OUTSTANDING.
Description of Work: KEVIN SHOWED UP AS HE SAID HE WOULD. hE APPROXIMATED ONE HOUR FOR THE INSTALLATION, AND THAT WAS ACCURATE. THE NEXT DAY WHEN I HAD A CHANCE TO LEISURELY INSPECT THE JOB, I NOTICED THEY HAD USED ONE OF MY PROFESSIONAL EXTENSION CORDS TO OPERATE THE SYSTEM. WHEN I TALKED TO THE RECEPTIONIST, SHE SAID THEY DON'T INCLUDE A CORD WITH THE INSTALLATION. SHE CALLED BACK WITHIN THE HOUR AND SAID SINCE I WAS A REFERRAL, THEY WOULD COME THE NEXT DAY WITH A CORD. WHEN THE OWNER ARRIVED, HE RETRIEVED MY EXTENSION CORD, AND WE DECIDED TO USE THE LIGHT SOCKET THAT WAS RIGHT THERE AT THE UNIT, I DIDN'T NEED THREE LIGHTS TO ILLUMINATE THE GARAGE. EVERYBODY IS HAPPY.

Repair went well.
Description of Work: Blando garage door repair man and women helper came within the designated time (4:30 to 7:30 PM window) at 6:30 PM and repaired door springs (two for the one older type door), adjusted door for proper level of garage floor (older 1926 construction), lubricated the rollers and hinges, tightened nuts. He also tacked a loose wire for the light beam safety system at the bottom of the door area.
