fascia and soffits) resided with hardiplank in just 2 1/2 weeks. They also installed new gutters and downspouts. Great work crew; very polite, hard w-working and excellent craftsmen!

Dave came out to my house and knew exactly what I would need to update my outdated roof and siding. He was so friendly and knowledgeable about trends in color selection and accommodated all of my needs, including a custom door. I appreciate the time he took to educate me about my home so that I could make the best decisions. Whenever I asked a question, he was able to answer it in terms that I understood completely.
