Description of Work: Installed a new furnace and rang new pvc piping out the back of the house to accommodate it as it replaced a 1978 model. They were on time, professional and even finished early. Clean-up was also done thoroughly. Very pleased.

Description of Work: Lost heat on one of our furnaces so called D&J to troubleshoot. The Service Tech was quick to determine that we had a blower that wasn't working so he replaced that, did a quick inspection of the rest of the furnace and finished up. We've used D&J before and have always been satisfied with their responsiveness and quality of service.

Description of Work: Donovan and Jorgensen take care of our gas furnace and A/C. Always professional, they installed a new furnace for us and maintain same throughout the year. Employee owned, reasonable, competent.

Description of Work: Had a new heat pump with propane backup installed. They removed the old (oil) system and set up removal for the oil tank that was in the basement. The work was done very professionally. There was a concern for getting the heat working as soon as possible, while maintaining a quality installation, which was done. |They also kept things clean with mats on the floor and cleanup afterwords. The entire process took about a day and a half, with the second (half Day) working on the heat pump portion.

I had D/J previously install as new furnace in 2010 and I referred them to our neighbor. They installed a new central air system at their home and they also seemed pleased.

Description of Work: I called for service because my A/C stopped working. I also wanted to have my furnace tuned up for the up coming winter. The scheduling went fine. The service day came, the technician was late; not by much but I expect service people to be on time. The technician was very professional, He found the problem right away and fixed it. |However when I mentioned that I was also scheduled for a furnace tune up, I was informed that they have different techs that do that and I would have to schedule that separately. That would mean a SEPARATE SERVICE CALL/CHARGE! Needless to say I did not use them for the tune up. I thought that was a rip off.
