Description of Work: I called Dale after I had gotten his card and info at a kid's safety event the prior year. One of my garage outlets was working only intermittently. I had exhausted all of my ideas on the fix, so I called him. He said he thought he knew what the issue was and had me test his theory by banging on the GF outlet while he waited on the phone. He was right. He told me what the very simple problem was and said that he could fix it for the trip charge. I was more than capable of fixing that myself after I knew that the problem was. I think some electricians would have come over full knowing that it was a 2 second fix and would have taken my money and ran. Dale has earned my thanks, trust and respect and I will be calling him again when I have an electrical need. He gives me hope that there are still good people in the world.
