It didn't.
Description of Work: Called for a estimate on a furnace tune-up. Gave receptionist all needed information that she promised to relay to the service dept. No one ever called back. Hired another company that came out the very next day.

Description of Work: DONOVAN AND JORGENSON installed ducts and zoned heat in my basement but oversold me to the point that the system overheats the basement such that the company recommended that I shut the vents and installed a duct door at the furnace to divert the heat to the other zones yet the problem remains. I have tried to get the problem resolved and at first the individuals appeared to be responsive and professional but then soon went cold and have not returned calls or followed up as they said they would. The company does not have experience with larger homes nor with systems that are anything but simple and basic replacements. The design work for new space in an existing home was flawed and the recommendation to resolve the problem from DONOVAN AND JORGENSON is to to shut it off and not use it rather than to resolve the heating problem or rework the excessive duct work that was installed.

We found your request for service of a 34 day old electric water heater, from March 7th, 2016. Unfortunately, we are not a plumbing service provider, and do not install or fix water heaters. We apologize for any inconvenience this my have caused you. Description of Work: We have had a yearly maintenance contract for our space pack and boiler. They are easy to schedule with and come within the time promised. When our air conditioning stopped on a Sunday with a house full of over night visitors they came out within a a few hours. Now we have signed a contract for them to redo our 1970'a space pack in a few months.
