We value our grade on Angie's List and I think that this grade is not proper since after speaking to her I offered to refund her the $37.50 for the communication error between our electrician and she. She agreed that this would be acceptable and we are processing this refund. We also did not charge her for the (8) receptacles which we supplied and installed for her so in my opinion we went above and beyond for her. This was agreed before she actually graded our company so in my understanding she then was pleased with our services. To give our company an overall D grade seems quite harsh since as everyone can see the other grades were A's from her. We try real hard to ALWAYS satisfy our customers and from what she wrote in our e-mails she stated that since we were willing to refund her the 1/2 hour she would be satisfied.She had hired an additional electrical contractor who was at her house the same time as we were and after me stating that it was quite uncomfortable for both of us contractors she was quite upset at us. All I stated to her was that having (2) electrical contractors on site at the same time created conflict with insurances and we would have willingly rescheduled. I believe this is the true reason why she was clearly displeased over our service. As I stated in our e-mails back and forth I always try to insure my customers are 100% satisfied.
