We've just had them since we bought the house and they were recommended by somebody.

Overall experience was wonderful. I called them at 10:30 AM. They had a tech at my door in 30 minutes, and he was out of here by noon. They also took a look at my very old electrostatic air cleaner, but it was too old to be serviced. The tech was able to make a minor modification to the air cleaner housing so that it would accept a standard Honeywell air filter. He had one with him and sold it to me for a very reasonable price ($30). The cheapest one I could find online was 40 cents cheaper. The problem with the A/C was (as I had suspected) low refrigerant level. He pointed out that one of the caps where they hook up their gauges was missing an o-ring, which may have been the cause of the leak. No one would have had those caps off except the tech I had out form another provider last year, so I suspect that he lost the o-ring (possibly on purpose). The D&J tech replaced both caps free of charge. The only reason I rated the price a "B" is that the total bill was a bit higher than I had anticipated. But given the quality and timeliness of the service, I am overall an extremely satisfied customer.

I really don't dislike anything about them, what we liked is the promptness, the quality of work, they cleaned up after themselves, they don't track in the mud and they cover their shoes. We feel very confident in using them. They're a little high on price, I feel they're on the high side but I don't mind paying for quality. I would have them fix it the first time or if they don't, they come back and they would fix it and they don't charge you the second time. I just scheduled them to come to the house.

I moved into a new house, and when I turned on the AC it did not work. It was a Saturday (of course), but I called and they gave me the choice of a slightly more expensive visit that day, or waiting until a weekday for a lower rate. I set up an appointment for later that same day. The technician quickly found the problem and fixed it, and also checked out the system. I liked them so well I signed up for the yearly service plan. I would highly recommend them.

Went very well. The service tech checked the freon levels and found the problem was the circuit breaker has been turned off. This must have happened when I was messing with the thermostat to turn it on the first time. The only cool air that was coming up was from the fan. He also infomred me that my furnace and AC were original to mhy condo. That means its 22 years old. Time to start thinking about a replacement.

They were good. They were professional. They were pretty prompt. They were easy to work with explained everything so I understood what they were doing. They completed the work like they said they were going to.

I got two furnaces from them after getting 5 quotes in Milwaukee area. Unlike all others, they recommended smaller BTU units for me. I trust their experience and calculation. Overall, very smooth quoting and installation process. Very satisfactory.

Both my husband and I were very impressed with everyone from Donovan and Jorgenson from sales to installation. I was especially impressed as we know we will need to replace our furnace as well and were looking at quotes for 1. just a/c, 2. a/c and furnace. I think some companies may push for both ac and furnace, but given our timing and budgeting, Scott from sales recommended a high quality a/c unit and encouraged us to save for the better furnace. The installation went very smoothly, and everyone was very professional. We are very impressed with Donovan & Jorgenson and would have no hesitation recommending them. We are also planning on using them when we replace our furnace.

They put in the units for me and my daughter. I am very satisfied with them. I even took the year of maintenance.

They also arranged, at my request, the ductwork to be cleaned prior to installation.

They were quick, prompt and completed the work in a timely manner. He cleaned up and took away the cracked part. He did a great job for us, at a much better price than his compeditors. And he didn't spend half his time trying to sell us a new furnace, like his compeditors did.

I suddenly started having problems seeing the readout on my new programmable thermostat. Donovan/Jorgenson's tech, AJ changed this thermostat two times until it was easy to read from all angles. They went out of there way to be sure I was pleased. Excellent response and service. Highly professional

Morty was very knowledgeable and friendly. I liked that he put something over his shoes so as not to dirty my carpeting. He also cleaned up the furnace area very nicely. The cost for the repair was less than the other 3 estimates that I had gotten. I had debated replacing my furnace and when I decided to just have it repaired, there was no sales pitch to try to get me to buy rather than repair. They had been recommended to me by a friend and they did not disappoint me! I will definitely call them again if I need repairs and when I need a new furnace or air conditioning unit.

Sales rep showed up on time to see what was needed and provided an approximate estimate with a minimum to a maximum cost. Polite and friendly, explain what would be done and install process. A written estimate was provided and how to schedule the service according to our convenience. The installer called to let us know he was finishing another job and would coming shortly. This was appreciated. He was courteous and explained what would be done. Took time to answer my questions. After the job was completed, showed what he did and asked if there were any questions. We were very satisfied with the professionalism and the work. We would definitely use their services again.

I've used them for a few years. They are very prompt, they let you know when they're on their way. They give you a window and then they call me with an ETA. They are very prompt. They come every year to clean my furnace. They are very courteous. They always wear their little shoe covers, and I am very well pleased.

They were wonderful and I was just amazed that they could perfrm a service at such a resonable price. They didn't try to oversell anything.

Extremely satisfied with the installation of the new furnace and the service I received. The installer was extremely friendly, completed the job and cleaned up. I would definitely use them when I need to replace the air conditioning unit.

Donovan and Jorgenson (D&J) installed a new HVAC system and I will never recommend them to anyone I know. Not only did their salesperson lie to me, their VP of Sales never called me back even after 2 messages and the new furnace that I paid $7,500 for makes noises so loud that it wakes up both my wife and I at night. These sounds can be heard in my basement, bedroom and bathrooms. To get these noises corrected, I've had 3 separate service visits where I scheduled time away from work so I could be at home and the noises as just as loud as ever. To make matters worse, I withheld my outstanding balance because our new furnace was being so loud and D&J started adding late payment charges to my account. When I called to tell them why I was withholding payment they simply told me I should pay most of the outstanding balance because I wasn't being fair. Ultimately, I regret my decision in selecting Donovan and Jorgenson.

Very well. Punctual, completed the work in the time frame quoted and cleaned up after themselves. The only thing that didn't go quite smoothly is that the person picking up the old fuel oil tank was scheduled on the wrong day and had to reschedule when I could be home.
