I have been using the company for at least 5 years. The staff is very professional and prompt. They take their time to make sure they do their work well. They will take care of any issues that arise. We have had no problem with the company at all. They make scheduling very easy.

Very professional and prompt. The service technician took the time to explain what he did and discussed various ways of keeping my boiler in good shape. He was very polite and friendly. He also explained all that he did when he was completed which I appreciated.

I have an annual contract with them for annual maintenance. I have no problems with the workers, they are very competent. I have been with them for about a year.

We are very happy with the service and materials provided by Donovan-Jorgenson Inc. We converted our forced air, oil burning furnace to gas and installed a new air conditioner. They gave us a quote which wasn't the least expensive or the most. They explained why they were making the recommendations they were. We needed additional duct work added to accommodate a master bedroom and family room addition. For the first time in years, our house is cool, and the air conditioner doesn't freeze up! Our sales rep, Steve, was diligent about making sure all our questions were answered. He respected the fact that we were getting multiple bids. Didn't play the "this deal is only available if you sign up today" game. The installers were on time, courteous, and clean. From financing to install, we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

D&J were punctual, professional, clean, polite, and excelled at the job they did. Price was lower than their competition too. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

The technician, Al, showed up promptly and quickly diagnosed the problem, which was due to an improper repair from a different company a year earlier. Additionally, he also informed me that the unit was still under warranty, which I didn't know, so the repair didn't cost anything. He examined the air filter, which he indicated could last for a while yet, but he suggested replacement soon, upon which I agreed. I was very pleased with his knowledge and professionalism, and would absolutely request this tech again.

They did everything they said they would do, they even looked at our furnace which was nice.

My furnace went out and it was late. It was the igniter on the furnace that went out. They came very late, they came around 2 in the morning because it was during the cold. It didn't take them long though, about a half hour. They brought in a little igniter and installed it and that was it. It has been working great ever since. I've been using them for many years and I always like their professionalism. They're upfront with their cost. I trust them so much. I've always called them for years. I just trust them. I would never go to anyone else at this point. They're very professional and get the job done correctly. If anything would come up, I know I could give them a call back and they would be right here for you. It so happens that my brother also uses them. If my friends or family members are looking for someone, I would suggest them. I feel they're pretty honest, if not the most honest. They know what they're talking about, so there is no reason for going with anyone else.

The price was reasonable and the quality was very good. They were very reliable and did a good job. They cleaned up after themselves.

They were actually really professional and they took the time to find the right sized furnace and air conditioner for the whole, instead of just giving me a big air conditioner that would not really work. They tried to match up the square footage correctly with the right sized air conditioner and so forth, they were very thorough about that. They took away the old furnace and did not make any mess. Their price was competitive but they were not great.

Tune up & replace vent & sensor. Excellent service. Very knowledgeable. The first time someone took the furnace apart to tune it up. Very thorough job. So impressed I bought their annual maintenance package.

Our appointment was scheduled for the morning. The technician didn't arrive until after 12:00 PM; however, he did keep us posted as to when he would be arriving. Once he began work he quickly found the issue, and made the repair for a very reasonable cost. He also made recommendations for preventative maintenance and service to improve the performance of our furnace, which we intend to have done by this company. The technician was polite and professional. We would definitely call on this company again for future service.

The technician arrived and worked to clean the unit thoroughly. He kept me updated on the status as the work took longer than expected. He was cleaning a unit that was 19 years old and the previous owners of the home had never even had it cleaned before. He found a ton of dryer lint and several deceased rodents in the blower compartment (eww!). He was really great at keeping me informed on the unit and helping me understand the annual contract option which I chose to purchase. I am glad that I called them and grateful that I have an annual contract so that they can take care of things when I need them to...they did a great job!

Everything was good, great company

Furnace and air conditioner were installed promptly. There were a few problems after the furnace was installed but they came out and repaired the problems without cost each time. The only complaint I had was the timing of the furnace tuneup that was included in the original deal. I wanted them to tune it up in October so that it ran most efficiently for the winter but they would not do it. They insisted on tuning it up in March when work was slow so as to have work for their people.

Of course my central air conditioner would fail on a Saturday during a hot and humid spell. I checked Angie's list and could find very few companies open on Saturday. Thankfully, Donovan and Jorgensen were. They took my info a d were able to send a repairman that afternoon.although I had not used them before. In fact, he arrived within 2 hours of my call,diagnosed a d fixed the problem and verified the ac was working properly. He was professional and thorough.
