They were great. They showed up promptly, the guy was very pleasant to deal with and had the work done in less than half an hour. I am very happy with their services and will use them again in the future.

They responded quickly. I called at 5:30 in the morning and they came by 8:30 the same morning. Since it was just a simple problem, they didn’t charge anything extra. He just took the service charge. They double checked everything to make sure everything was fine. I would definitely use them in the future.

Over all they were good. I had no problems with them. I will use this provider in the future.

I could not be happier with the service from Donovan & Jorgenson!!! They were extremely timely, as they arrived within 15 minutes of my call! Rob who was our service tech was very friendly and professional. He solve the problem and explained to me what the issue was as he went along. Within a matter of 30 minutes from the time I called them, I had heat in my house and they had a customer for life! GREAT JOB!!

The service tech was very professional and nice. The company called ahead to let us know he was on his way and he was right on time. Performed the tune-up and cleaned up well. He also left a detailed invoice of the services performed. We have used Donovan and Jorgenson for our furnance and air conditioning repairs and servicing for over 10 years and we have always been pleased with their excellent service.

Our experience with them was very good.

Had an inducer that failed on our furnace. Called Donovan & Jorgenson to replace it. They made arrangements with my schedule in mind. They replaced the part. Later we heard some vibration that resonated throughout he whole house and asked them to come back. They came back back and attempted to fix the vibration. That didn't work. They came back again and replaced the original part and made sure the system was operating properly. They did this under warranty. My wife and I are happy with the performance of the furnace and are happy with the service that Donovan and Jorgenson provided.

They always go above and beyond. The technician spent over an hour checking over everything. Gave us a report on how our furnace was doing, indicating how long he felt it would last based on the current status of the condition (another 7-10yrs!). Didn't try to sell us anything, except a filter which was very reasonably priced. Was extremely knowledgable and we are seeing better results with the performance already!

I loved working for D & J but all of a sudden out of the blue, they let 2 of us go, coincidentally 2 over 50 girls. They do not support their employees so their employees don't make the difference.

Donovan & Jorgenson performed a tune up on our gas furnace. They were easy to contact by phone and scheduling an appointment was easy. They called the day before reminding us of the appointment and the day of to say the technician was on the way. The technician (Juan) was courteous and professional. He explained what he was going to do and got right to business. He performed the tune up and discussed some minor concerns about our furnace with us during the course of job. When it was all over, he summarized what was done. He suggested an annual service agreement, but there were no high pressure tactics. Overall, the whole process couldn't have been better.

They are just terrific. They were professional. It's very high quality work.

They do a good job maintaining my HVAC and I've always been pleased with them. Juan is a nice guy and easy to work with. He's very personable and leaves the service area very clean.

This company responded quickly to my request for an estimate. They showed up on time, were polite and took time to explain my options. I was impressed with this company until the estimate was being written up. The salesman started talking about all of the 'discounts' he was willing to give me but how he could not put them down on the estimate since his boss would see them and think that he was 'giving away' to much. That would have been all good and fine except that their estimate with the so called 'discounts' was almost the exact same price as my other estimates without 'discounts'. This really turned me off. The company has a good product, has knowledgable staff and does not need to use this type of sales gimmick.

The whole experience was good, except the person who originally set up the appointment told me it would be from 11:00am-1:00pm. At 1pm I called and inquired as to when they were coming, and the lady sounded like the original person should not have given me that time span. I gave them my cell phone number and told them to call me when they were coming, as I had some errands to run. They called a while later and came about 20 minutes later.

Great service every time. They tell you exactly what has to be done and how much it costs. Wish we changed over to them sooner.

The technician that came out was professional and courteous. He got right to work on the boiler which he said was in good shape - he documented this on our paperwork so we could show it to any potential buyers. He did find that the overflow tank was not working and fixed that. He actually installed a bigger tank because the original was undersized for the size of the house. The gas leak involved simply tightening a loose connection. He spent about 5 hours working on things but I was really pleased with his attitude, work ethic, and the results. We will use them again to tune up our AC system - if the weather ever gets warm enough.

It went well so I decided to retain them for all my heat and AC repairs and tune-up work.

My furnace died on 04/05/11. Called D & J and a tech came out within an hour or so. He diagnosed the problem and presented my options. Since the furance was 18 yrs old and had been problematic I opted for a new one. A sales rep came out later that day. Due to a rebate program, an Angie's list coupon and a phone book coupon (which the rep automatically applied without my asking) I was able to have a new one installed for $1200 less. The service tech bill was also deducted from the total. Gave a "B" for responsiveness because installation was delayed a day. The installers were prompt, courteous and cleaned up after themselves. All in all a pleasant experience.

We are very happy with it. They do a good job. They do very good work. They did a very thorough job. I was informed about the performance of the AC and heater. They do testing. I am very happy with them.

My furnace failed in the morning so I called them about 8am. They had someone at my house about 1:30pm that day. They called as I asked before they showed up. He repaired my Primary Controller. The Technician was good.

I got a coupon and also a discount. I spent $83 for furnace maintenance work. The guy who came was very professional. When he was done, he went over what he did. He mentioned that we need to change the battery in the thermostat and I didn?t even know that there was a battery in it. He just talked about stuff and so, that was good so that you can take care of things yourself. I would use their services in the future too. In fact, I would use them again when I need to have my air conditioning system checked.

Donovan & Jorgenson did a phenomenal job. We received several discounts, assistance for our tax rebates, and several follow-up calls regarding the work performed and our overall satisfaction. We worked with Joe Zettel, a company representative who contacted us throughout the installation process with status updates, questions, and options. We shopped companies, received 4 quotes, and discussed systems and pricing with the 4 companies. Joe Zettel was always available to take a call, including weekends and nights. We weren't looking for the best price, we were shopping for the best service, quality and value. Donovan & Jorgenson delivered! We are very happy and confident with Donovan & Jorgenson standing behind their work and supporting the sale for a very long time.

We like them. They do good work and are very accommodating. The price is fine and the quality is very good. They come as soon as they possibly can when we have any problems. They are very professional.
