The owner responded promptly to my phone call, and provided the estimate for the work on that same day. The contract arrived within 2-3 working days and the work was performed within 10 days of signing the contract as promised. All of the work was satisfactory and completed in conformance with our discussions.

We did not dislike anything. Dale is the owner was great to work with and we had no complaints.

We recieved this company information from our real estate agaent and looked forward to doing business with them. After talking to my husband on the phone and getting a quote and possible appointment my husband told them that after talking with me he would call the place back and set a definite time and date. At the time we were not sure if we were going to pay hundreds of dollars to change our laundry room to electric for the washer or not since we had an electric washer that may or may not have to be fixed or replaced (it was in storage for years). We decided we would shop around and inquire about buying a gas dryer instead. My husband did not call back to set up the appointment. Instead the guy showed up to my house unannounced at 7 in the morning and I was dumbfounded. Long story shorter I caled my husband at work to ask what was going on and failed to get a hold of him. I offered the guy to come in while I tried to figure something out. I didn't get a hold of my husband and told the guy that there was no way any of this could happen becuase I had to leave anyways to drop my daughter off at school shortly. He started getting very nasty and said he didn't have any time for this and that he charged people 3 bucks a minute and proceeded to turn around and leave my hoiuse slamming my glass front door. I was appalled by his lake of professionalism and don't know why he came to my house in the first place because he was told that we would call back to confirm anything. I would never recommend this sorry excuse for a business man to anyone!!

Please see above. They were very professional, careful, thorough and came in at the estimate. Chuck from CK Electric came out the next day and what we thought was going to be a couple of hours of work turned into an entire day. Not Chuck's fault - we were dealing with a very difficult inspector. Chuck was great - called into Dale and told him what was happening and they were able to arrange it so that Chuck could stay and fix all issues. Bottom line - we had the inspector out in the afternoon and Chuck worked with him to get him satisfied so that he would sign off on the permit and we could close on our house sale the next day. Dale came over that night and gave me the receipt/lien release which was required for the closing. I would hire them again.

Dale came out for a quote and was very friendly and helpful in offering suggestions for how many outlets we should have and where we should place recessed lighting to meet out needs. A couple of days later we received the formal quote. It was very easy to schedule him to come out for the rough wiring and the final wiring. We were very happy with the quality of his work and speed of his work. The rough wiring took less than a day and the final wiring took one full day. They were very neat and enjoyable to work with. Dale answered any questions I had and was very patient. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend and hire Dale again. In fact we are planning on an addition to our house and Dale with definitely be who we chose to do the electrical work.

Dale Resch and the installers have been great to work with. Dale has advised me about various aspects of the job and where to go to get lighting fixtures, including some that he could supply at very cheap prices. Dale's original bid was thorough and detailed, including a drawing of how he proposed to wire the house. The installers know their job, including specs for ADA standards. There have been some changes along the way and therefore additional costs. 1) I revised the plan and added some fixtures and wiring. 2) The new construction of the rehab made it much more difficult to wire and they had to use lots more cabling at a time when cable prices had risen. 3) They didn't realize they'd need to pull out some remaining lathe and insulation to run wiring. They left a mess when they did that, but they didn't charge extra for their time (and I didn't charge them for me to clean it up either ;-)

He specializes in converting and upgrading the electrical for older homes. We got other bids, and his was the most reasonable. He was responsible, courteous, and punctual. He didn't back down when the job got difficult. He's a real can-do type of guy. He's also a licensed master electrician.

He had to dig a trench in the yard to get the line from the house to the garage. He was very careful to schedule that around bad weather. He explained everything to me!! He really kept me informed and was very good about it! He was so honest and guided us through everything and was very fair. There were so many things that were done. Many things were changed so they were up to code. They resolved a disaster when the lights went out. They told me it could have caused a fire. They were efficient and corrected the light issue. They suggested a new light system that was cost effective.

I have had Dale at our home for several jobs now and always thought that his work and price were fair. For those who are big into UNION laborers, he hires only union electricians and pays union scale wages. Yet he seems to remain competitive in his pricing. I am rating him below as a 'good' overall experience but I believe he truly falls somewhere in between good and excellent.
