Very happy with the service we received. They were able to come out the same we called. Mike, our electrician, was friendly and informative. Would definitely use this company again.

This company was very responsive inreturning my call and scheduling an appointment to review the project. I also received the quote within 24 hours. I found the quote extremely fair and asked them to move forward with the scheduling, which they did. The electrician was prompt, professional and quick. He made sure the area was cleared and prepped to prevent any dust from getting into my other living areas. Because of how the house was built and the amount of wood in the ceiling to install the lights, the electrician learned that he couldn't use 6-inch cans in a certain area as planned. He offered me suggestions and the pros and cons of each to let me make the decision, so for one of the areas I went with 4-inch cans. I am very impressed with CK Electric and would recommend them to anyone for this type of project.

The initial service went ok, but to send a customer an invoice and say that the services were completed when they weren't is very bad business. I hope I don't have to take them to court. I thought Angie's List was supposed to make this easier. Very disappointed in how my first experience went.

This was a big deal purchase and it turned out well. To get an A grade from me I think it was just about the arrival -- their timing --when they showed up. I did not use all the big deal money so they said I could have a credit and I guess I did not like that. So if I don't use them again I just lose that extra money. What I wish I had known in advance was probably that I did not need two hours worth of work. I probably would have priced it out for what I needed.

The response was excellent. We made an appointment and he was there before we got there. He was polite and explained things well. He advised us of other possible code violations and that's what he fixed. I would recommend him to other members.

They were supposed to show up on Thursday and nobody showed. They followed through with the big deal price. They were supposed to show up on a Thursday, and we had to move a lot of furniture in order to let them have access to some of the outlets, and they didn't show up. He sent an email late Friday evening, but we were gone, so I didn't see it. I had called him, so he had the phone number, but rather than trying to call, he sent an email so we had all the stuff moved, and after half hour, I called, and he said he couldn't come today. The work was fine, the guy who came was good, but I am not happy with the owner, because we had to move the heavy furniture. They service was good, and they cleaned up well.

Showed up on time and performed work as directed. Clean install, would use again.

The appointment for service was scheduled for 9am. The technician arrived around 2pm after a call from me inquiring about my scheduled service. Despite the shaky start, the technician(Mike)was very professional and obviously knowledgeable in his craft. He was meticulous in troubleshooting the problem and was able to restore power to my garage. I would definitely use them again.

It went very well. The electrician was obviously very experienced. He drilled a hole in my bedroom ceiling and completed all the pieces necessary for the installation. The electrician was courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable. The fan works great!

Went fine, had to add a fan rated box

I had an old fan hooked up and after removing it discovered that it was not hung up to code with a fan rated box. I contacted C.K. and they were very comprehensive to make sure i understood all the costs in addition to the $100 fan installation. They showed up and were very professional and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Would definitely use them again.

The popular commercial jingle, ?Like a good neighbor?? could be sung about Dale Resch and CK Electric. We had a kitchen light fixture that wasn?t working. I called CK midmorning. Dale returned my call around noon and apologized for taking so long (less than two hours). He asked a few questions and said he could stop by in the afternoon as we lived near his shop in New Berlin. Dale came and solved the problem in three minutes. Embarrassingly it was ?operator error.? This was the first time I met Dale yet he was like a good neighbor and an old friend. He was professional, helpful, honest, and trustworthy. We would definitely call CK for any future electrical needs.

It went fine, and considering he was here almost the entire day, I felt the price was very reasonable. I've already contacted this company again as I now want to go with a larger more powerful exhaust fan in bath and need them to replace it. I provided the exhaust fan the 1st time around, and he suggested we go with something more powerful to remove moisture, and I agree. He was very informative, friendly, and professional so I will be hiring them again for any future electrical needs.

I purchase one of those package deal I think it was two hours of electric service for a certain price. Well it started of bad because we had a miscommunication with the address so i lost one hour of service because of this. Once we talked he said I had one hour left so I had to get what was important and that was the switch outside of my garage. He came out and fixed the switch and he did a wonderful job fixing it and told me that I needed to update my electrical system because of some codes violation within the system. I will be doing this in the near and soon future. He was easy to talk to and made sure we understood what was said. I was not there so he trusted me to send the payment to them later so he gave my daughter a invoice to pay them later and for that I think this company is in it for the people and not just for the money. Thanks so much and I will make sure when I need you I will give you the right address for the both of us. I was billed for the parts and not the labor. I am not sure how much the parts cost because I was billed and forgot what he said because I was so happy to get this problem fix so please know if it is not correct I was not trying to be unfair with the price.

Several days ago an outlet in my sunroom was dead and the breaker would not stay closed; so I probably had a short in the circuit. I bought an online deal from Angie's and got a call from CK within 24 hours. I was able to get an appointment pretty quickly, too. Mike from CK showed up on time and traced the problem around the house-after two hours he determined the short was in the wiring of some outdoor light fixtures that are rarely used. I know I would never have guessed that. In the process Mike replaced the GFCI that I thought was the problem and he tested all the outdoor electric service before he left. All good.

My experience with this firm is sadly very disappointing. I reached out to this firm through Angies List to request a quote for work I need performed at my home on 10/17/2015. The owner responded very quickly to my first message and then did not respond to a subsequent message. Several days later, I sent a note through the firm's web site to see if perhaps I could have someone reach out to me for a quote. Still no response.

Dale, the owner, was always very quick when it came to communication regarding coming out for an estimate and cost. I rarely ever had to leave him a voicemail as he always picked up when I called. Mike was sent out to do the work and was very friendly and professional. We had lots of questions and weren't quite sure on the placements of everything and Mike was very patient while my husband and I tried to figure out where to place them. He was very knowledgeable and would let us know of any issues that he saw from where we wanted things placed. He also gave us his opinions as well as his recommendations of a few things that we could do but would cost a little extra. He never came off as a pushy salesman. We would def like to work with Mike again.

Employee was prompt and very courteous. He went above and beyond what we requested and even made a better suggestion for one of the outlets.

Mike was an elecrtrician who worked for CK Electrical. He was very prompt, courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and very friendly. We will have other electrical jobs in the near future and I plan on reaching out to this electric company and request Mike again.
