We pay for the yearly visits. My experience with them has been fine. They came out and cleaned the air conditioning unit once a month which was very helpful. The quality of their work has been fine and I will continue to use their services in the future as well.

Their regular service is pretty good. Their service people are knowledgeable and they come quickly. They give thorough explanations. I like the regular maintenance service that they offer. We had them do some installation many years ago and I wasn't all together happy with the installation, but it was a completely different group of people. On the maintenance stuff, they are superior. They are better than any other that we have used. The quality of their work is excellent.

I found them on Angie's List. The salesman was very informative. Everything was written in contract. They encouraged us to seek a permit inspection after the work was done. They price was exactly want they estimated. I would highly recommend them.

I called to make an appointment and got one within a few days. They give you a time window schedule of within a couple hours which is fine by me. I had thought though our understanding was that the technician would phone just prior to coming over (I guess not). Before judging, Jim the technician had shown up right at the 2 hour time window limit as previously told. A pleasant smile and introduction accompanied him while looking professional. He was over at my home for over the hour that Donovan had said. Jim had the furnace appropriately disassembled to do what he had thoroughly done. He cleaned out the furnace, tuned it and had run numerous tests to ensure of its efficient, safe and proper operation. Jim had taken actually a lot of time engaging me in any inquiries I had and answering ALL questions. I had thought that anyone else could get annoyed by this, but you could tell that Jim had a sense of pride and professionalism in his work. It's as if I received a mini education on forced air furnaces (fine by me!). He told me why the importance of tending to the furnace more often than what I had been doing. They (manufacturer & the industry) recommend EVERY YEAR a tune up. To me that seemed excessive as I was thinking every other year was enough. He did show me why it wasn't enough though. My furnace was very dirty and out of sorts. Anyway, I hope his bosses/owners realize this about this gentleman Jim. I will return back to this company when I need them. Ask for Jim (last name?) if he's available. And, don't forget your Angie's List $15 off DISCOUNT coupon if its still available, too! They honored this in the final price. UPDATE: 09/14/12 We've been going to them now because of their good work and professional nature. However, I've run into a pricing issuing with Donovan I didn't agree with and they were very reluctant to see my point (Rob - Service Manager) The serviceman John was over this last time. He was very professional, did the tune-up and the cleaning and found that a flame sensor part was pitted and said it should be replaced. I asked how much that'd cost me. He said $98.00 which he said had taken him 10 - 15 mins. to install. Furthermore, the same exact XV 80 Trane OEM part is available for 10 bucks (brand new) ALL over the internet. I understand that they have to have their mark-ups and such, but this is kind of greed is ridiculous. I will consider other's next time that won't rip me off. It is a good thing we replaced the part though. i.e. possibly no heat in WI. wintertime? I'm disappointed. Their tune-ups are up to $109.00 now and you have to beg them for the Angie's List BIG $15 off discount from this! Gosh!

We had a leak on a Sunday, causing water to flow into our neighbor's condo below us. We called and Marvin arrived within the hour. He was professional, responsive and courteous. He made the necessary repairs and completed the work promplty. We will definitely use them again.

I did not worry about a thing they came did there job cleaned up and left.

They were very prompt and knowledgable. Their work was extremely neat. I think they did evreything by the book, no problem with installation or clean-up. They did a great job.

Two installers came Monday to install an Amana furnace. Furnace installation went well, we had heat for the first time in a week. However, they forgot to check the gas water heater and gas fireplace pilot lights. So when my husband took a shower at 12:30 am it was cold. So we had to restart the pilot lights and he had to wait an hour for the water to warm up. If this would have been the only problem, we would have been ok.... They returned on Tuesday morning to install the heat pump and a master electrician came to do the wiring. Electrican left. Installers couldn't get the heat pump working so they called two more electricans. It was determined that the wiring was done wrong. By 4 they left thinking everything was working. At 5 I saw a red light on the thermostat and an Err 53 message. I called for service. A guy came within an hour and determined the connection to the heat pump was loose, so he fixed that. Then couldn't get the heat pump to work. Determined that the loose connection caused a short somewhere in the thermostat, so he said they'd have to come Wednesday to replace the thermostat. He set up the thermostat to work with the furnace, but we woke up Wednesday morning to a temperature of 64 instead of 68 and couldn't get the heat to come on. The tech came Wednesday late afternoon to replace the thermostat. He was so thorough he caught something none of the other 5 techs found. They forgot to connect a wire to the 2nd stage of the furnace! He stayed until everything was working. When we returned home around 9, there was a strange buzzing noise coming through the vents from the furnace. I turned the thermostat off, then back on, and that seemed to fix it. I had also left two messages for my sales rep on Wednesday...one in the morning, and one again in the afternoon to discuss the issues. He finally returned my call Wednesday night while the tech was there and he was aware of some of the issues. I was very upset at this point. I explained all the problems and asked what they were going to do for us. He gave me the line "we will stand by this and make sure it's working for you." I said...at what price? I've now missed 2 days of work, and two evenings while they try to make it work. Any company will stand by and fix the problem, what are you going to do for us? He said he'd talk to the head of the service techs. Blah blah blah. If you are going to use this company, I would highly recommend you ask for Marvin to do the installation and any technical service you need. He was very thorough and knowledgeable!

They seemed very honest and did exactly what they said that they were going to do. They were very careful with regard to damages to the floors. I have no complaints at all and I would recommend them to others.

They were wonderful. From the time they came and ended their job, they did quality work. While they were working on the furnace, they brought 4 heaters to keep our home warm. That is great customer service. We will continue to use them in the future.

The technician was right on time and called to say he was on the way. He identified the problem and fixed it. He was very polite and thorough in his explanation of how my boiler works.

From the moment we met them at a home expo, to assessing our needs, to installation, they have been very prompt, professional, and take pride in their service and products. They have been terrific year after year. And they are employee owned so the great service is likely to continue for years

It was a very positive experience from the beginning. They were very accommodating to get us scheduled. When the man arrived, he actually gave me a coupon. They went above and beyond and gave me the ability to do a service package for a discount.

We use them for all of our heating and air problems. They also do a furnace check in the fall. They are trustworthy and professional. If they give you a time, they are there, and they answer all questions.

I had to wait 3-4 weeks before I could schedule an appointment. The technician arrived promptly, was thorough in his work and very professional.

It went very well. They were right on the button and they cleaned up great. They were very punctual and they moved a few things for me from the storage but replaced back exactly. After they were done, they explained how to use the thermostat and how the system works.

It was fine. The service person pointed out that I had a 2 stage furnace and a 1 stage thermostat. The company that had installed the furnace for the previous owner did not tell him about a 2 stage thermostat.

from start to finish they are unreliable and not trustworthy. oversold, under delivered, and did not keep word on service or repair or damage that their unit caused my home. Very, very dissatisfied. Contacted the president Joe Donovan who ignored my requests for fair handling. Would not and could not ever recommend this company.
